I may return this rug, but I really don't want to go through the hassle. The colors are true to what I saw online.And it's very soft and matches the Avery lotion dispenser very well. The issue I'm having though, is that in some places there are tufts that are too long. Also, some of the leaves show white spots where the dye was somehow not there. Sigh. I recently remodeled my bathroom and decided I needed to jazz up my black and white bathroom. When I went to Target I was immediately attracted to the grey Thomas O'Brien collection. However, little did I know that the Flagstone gray set was "redone". What I mean by this is, the Flagstone grey items don't match once together. I've been to Target 3 times this week in hopes to get the right rug. No luck. Once the items are paired together, they clearly look like they don't belong. The bath rug is darker than the contour rug, but lighter than the bath rug. I'm not even going to touch on the color of the toilet seat cover. I'm very disappointed in my purchase and have yet to decide what i'm going to do about these items. I've used one of the bath rugs...it is very comfortable. see less

I shop at Target a couple of times a week...and this is the first time that I have regretted a purchase. I recently repainted my bathroom and went with a new color scheme and needed new towels and rug. I bought the entire set of rugs from this collection because it looked so nice in the store and seemed very "spa like". They were also the perfect color I wanted. Well, they are very nice when you first put them down and then right after they are washed, which they do wash nicely...but as soon as you step on them, they flatten out like a thin towel. They also are supposed to have latex to stay put...but they do not stay put...I am always putting them back in place. I wish I could return these. see less

I love this rug! It really brightens up the bathroom, and my kids LOVE the "wormy" texture. I haven't needed to wash it yet, but I like that it is machine washable. I didn't pay attention to the dimensions when I bought it, and I bought two-- one for infront of the sink and one for infront of the tub. Unfortunately it was too long to fit between the toilet and the tub, so I had to return one. However, I had NO PROBLEMS returning it and having my credit card credited! Thanks, Target! see less

Despite the other reviews, this rug is awesome! I have had nasty bath mats that don't function, and are rough on your feet. This rug on the other hand is soft, cushiony, and really does absorb water well! I hope Target continues to sell items like this one! see less

I was excited to find this at Target for less than [$] BUT....the black wasn't black enough. It's a faded black/super dark gray tint black color, not a true black. I love this bath mat - it is the cutest I have ever seen. I bought it along with the "Something's Fishy" shower curtain, trash can, and toothbrush holder. As I got the bathroom all set up, I started to think about how bath mats always end up wearing out / looking gross after a while, and (this is where it gets really eccentric) I ordered TWO MORE to have as backups, so that I can keep this as the bathroom theme for a while. The fish bathroom will eventually be just for my one-year old, but right now we are all using it, and I think it's fine for an adult's bathroom if you are looking for something fun. see less

We bought the rug with the set, and although I was a bit skeptical about the quality it would be I've been very happy with it. We've only had the set about a month, but already ran it through the wash and it held up better than my more expensive name brand rug I have in the master bath. My only 'complaint' would be that it does have white, and when we had people over with so many people walking all over it the white got dingy, but after washing it you couldn't tell, so bonus there. see less

Thick, rich maroon in color, etc. The only problem is that I had ordered a rug that is specifically made to fit around a toilet, and instead received the regular, rectangular bathroom rug. I will keep it since the quality is excellent, but still need the other rug. I bought this rug a few weeks ago, i like the color but i would not recommend you wash this rug in a washing machine, it would probably have to be hand washed. ..not sure if it states that on the tag... i put it in the washer and a lot of the fabric came off and made a mess inside my washer. I also noticed when my feet are wet stepping out of the shower, little tiny fabrics get stuck to the bottom of my feet. see less

I have both the 24x24 square and 20x34 rectangle Thomas O'Brien canterbury blue bath rugs. The square rug does not have a backing, meaning it's the same fabric on the top and bottom...whereas the rectangle rug has an anti-skid coating on the bottom. Both look great, but the square rug has not held up very well over a year's time. After washing both once, the square rug lost a ton of threads and the rectangle rug was fine. If you don't plan on washing it, the square rug will be fine too. Based on the low price, it's not that big of a deal. Both are a pretty good choice if you like their style. see less

Loved the rugs at first. They're nice if they don't get very wet. Once they get wet, they don't even dry overnight even if I hang dry them, since they're so thick. When I wash them in the washer, it takes FOREVER for them to dry. [...] unless you want to bust your rear. Even with the no slip pad they're a real pain. Now that I've had them for approx 6 months and paid an arm and a leg for them, they are falling apart all around the edges and some in the middle of the rugs. [...] I'm beyond sick of these rugs. This rug is gorgeous. I has a plush texture, super soft, and a rubber gripping on the back. Since it is white, I decided to return it--thinking the kids would get it too dirty. However, if I didn't have kiddos, I would have kept it for sure. i bought all of the matching accessories for this bathroom set and i absolutely love the shower curtain. i decided to get the rug to finish up the bathroom and make it look complete. first of all, i love oversized design of the rug and it matches the curtain perfectly, however i do not think this rug is worth the [$]. my main complaint is that the rug is made out of this weird material that is like very flat and dingy, and it makes the rug look dirty after a while. when i wash it in the washing machine, it looks good for a few weeks but then looks dirty, and i do think this is because of the material, not the fact that it is white. i would reccomend this rug if you got the matching bathroom set, but maybe try and find a coupon first and wash it frequently! see less
