Your Recent Orders
Wondering where your order is? Click "My Account" in the top right corner of any page and you'll find an Instant Order Update. Click "More Details" for any of your orders to get more information. You'll see estimated delivery dates based upon the availability of the items you ordered and the shipping option you selected.

Reviewing and Changing Your Orders
You can review the status of any order you've placed by clicking "My Account" in the top right corner of any page.

For orders that have already shipped, you can confirm the date and method of shipment, an estimated date of arrival and a tracking number, if available.

For orders that haven't shipped yet, you can review the order total, shipping address, payment method and item availability. You can also change the order details. Here's how:

 

Adding Items or Combining Your Orders
You can add items to your order as long as it hasn't entered the shipping process. First, be sure to visit My Account and view the status of any open orders to make sure your order hasn't shipped. Then, create a new order, using 1-Click® or going through Checkout as you normally would. Then visit My Account and select "Combine Orders."

Items shown as available within 24 hours may ship immediately, and it may not be possible to combine such items with existing orders. If you'd like to apply a promotion to your order, the order will be re-evaluated.

We are unable to combine or add items to the following types of orders:

  1. Orders where items have already entered the shipping process
  2. Orders for e-GiftCards
  3. Orders paid for in total by an e-GiftCard
  4. Replacement orders generated by our Guest Services department

 

Deleting Items from an Order
It's easy to delete items from an order you placed with us, provided that we haven't started the shipping and handling process for your order.

Just visit My Account and click "more details" next to the order you'd like to change. Once you've reached the order summary page, select "Need to Cancel an Item?" On the next page, click the checkbox next to the item you'd like to cancel. Be sure to select "Cancel Checked Items" when you are finished.

If the order summary page says "Items Shipping Soon," we've already started the shipping process for your order and it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item to us. For more information, read the Target.com Return Policy.

 

Revising Shipping and Billing Information
It's easy to revise shipping and billing information on an order you've placed, provided that we haven't started the shipping process. Just visit My Account and click "more details" next to the order you'd like to change.

On the Order Summary page, you can change your shipping address or method, payment method, number of shipments or billing address. Simply click "Edit" below any of those fields, and you can enter the new information. For your security, we will ask you to reconfirm your credit card number if you choose to change your shipping address.

 

Changing Gift Wrap and Gift Messages
It's easy to change gift wrap or a gift message for an order you placed with us, provided that the order has not yet shipped. Just visit My Account and click "more details" next to the order you'd like to change.

From the Order Summary page, click "Change Gift Options." Once you have made your changes, select "Save Changes." You will be sent an e-mail acknowledgement of your changes.
