just recieved this wine tower,and i'm amazed tat how great it is! there was alot of mixed reviews about it so i just took a chance anyway and ordered it. alot of other reviewers claim that this tower is either flimsy,or wobbly,but i'm here to say that you're wrong! the tower was very easy to esemble and it's very sturdy. the finish is good, but can easily scratch, so just be a little careful, so those who said it's junk, and all that maybe you don't know how to esemble furniture, but i can say i'm happy and thanks to target for another great product, and great prices, and free shipping.just keep the sales coming,and value your costomers more better! see less

Purchased six of these units as they looked good and could be combined to create a usable sized storage. They assembled readily enough - about 10 minutes per unit once you got the system down. However, several of the cradles that hold the wine bottles came apart - three during assembly, one after the bottles were in place. It was a hassle to prepare and glue them back together, but probably easier than dealing with Target to return them as they would want the whole wine rack. Best to check the cradles before you install them as you might lose a few bottles of wine. see less

However, the dowels of the shelves meant to hold the wine bottles were not glued into the side supports, making the shelves a little flimsy. see less

I bought it for a use besides a wine rack. Put it in a commercial kitchen, which we use to organize sauce bottles - ranch, bleu cheese, guacamole, mayo - etc.... If you work in a kitchen, and have standard stainless storage racks, you will notice this is a scaled down version of those. Took the back legs down a few pegs to have the rack at about a 45 degree angle. Label maker and a little fab work - works great!!! Fits in a True 3 door cooler, underneath the shelf on the right side door. Beats a lazy susan!!! see less

I just assembled this wine rack last night. I paid [$] after a coupon and free shipping. It's a good quality and fairly easy to put together. It's very sturdy once fully assembled. It uses thru-bolts from the front to the back of the shelves that allow you to really tighten everything up and make it very solid. It took me about 45 minutes to assemble. Get another person to help holding the legs while sliding in the first shelf and after that it's a one person job. Start at the bottom and work your way up. Leave the bolts somewhat loose until all the shelves are in place and then go back and tighten them all up. That makes dropping the shelves in much easier. The only negative is that some larger diameter bottles, like Pinots, will not fit next to other bottles. I wish I had taken one or two shelves and removed one of the dividers and adjusted the remainder just a little wider. Overall, this is a good value for the money. see less

When I started assembling the wine rack I discovered that one of the holes used to fit the parts together was not there. Without this hole the rack could not be assembled. Luckily I had the bits needed to make this hole. (It took two bits since the hole must be countersunk in a specific way.) Once the project was done the rack proved to be solid, it looks good and based on the pricing I checked on the internet, is reasonably priced. see less

While the bottom wavy piece only came with one [!] of the four plastic dots underneath [so that you don't scratch your counter or tabletop], I figure that I can just buy my own to put on the bottom. As for the size, I've managed to fit 9 bottles on the whole rack; as long as you use "regular" size bottles and not giant ones, it should be fine! I had no problems puting it together by myself -- yes it took some time but the directions made sense and everything fit together. The end result was beautiful!! The finish is lovely it looks and works beautifully. One thing to note and that is that top front edge is curved. This wasn't obvious from the photos. This is a great cabinet for wine lovers. Assembly was fairly simple. It took longer to unpack and inventory pieces than to put them all together. Total time from opening the box to completed cabinet was sixty minutes. It looks great and feels very sturdy. No shaky joints or connection points, which is always my fear when buying furniture online. Don't believe the 24-bottle max claim. This will NOT hold 24 bottles of wine...unless you're collecting airline bottles. You'll be lucky to get ten bottles in there. That said, I have 16 glasses with room to spare in the glass rack, and all my accessories stored under the leaf top. TONS of space for all your wine tools. Buy this. You'll love it. see less

The Nice - Looks great. Nice marble top. Superb casters - rolls easily. Drawer slides easily and has a relatively, but effective plastic stop. Assembly was easy and instructions were clear and written parts were done in well written English. Basket slides easily and the lower shelf can be adjusted 3 ways. Target's price was way better than any other, especially with the Red Card. Shipping was much faster than expected and the cart was very well packed/protected... The Not so Nice - Despite its nearly 65# shipping weight this cart is less sturdy that expected. Dowels and hardware, screws and machine screws/barrel nuts, hold it together, however the dowels are loose and all but useless. We have a 50# portable dishwasher on ours and the cart sways when rolled. Drawer pull is a bit goofy. Construction of the drawer rails is very basic - wood rail and slot - no hardware. There's no stop for the wire basket. Would have liked a sturdier unit, but, it was worth the price. 4- see less

i was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the materials this piece is made of--it is super heavy and would be really sturdy IF it went together correctly. let me preface by saying i have put together tons of furniture from lots of different places and have never had such a hard time. i have so far spent 2 hours trying to assemble it and at this point have only a wobbly frame. i'm debating whether to continue with shelves, drawer, etc. or return it. the problem seems to be that most of the cam locks don't tighten correctly and then quickly get stripped, making it impossible to really secure the piece. also, the instructions don't have you do things in what i found to be the easiest/most logical order. maybe with 2 people it would be easier, but i just have never had so many problems with a piece. maybe i just got a bad one? too bad, because it is absolutely perfect (so far) in the breakfast room space i bought it for--just the right size--and, again, the finish, etc. are really nice. the leaves that slide out on the top are great (that piece comes already put together & slides smoothly, etc.) . . . just be ready for a struggle getting the thing set up. see less

I recently purchased this wine tower online through Target. The order was placed on a Saturday and the box arrived on a Thursday. Not bad considering that I live in Hawaii. And that's about the only positive thing I have to say. Several of the pieces had marks and a few of the side pieces had large scrapes. Assembly was pretty easy. What hung me up was that many of the pre-drilled screw holes were so tiny that I could not screw the screws in all the way. I could literally hear the wood cracking! Perhaps the biggest hangup I have is that once I got the top and bottom pieces assembled and put them together, I realized that the pre-drilled holes didn't match up on one side! I ended up having to drill new holes AND use wood glue in order to put the top and bottom parts together! The overall quality of the product is poor. From a distance it looks okay, but close inspection reveals cheap wood and damages.My recommendation is to keep looking! see less

I had read reviews on other websites about how hard this was to put together. But considering my husband makes furniture and can put anything together, I figured we could handle it. We could, but it took us 4 hours start to finish. This was partly because our shipment included 2 LEFT DOORS instead of 1 left and 1 right. We had to re-drill the cam nut openings on the other door, along with the screws on the other end, and even re-drill the hinges to reverse the door. Of course, we could have called the company who made it, requested a right door, and waited 30 days for it... but we wanted it done. Now that it's together, it looks great and I think we will love it - unless the right door falls off soon because we had to modify it so much. I would only recommend this to someone who is extremely confident about putting together furniture, can make and modify furniture, and who has all day and lots of help in which to tackle it. This cabinet was purchased by my employer for our office, which is the only reason I did not send it back. If it had been for me personally/for my home, I would have sent it back. For the price, I was expecting a little higher quality. The drawer front pannel and one of the doors was all scratched up and some of the wood paneling is already peeling off. Not a good value for the price. I have purchased a lot of other Target furniture - in fact most of our furniture came from Target - and have been happy so far. Let me start off with the shipping. My cabinet arrived on two separate days. I was originally told there was only one package and it would arrive in 3-5 business days. I did not recieve a tracking number for the second package. After five phone calls and alot of run around (at one time being told I needed to send the first package back) the second package arrived a week after the first. I'm glad I got the free shipping. There were damaged pieces and scratched wood on the bottom part of the cabinet. The doors do not fit well together and with some force the drawer fits. The directions for the top work as long as you reverse them while you are assembling it. On one of the side pieces that the glass door attaches to the holes are on the wrong side. All in all it has taken more time and effort than I thought it would to assemble this cabinet. It also needs to be braced together because it is not very sturdy. I will not make another furniture purchase from Target. see less

I have the same wine rack in a darker wood that I received as a wedding present last year. It is a very nice addition to our eating-area, and appears just as it is in the picture. My only complaint is that it took forever to put together, and was pretty annoying to glue each individual piece. I definitely suggest that two people put it together--one person to hold the base, and the other the to glue and attach. see less

I love this wine rack. There is so much storage. It holds 12 wine bottles, plus 6 to 9 wine glasses. Not to mention the three shelves and the 2 wicker baskets. The assembly was a breeze also. So easy. I totally recommend it. It looks fabulous in my wine themed kitchen! see less

I ordered this rack after purchasing several bottles of wine on a wine tasting excursion. I thought it would work great in a small area off of my kitchen. It was WONDERFUL!!! It arrived quickly and was super easy to put together, which is saying a lot! My husband and I had it put together in less than 20 minutes. And it looks beautiful! Comes flat-packed, need to assemble everything. I thought the directions were easy to follow - I put it together myself in 45 minutes (I'm a 25 yr old girl). The baskets were the hardest part to assemble and they weren't that bad. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my rack came with three slots for wine glasses, so I can fit 9-12 glasses rather than 4 as the description suggested. I absolutely love the piece, but i have to say it was difficult to put together mainly because you had to line up 8 screws into their exact places all at the same time. It was challenging and took about an hour and half to put together alone. It requires 2 people for construction but i managed to do by myself. We wanted a small wine rack-bar that could double as a breakfast bar. The size of this was perfect for our needs. It did take two of us to put together, but it wasn't the nightmare that some of the other reviewers seemed to have had. After opening the box and organizing all the parts, it probably took 1-1/3 - 2 hours, tops, and we had a breakfast bar ready to use. It seems fairly sturdy, but will probably not stand up to heavy usage over a lot of years. NOTE - This is NOT a high quality piece of furniture - there are flaws and other issues that show it is a 'made in a third world country' type unit. For our space, it works fine, however if you are looking for something that is beautiful to look at and will last many years, then this may not be the right choice for you. see less

You must have 2 people to put this item together. The front panel screws slides out of the holes and you must align them to fold the bar properly. I noticed the wine glass holder was slightly cracked. But for the most I do like the bar. see less
