Wow, this is an excellent quality towel at a GREAT price! I am a big fan of the Threshold brand and this solid towel and its' colorways really envelope what I perceive to be a high quality, good-looking Threshold product. I am fresh out of college and decided to purchase some new bath towels for my new home. I washed these in my front load washer and dried in a front load dryer. I completely disagree with other reviews claiming lint/ loose thread problems. My Threshold bath towels have held up just fine through several wash and dry loads, and I still feel the new-like plush and comfortable feeling of these towels every time I step out of the shower! I had already bought these towels before reading the reviews. I was worried at first, but I must say I've not had the issues everyone else seems to be having. I washed them first before using as I do with all towels. They dried in one dryer cycle instead of 2 like my old towels. I had one towel out of ten that had a single loose thread, which is certainly understandable to me. [...] They are a good thick, absorbent towel that feels great and is super-soft even after washing and drying. At [$] each, they are a great value. Good quality and a fair price! I love these towels!! As my usual routine with new towels, I put them in the wash and then used them. They were just as soft coming out of the dryer as they were going in to the washer! Great colors and nice, warm and soft towels!! I will be buying more! see less

I'm so glad to see these towels on sale this week. I bought these towels back about a month ago. They are so absorbent and soft. I love the textured feel of them. They seem to be very good quality we have washed them several times and they look the same as when we bought them. I will be be buying several more this week with the sale going on. see less

It was labeled BP safe in-store, however after just one use there are already bleached spots. The towel is decent otherwise - soft, absorbent - but we bought it specifically because it was advertised as BP safe. see less

These towels are very pretty and soft but they shed so much. I have washed them at least a dozen times and still I get little brown towel pieces all over me. It's nasty, especially on my face. Time to buy new towels..again. see less

These definitely need to be washed, perhaps even twice, and aren't as absorbent as other towels I have. I hope that the more I wash them, the more absorbent they'll get. But they are really cute! see less

My wife loved the colors of these towels and bought four complete sets. My first indication of trouble was a clogged dryer lint vent upon washing and drying them prior to use. After showering and trying to dry off, I knew there was a problem. I couldn't get dry. I looked to see if they were a polyester blend or something but the tag indicated all cotton.My hair was still soaking wet after three attempts to dry it. The complete purchase is going back to Target tomorrow. see less

I was so thrilled to see these towels in person at the store. All the awesome colors caught my attention and I wanted to buy some in several different colors. I ended up buying an entire set of both the solid and stripe towels, hand towels and washcloths for Christmas and I kept hoping that with each wash they would finally break in and start absorbing water. Unfortunately that has not been the case. Luckily, we haven't had the fraying issue that some people have. These towels look as beautiful as the day we purchased them, but even with well beyond 30 washes they do not absorb water AT ALL. I am so saddened that for the amount of money we paid on these towels that we will have to purchase new sets. Very disappointing. see less

I guess it all depends upon for what purpose one uses these towels. These are the very best, high quality, thick, comfy beach towels I have EVER had. Yes, the first washing had a lot of lint, but the colors are fast, the quality superior to any beach towel I have ever purchased. They are so incredibly comortable as we lie in the sun on our bright, beautiful, cushy towels! see less

I thought I bought towels, instead I got squeegees. I've washed these at least 5 times, the lint the first couple washes was crazy, that has stopped but they STILL do not dry you off, just push water around. Pretty but useless see less

The washcloths are very soft and good quality - but each one is rolled up and closed with two of those plastic tabs, then the group of 5 has about 4 more plastic tabs holding the group together, and then there's the outer tie. I'm thinking they could have done with less.. see less

The wash clothes are scratchy and not at all soft. Only three of them have characters printed on them, not all five. They already have lots of pulls in the them, and I have not even gotten all of the little plastic packaging things off. I'm really sorry I got them and will probably return them. see less

I was updating my bathroom, which I do every season, to a beachy/summery/tropical theme and was elated when I found this towel set that matches my bathmat perfectly! I threw in some aqua rugs, flip-flop towel hangers, flip-flop clock, and beach chair candle holders and voila! Bought this online, thought they were beautiful. However, when I got them I noticed they are SOOOOOO THIN!!! They are very pretty, but expensive for the poor-thin quality that they offer. I woul not recommend this set unless you only want them for show, not to be used, and just for show I think they are too pricy. see less

I am hooked on these towels!. I have been married for 25 years and have bought many different types of towels that have snagged and look horrible after a couple of uses. These are so durable, nice size, great colors and priced fairly too. I do not even have any small children in the home - our youngest is 13 - which I believe that this line is supposed to be geared for. Two of our bathrooms are [Brand] ....I wish Circo would come out with some [Brand] colored towels. I have both the multi-colored towels and I just stumbled upon the duck colored towels the other day. There was only one in our store and I grabbed it. I will have to buy more when they have them in! see less
