Printing a Gift Receipt

You can print a gift receipt for a Target.com item any time after it has been shipped, provided the item can be returned to a Target store (Learn more). Here’s how:

1. Visit our Online Returns Center.
2. Check the button that says “I received the item as a gift,” then click “Continue”.
3. Enter the order number located on the item’s packing slip, then click “Continue”.
4. Enter your name and email address, then click “Continue”.
5. On the next screen:
     • Choose a reason for return from the drop-down menu.
     • Enter the number of items you’re returning.
     • Click “Continue”.
6. Select the “Target Store Return” option and click “Continue”.

The next page contains your gift receipt. You’re ready to print!
