I was so excited to get this bike for my niece. We put it together and right away noticed the all of the monster high pictures were stickers that were placed on very badly with air bubbles all over. The tires had plastic still from the tire mold so they looked horrible. The paint on the hot pink metal was already chipped off and I am not talking about small areas, but larger ones that I had to paint over with nail polish because the gift needed to be given today. The tires were almost flat, the seal on the manual was already ripped open and there was one cap missing from the air valve on one of the tires that I had to replace. The store didn't have the bike, so I couldn't just get a new one right now. I am VERY upset. I will be contacting the manufacturer and maybe they will be willing to do something to compensate for the poor craftsmanship. see less

[...] The pedals will only go on one way. The right pedal only attaches to the right side, the left only to the left and one pedal is reverse threaded while the other is straight threaded. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this bike, the way it is constructed or its quality. But you have to read the directions. see less

I got this for my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter as an upgrade from her 12 inch,the size is perfect at 14 inches being not to small at 12 and not to big at 16 inches.Shes very happy with it. The setup was a breeze , I had a minor issue with the left pedal but resolved it quickly with some WD40. Its a very good looking bike. This was a very wise purchase. see less

I found this bike on the website and fell in love! And it looks 10 times more adorable when its assembled and when my 4 year old rode the bike for the first time she did very well, still needs a push to help start but can go pretty fast, the training weels needed to be ajusted a so now it rides better, couldent be happier with it! I've got to give this bike props. I'm a 26 year old male and just took this bike on a 10 mile jaunt. I am completely oversized for the bike, but it held up. My back is killing me today because it was too small for me, but I needed a bike for the day and this worked.The only thing I don't like is the brakes on the left-hand side. And it doesn't work very well. The back-pedal brakes work well though. see less

If you look at the frame of this bike you can see it's somewhat comparable to MUCH higher priced bikes. My son rides it easily, and the cushion on the frame bar has already saved a possible OUCHY..lolThis is his first BIG boy bike (birthday gift). We just got it a few days ago! We were looking for an inexpensive bike for this summer since Santa brought the wrong size for Christmas. This one was not only inexpensive, but also cheaply made. Don't let the box fool you, 5 Step Easy Assembly is a joke. The directions are HORRIBLE. The manufacturer put the directions for every single bike they've ever produced into one manual and it is not user friendly. I had better luck assembling the bike without using them, and I wouldn't call the process easy. The training wheels do not fit the bike correctly, they do not reach all the way to the ground. After market universal training wheels do not fit due to the design of the chain guard. We chose this based on price, as we only need it for one summer. I think we would have been better off buying a used bike of better quality. I'll be surprised if this thing lasts the whole summer. see less

Thankfully, we sat down to assemble this bike two nights before our son's fourth birthday, rather than the night before. The bike was bent out of shape and thus impossible to assemble. The 'fork' on the frame, to which the front wheel connects, was squeezed together so the wheel didn't fit on. We just finished packing it back into the box so we can return it and buy a preassembled bike from a different store since Target doesn't carry this size bike preassembled. Magna seems to be ignoring a known issue, since I see upon reading reviews on Amazon--too late of course--that others have experienced this as well. Don't buy it-- you could be sorry. see less

Breaks never worked from ... see more

Breaks never worked from initial purchase. One of the caliber, front and back, never retracts after applying the break. Tried to adjust it myself and brought it back to the store who also had no success. Wanted to exchange it but noticed that the Mongoose bikes on display had the same problem, so we had to return it. This was a birthday present for my son and his 1st experience with hand breaks and it was not a good one. NOTE - we did not set this up but they did not have a NA for the "easy to setup" category. see less

we bought this bike originally for my daughter. but i rode it often. i am 21 yrs old and 5'4" so i just had to adjust the seat post. this bike is the best bike i ever had. no problems with it ever. i took the chain guard off thought. just greased the back tires bearings. super smooth ride. unfortunately, someone waltzed into my backyard and stole it right out of my garage. but seriously the best bike i ever owned. see less

My son absolutely LOVES this bike. He really wanted a BMX style to do tricks on especially after his mountain bike took a nose-dive. He is having a ball while I close my eyes and cringe. Our son has ridden this bike for two years and we have never had ANY problems. Bike is sturdy, brakes work great, he has enjoyed it and it has performed with no problems. We also bought the girl's version, Schwinn Deelite, for our daughter at the same time this one was purchased and have been very pleased with both of these Target Schwinn bikes. see less

We returned this bike twice due to in-store assembly. If you return a bicycle, they are required to notify the person who did the assembly and they will check it out before authorizing a return. Bike 1. The front wheel was not straight. The axle nut was bent and could not be removed. This prevented the tire from sitting in the fork correctly. Bike 2. The front wheel was not straight again. This time both nuts were bent. The quick release on the seat was also installed incorrectly. The release was positioned against the post preventing you from using it. The thumb screw was stripped to bare metal. Bike 3. The screw holding on the chain guard was too long and rubbed against the chain and had to be shortened. The front brakes were sticking which I adjusted after reading the manual. The front brake cables were run incorrectly. Whenever turning the bike to the right, the cable would tighten which engaging the brakes unexpectedly. I reran the cable correctly and now all is good see less

[...] Although Target assembled the bike and it looked great, when we got it home, it was too large for my son even on the lowest seat height. It was very difficult to pedal also, and I even tried it. My daughter has a [...] bike that is also a 20" and we bought it at an independent bike shop. He can easily ride this. I will take him to get a bike at a bike shop. Although we will have to spend more on it, the quality is far superior. Even the kickstand on the falcon is low quality. I would not recommend this bike. see less

I purchase this bike for my son, he road the bike the first day I bought it home and the pedal fell off. Returned the bike to Target to get it repaired then I notice the rear breaks would stick. I then returned it to get the same bike and my son had it a total of five days and the pedal fell off again. We are not happy. DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE!!!!!!! see less

I had the bike for a week and the peddle levers fell off so I had to tear the whole thing apart. The bearings were dry and the nuts were all stripped out. THIS BIKE WAS ASSEMBLED IN STORE. All of them had the same problem. The brakes didnt work. The peddles broke in half from just riding the bike. It is clearly a piece of JUNK. There are better bikes, dont buy the junky ones that you wont be able to return. see less

Great sporty-looking bike! Arrived in good condition with all parts needed. It was fairly easy to assemble with no issues and our grandson loved it! It's a great transition size, with training wheels, for younger children who are outgrowing their smaller bikes. see less

I received this bike with broken parts. The hand break was broken and the seat was "squished" on one side on the top. Very unhappy with Razor, but Target has always been good to us, so I have no complaints about them. Razor was unhelpful. see less
