I started a workout program and bought these shoes for the gym. I didn't know C9 made athletic shoes and was pleasantly surprised. They feel stable and comfortable. see less

I bought these for everyday casual wear rather than for running. They're extremely lightweight and very comfortable. I also find them to be as stylish as Nike or Reebok shoes that would retail for more than double the price. In fact, I purchased this and the Premiere because the price was so good. Both are about equally comfortable but these seem to have a slightly more durable sole, though I am seeing signs of wear more quickly than I expected. My recommendation is to buy these but with the intent for regular use rather than in sports. see less

I like this shoe a lot. My assessment is that it is made more for walking around and casual wear than for running. After 3 short runs the black part rubber on the sole was more than half worn. I also bought the Motion Glyde which is as comfortable and maybe only slightly more durable. I suspected this would be the case when I made the purchase and so I am not disappointed. These may be the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned and they're extremely lightweight. Can't complain for the price but it is nonetheless surprising that C9 couldn't find away to manufacture this footwear with more durable sole. see less

These shoes are great, they're very comfortable. The foam sole makes for a very very lightweight shoe, and it has nice spring to it. Has nice front support for running, and the heel has enough support to feel comfortable. These are running shoes, they have zero horizontal support, so they're not good for sports or activities requiring maneuvering side to side. Again they have no side support, but they're perfect for running. see less

I'm a half marathoner and obstacle course racer. I picked these up on clearance because I wanted something I didn't have to care about getting muddy. I normally run Brooks, and these have a similar sizing. These have virtually no arch support or heel padding. I stepped on a rock in my first run, about 1" square, and it stuck in the "cleats". It was more funny than anything. These are extremely light. They are also very snug. Since they're mostly mesh they really hug the foot. They lace really low and have a huge tongue. It's almost impossible to get lace bite. The tongue, and the rest of the shoe that's not the insole, seems well padded. This will probably lead to a pretty heavy shoe in water or mud. It's a pretty good shoe for the money, like most of the C9 products, especially if you pick it up on clearance. If I can pull off 9 miles at a time in them, I'd gladly use them in any obstacle course. see less

I BROUGHT THIS SHOE FOR MY HUSBAND. HE RATES THIS SHOE AS GREAT. NO MORE FOOT ISSUES FOR HIM AT WORK. HE'S ALWAYS ON HIS FEET FOR 12HRS OR MORE DAILY. THE BEST SHOE I PAID LITTLE OF NOTHING. LOVE IT. see less

I have had these shoes for a few months now and they are very nice. I use them at the gym and have held up very well. They are very comfortable and you can feel the difference when you compare them to other shoes in terms of weight. I am going out in a week to buy another pair. These are the greatest. I have tried all sorts of water shoes for water aerobics and most do not hold up. Either the inside soles come out or get all crinkled which makes using them most uncomfortable. These are a one piece and hold up great. I do water aerobics for at least one hour per day for five days a week all year long. The last pair I had lasted almost 18 months before I finally had to buy new ones. I bought these water shoes for my husband who hates to show his feet. These shoes were easy to put on (size 11), plenty of room and give. The material is surprisingly comfortable. The soles have small suction like grips, helps to keep from slipping. The box says for casual wear as well and although they could pass for a casual shoe, my concern would be walking on the city streets with so little rubber between you and the potential hazards. Worth the money. see less

These shoes serve the purpose I bought them for which was wearing them in the pool at the gym. The one draw back was when I pulled the heel on with my finger, the shoe ripped between two of the vent holes. I do like them for the price though. see less

I am a huge fan of Champion c9 clothing and shoes, but these shoes [were junk] . I got these shoes while my 3 brothers got different champion c9 shoes. Only one of my brothers was happy and that was the one that bought the [$] colored champion shoes online. They were all the right size, but the [$] and [$] ones are really weak and they hurt your feet. The [$] ones are comfortable, strong and stylish. So i would recommend those instead of these shoes. see less
