I would highly recommend this bike. We bought it for our 2 year old and he is now 2 1/2 and he loves it. He rides all over our neighborhood and does really well with balancing on it. This is a sturdy bike and well worth the money. see less

This is VERY light weight and very durable. Other balance bike are too heavy for a small child to learn on. Can you imagine trying to push around a bike that weighed as much as you do?? Not fun. This is the best. My child will not go anywhere unless we bring THIS bike, and we have tons of bikes and scooters and stuff. He has literally put miles on this bike. I'm buying a second one for my daughter. see less

This is the best childrens toddler balance bike!! My son easily learned to ride his regular pedal bike without the use of training wheels, after using and learning balance on his Kazam bike. He literally climbed on his pedal bike and started pedaling without falling once. We were amazed!!I have had several parents ask me "Why spend the additional money on the balance bike, when your child will eventually learn to ride a regular pedaled bike." 1) Firstly - BALANCE - The balance learned is invaluable training you child cannot get on any other product. The foot-pedal design on the KaZAM bike is perfect for teaching your child how to keep their feet "on-board" without leaving them dangling. This gives them the closest experience and feeling, next to riding a regular pedaled bike. Your child will gain the confidence he/she needs to ride at the next level. 2) Secondly - YOU WILL GET LONG USE - even after my son started riding his pedal bike, the KaZAM was still his favorite for a VERY LONG TIME. He would always ask to bring the KaZAM along in the car to the park or beach. It's perfect for short trips. It's lightweight (very easy for a mom to pickup), fits nicely, and is clean - no muddy pedals or grease from the chain getting on the car floor. It's also great for when family and friends come over to the house. There always seems to be a younger sibling that wants to play along with the older toddlers, and the KaZAM Bike is a perfect safe ride along bike for those that would need extra super vision on pedal bikes. The KaZAM bike is probably the most used ride along in our garage - even to this day. We have gotten 5x the life out of this bike than any other scooter or bike. It truly is the best run bike / balance bike for children on the market - in design and ride-ability. When we bought ours it came in only blue or pink color options. Now it comes in 4 colors: Red, Green, Blue and PInk. Everyone that sees our son using it always asks "where do you get one of these!" We tried another balance bike for our older son, without much success. But our other two sons learned to ride on the KaZAM and just loved it. The foot rest and cool design make it unique. It is very adjustable so that you can raise the handlebars and seat. It didn't take long for them to gain confidence and balance and they transitioned easily to a regular bike. But my boys wanted to keep riding the KaZAM as well, almost as a seated scooter. A GREAT purchase!! see less

Love to see my 2 yo son surprised and excited when finding his new balance bike beside the Christmas Tree. He immediately started trying it and yelling at us "look, my bike!!". It was just as we saw it in the web page, we love the blue color and it looks very comfortable. We still waiting for the weather to change so he can go and try it. see less

I ordered this Bike for my three year old granddaughter and she couldn't be happier! My son wanted her to start practicing her balance and I came across this when I was looking through the target website. What a great find! It was delivered quickly and there has not been any issues with durability over the last few weeks. Looks like Grandma scored one for the home team!!! This bike is perfect - my son learned how to balance on a bike after about half a day, and LOVED riding it. This bike is also nice because it has the place for him to put his feet while he's gliding, which most balance bikes don't have. I highly recommend this if you're looking for something to help make the transition from trike or training wheels to a "big kid bike". Only possible draw back, is that the seat doesn't go too high, so very tall children may want to look at the dimensions before ordering. However, my 4 year old who is very tall did just fine. see less

I ordered this bike on a Monday. It was delivered by Thursday. It required very minimal assembly so we were ready to ride it on Friday. My 5 year old daughter used it for 3 days, got the hang of it right away and was riding her bike without training wheels on the 4th day! My back doesn't kill from holding on to the seat and running behind her. She pretty much taught herself how to ride her bike because of this balance bike. It's excellent! And even though she rides her bike now, she still enjoys zipping around on the balance bike for fun! see less

This is a very well-made bike and definitely the way to go to help young ones learn to balance before they have to worry about pedaling and braking. One grandson took to it a little more quickly than the other, but both got it eventually and were so proud that they could balance all on their own. We like this model because children can rest their feet on the platform while they coast. It was borderline short for the longer legged four-year-old but perfect for the shorter three-year-old grandson. I would recommend this bike very highly. see less

My twins turned 3 in December and got these bikes for their birthday. As of 2 days ago (May 5th), both of them are riding a 21" bike with pedals (NO TRAINING WHEELS!)with ease. This balance bike helped them gain the confidence they needed to learn how to ride a bike correctly the first time! They have never used training wheels, nor will they ever have to!
