I bought this to help me wash the bottoms of my feet when I was having back problems. It is not soft, but I knew that when I bought it. It worked fine the first few times, then it kept falling off the wand. It is removable, but it won't stay in place, so that makes it impossible to use. I would get one that is not removable next time. see less

i would give this a zero if i could.It doesnt even feel good when you use it. the edge of the loofah just scratches your back you cant even get the whole sponge to glide on your back. it broke the 3rd time i tried to use it..just go with a normal brush this one is the worst. see less

Maybe I'm misreading the instructions, but it seems to say that you use the "scrunchy" side to develop the lather and use to scrub side to, well scrub. I'm not too keen on the 4-6 week time frame as It seems like adding to useless landfill. Very nice with the deep clean body wash! see less

I love these!! I bought these for my hubbys b-day and now we both use them. The back washer though has a tendency to lose the handle every now and then. Had these for about 6 months now, and everything still feels great. The hand cloth is great to use to exfoilate your face!! Easy cleaning about once a month = soak in vineagar then rinse a few times - keeps out mold and skin cell build up (per my grandmother) see less

I didn't realize what I was passing by with this dual sided loofah/exfoliator, until I finally decided to try it and it was exactly what I had been looking for! the dual texture is helpful since it is a pain to have multiple loofahs for multiple skin areas that do/do not need exfoliation. The "hand sling" that covered part of the exfoliating surface was in the way, so I just cut it off and then it was perfect! It needed to be replaced every few months, but I was looking forward to getting a new one last month and now NONE of the stores in my area are carrying it anymore! the other loofahs offered are single-purpose only, so now I waste more time in the shower, which really bugs me. Those exfoliating gloves are nice but a pain to put on/take off. I hope they are not phasing this dual surface loofah out completely, Please bring it back! I haven't seen one anywhere else like it. see less

I purchased this item thinking that I would get a lot of use out of it. I prefer durable sponges that last between 4 to 5 months, but this one only lasted 1 month. The exfoliating side's was ineffective, the top layer bunched-up and formed large pieces of lint. Also, the sponge side was too soft and I had to place a lot of effort in cleaning when using that side. Like Sondra, I also cut the elastic part, since I didn't find it useful. Sondra, if you're looking for this sponge, the San Jose Silvercreek location may have more as I picked up mine there. Other San Jose locations may carry them as well. I have 3 suggestions. 1. Make the exfoliating side more durable, while making the sponge side fuller. 2. Remove the elastic band on the exfoliating side. 3. Make the loop at the top of the sponge longer so it can be placed on a hook with more ease. I rated fragrance as 2 stars to be consistent with the overall rating, but this sponge does not have any fragrance. see less

we have gone through 3 of these, they have never fallen apart for us..the string at the end has come off but I expect that. Husband loves this thing, it has a rough scrub to it that he likes. It lasts a good while & is priced fine. see less

I didn't try to use it in a tub setting. I only use it once a week in a stand up style shower to scrub my feet and hang it to dry. I do replace it for shower use around every four months or so and then it becomes a scrubber for other things like floors. I've never had it sitting in water for any length of time. I've dropped it often and it has held together for me. see less

I bought this brush yesterday, used it last night it worked fine. Went to use it today and the whole brush fell apart pieces of glass and bristles was all in the tub. Do not buy this brush looks are deceiving. It was a waste of money. see less
