These pants are the perfect fit just as they are for my very slender just-turning-6yr old. He's 45" tall and is the size 4. Switching to boys sizes has been a pain, Target's toddler sizes have been great for him even though he's so slender, but in the boy sizes everything is so much wider. Other adjustable pants have to be cinched in a ridiculous and uncomfortable amount, and the wide legs look silly on him. BUT these pants have been the answer, I'm glad there's such a variety of colors! see less

Normally I have to bring in the adjustable waistband on his sz 8 pants from other stores, these do not need to be adjusted. If your child is a bit husky I would recommend sizing up. see less

They're still going strong - [...] too, but they're pricey and not nearly as stylish. Bottom-line, the best uniform pants you can buy if you have a rough and tumble boy! I buy these jeans all the time. I buy about every 3 months as my 9 yr old trashes his pants usually in the knees. I don't know what everyone is complaining about as I haven't ever had a problem with these jeans or do I think they are expensive. I've bought regular Levi's and my boy trashes them just the same. These run small but look cute. I bought a pair for my 4 year old in size 4 and had to give them to my 2 year old. They were way to small. But my 2 year old looks awesome in them. They are long, i cuff them but perfect around the waist. I am going to buy another pair for my now 5 year old but will definitely size up. They do get worn out but all the jeans I have bought them from the [...] have worn out too. I've had these for almost 6 months and they have a lot of fading and holes are developing in the crotch area. But I love the way they look so much more than any other jeans that I have bought them that I will definitely go back for more. see less

After about 7-10x wearing these jeans, there are now holes at the knees. My son is not the hulk, so why did these jeans combust before my eyes? The cut is ADORABLE on my 5 year old, but the fabric is low quality. These are his FAVORITE pair, and the holes won't stop him from wearing them. Luckily, the holes actually look intended, so I'll let him wear them in the spring. Then I'm sure they'll convert themselves into cutoffs in time for summer. Get it together, Levi's. I'd buy these again in a heartbeat, many times over, if they'd use better fabric. see less

My son is 12 years old, has a 30" inseam and a 25" waist, finding pants is IMPOSSIBLE! These pants, in size L, are 30" in the inseam. The waistband is comfortable. The fabric is soft yet on the thicker side. My son loves them! see less

I ordered these pants online for my daughter. I selected a size based on info available and previous experience as to what typically fits her. These pants are, unfortunately too big for her. I will exchange them for a smaller size. I purchased a size 6. Measurement comparisons are as follows, Pants inseam, 22 inches Pants waist, 24 1/2 inches, they do adjust smaller Pants length from outside hip to ankle, 28 1/4 inches My daughter is 7 yrs old, tall and slim. For comparison, her measurements are, Waist, 20 1/2 inches Hips, 22 inches Hip to Ankle, 27 inches Inseam, 20 inches I hope this info helps other parents wishing to purchase clothing for their children. I think these pants are a great deal, great fabric, just the sizing seems to run big for a size 6, but maybe not. see less

I have bought these pants in a variety of sizes for the past 5 years for school. They used to be 60/40 and now they have changed them to 100 cotton....BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!! They are thinner, don't wash nearly as well and look dingy after 2nd wash. Why the change? Now I will be returning the unused pants and be searching elsewhere for a better quality product. see less

Purchased theese pants in store for my Middleschooler, age 13 years. They are thick enough in the knee area to withstand playing sports, or just the usual roughousing that boys do at school. My son liked theese pants because he says that they are not dorky looking, and by dorky I mean no pleats in the front, I guess that it's not cool to have pleats...lol! Pants are still in like new condition after this last school year, and won't need to repurchase until my son grows out of them. Stains come off very easily, but I also use a special cleaner that you can purchase at [retailer]called Folex. It is awesome and takes out all my stains on his pants and white school shirts! see less

The legs were nice and long for those growing legs and the adjustable waist helps during that process too. They will last longer than the time this young man fits into them.
