We just put together our daughter's swing set, and THAT was terrible! When this bed arrived, we were nervous that it would also be a challenge. But according to other reviews, it didn't seem like it would be. And everyone was right! This was so easy to put together!!! And the bed looks so sturdy and solid. Just looking at it, nobody would guess it was bought from Target and assembed at home. A special 'thanks' to other reviewers who suggested using a Twin XL for the top mattress. It fit like a glove! see less

Been stalking this bed for a while now & when Target started the save 15 percent & free shipping promo I went for it & I bought it for my 9 year old daughter. I did see it featured with other vendors but Target had the best price. [..]. It came in 3 big heavy boxes but that is just because this is a great quality bed made of strong & sturdy wood. Took about an hour or so to build but it was not too complicated. Quick note & good to know, top bed is twin XL mattress size & trundle is standard Twin mattress size. Once built it measures 81 and 3 fourths inches long from head to foot X 41 inches tall X 41 and 5 eighths inches across from left to right with the trundle closed. see less

Just received my new bed. It is exactly what I wanted and expected. Right now it is used in a guest room, but eventually my son will be using it. The bed is nice because it can go both masculine and feminine with the right bedding. Not too fancy, but not too plain either. I was able to put it together myself, no problem. I am a 46 year old female. Not sure why others had issues with assembly. It shipped earlier than stated, so it was waiting for me when I got home from vacation. Besides the bed being beautiful, I got it cheap. It was on sale for 20 percent off and I got the extra 5 percentTarget discount for using my Red Card. I had just upgraded my bed size from a Full to a Queen and needed a bed frame which was more expensive than I thought. For a little extra, I was able to get the whole bed - headboard, footboard, and frame. One final note, my mattress is really thick and the headboard is tall enough to show. Thanks Target. see less

We bought this bed frame for our 14 year old son. It was delivered earlier then expected which was a plus and it was very easy to assemble!!! The bed is very sturdy and he loves, as he calls it, the 'manly' color!!! see less
