I bought this rack about a month ago. It fell somewhere between the flimsy Ikea version and the pricey Container Store option. The assembly was reasonable until we got to one of the wheels being defective. Attaching wheels is the last step so we had it all put together by this time.
I called to see if they would send money to replace the wheels but my only option was to take it apart and mail it back or take it to a store. We elected to go with the store option. The store personnel were nice enough but it was a hassle getting the rack into the car to take to the store.
At this price, I plan to go elsewhere for my solution. Looks like others have had better luck so I may have just gotten a lemon.
I live in a small apartment and needed this as a permanent solution for extra clothing storage. After my $15 clothing rack fell apart I knew I needed to bite the bullet and buy a more expensive one. It was super easy to assemble all by myself in limited space.I am SO happy with this purchase. It is sturdy, substantial, and a great added bonus is that is has brakes on the wheels so it will stay put. Just remember to install the brake wheels diagonal from each other, as I missed this the first time.
I purchased this rolling rack for extra space in the basement. It was a snap to assemble and is strudy enough for storing out of season items while still being light weight and easy to move around. Quality and great pricing!!!
