The only downside is that when I selected the size... full queen, it says in the description that this is a 3 piece set and includes 2 shams. Bought 2 of these for children going off to college. They needed twin xl so I bought 2 at store. One was short by 5 inches not the 80in needed for XL twin bed. Returned it and bought another only to have a another short mattress pad. In both case the label on the package and on the mattress pad said Twin XL. Went to the store to see if they carried other brands in XL size which they didn't but did notice that there were several R Essential Twin XL mattress pad items that had been opened and possibly returned so it looks like I wasn't the only one that had a problem. see less

My husband and I purchased the Dark Gray & the Xavier Navy sheet sets after looking online for a good deal on a single California King sheet set. We found that most places were charging over [$] if you wanted a semi-decent thread count. We landed on these sheets from Target and decided to [get] 2 sets after reviewing the item details and customer reviews. When they arrived we were pleasantly surprised at how soft they were. They came nicely packaged in a cloth storage bag -- felt very high end. We pulled them out and washed them right away and put the first set on the bed. They felt great and the extra deep fitted sheet fits our very tall mattress perfectly. This line has several colors to choose from. The extra deep pockets are especially nice for the larger mattresses so you don't have to fidget with pulling the sheet down every time you crawl out of bed. So far we love them! We have not had any "balling up" on the fabric, no color fading, they stay on the mattress and wash up beautifully without wrinkles. We feel like we scored -- Big Time -- with these sheets. Two sets for the price of 1 and we are VERY happy with how they fit and feel. Thank you Target for making reasonably priced items that feel high-end. see less

I am staying with my In Laws and their beds are SO firm. I could not sleep well. I'm a side sleeper and need some cushion, but this is not temporary so I did not want to spend double the amount for a mattress cover, or more. Tried this one and I'm quite happy with it. You have to evaluate it for the price. For 15 dollars, it is fabulous! It is ever so slightly smaller than the twin mattress and does slip a bit to the side after a week or so, but it is so much more comfortable than the mattress! It was a great purchase and now I can sleep comfortably every night. Not sure why everyone is having issues with smell but it had no real odor at all for me. I've had it for 2 weeks and I'm quite happy with it. see less

At the time I didn't realize how hot sleeping in that bed would be. So I purchased two of these mattress pads to provide a cooling barrier from the foam... and it worked! It has just enough of a pad ... not overly fluffy. The elastic sides fit over my mattress (12") but I'm sure it could easily accommodate a deeper mattress. My mattress is about 14 years old & not very comfortable. My husband has also had no pain anymore after sleeping on this. I am currently registering for our wedding, and of course, sheets are on the list. I don't like the color of his sheets, which is why I want new ones, but it is so overwhelming reading everyone's different reviews. I thought we wanted all cotton. Finally this morning I got the brains to check the tag on our current sheets - and they are these ones. I had seen these sheets online and written them off due to bad reviews. We have been sleeping on these sheets and these sheets only for over 2 years. We wash them weekly. We are not fancy sheet people. We want something comfortable that doesn't fall apart. These sheets are exactly that. You cant beat the price, and these are super comfortable and we have never had a problem with them. No lint. No problems with washer or dryer. They do wrinkle, but thats cause we cant put them straight on the bed from dryer, as we have to go elsewhere to do washing. But seriously! great sheets. I originally bought this item in the twin size for my sons bed. The fabric was soft and had a silky quality, the only downside being the ties in the corners to hold the duvet in were stitched rather poorly, but it was nothing too horrible that I couldn't fix it myself. I loved the feel of his so much, I decided to buy the same for my bed but in a queen size. I got the queen size home and opened the packaging and the fabric had a completely different texture and feel. It was rough and almost scratchy. Definitely not the same material or product. The only good thing was that the corner ties were much more sturdy. I don't understand why there is a difference in the materials used, but I would not suggest buying this item if it will be used in a bed that is frequently slept in... unless you appreciate the feeling of scratchy material next to your skin as you sleep. see less

I was really disappointed with this. I expected it to be thicker material, but in all reality it's basically two sheets sewn together with some buttons to close it off. I guess you get what you pay for, and the price was not that bad...but I honestly just could've bought a couple of cheap sheets and made a cover myself and had the same effect for an even cheaper price. I bought these sheets several years ago when they first came out. They were pretty, but they were too small for my deep mattress and they required ironing. Recently, they wore out but they were so pretty, I went back and bought the same thing and they are even better now! My new sheets fit the deep mattress easily. Before I took them out of the dryer, I had set up the ironing board and heated up the iron, so I went ahead and ironed them, but they didn't really need it. I purchased this throw in purple. The good, it's not expensive and looks nice, the fabric is not exactly luxurious or anything. I am just using it as a throw on back of a chair however. If one were to sleep with it they might not care for it really, it said it was 100 percent polyester. Also based on the photo, I thought it had some sort of sparkle to it, but it's more like purple with white intertwined. The picture is true to the color of purple, it looks the same in person as far as the purple goes. It's still pretty. The bad is that when I opened it, it smelled very bad. It reeked of chemicals. I got the bedding home and immediately opened the packaging to check the set out for myself. It was even better than I expected. It doesn't look or feel cheap at all and it's very comfortable. The colors are absolutely gorgeous and print on the sheets and pillow cases are a very nice touch. My previous set was Xhilaration as well and I will continue to shop this brand, they don't disappoint! My advice is to see a product for yourself. If you don't like it, hey it can always be returned. These pillowcases are very soft, but the sizing is strange. After washing and drying, the end of the pillow sticks out the end because it is too short. One of the pillowcases was about an inch shorter than the other. The width, however, is about four inches too wide. These will be returned. see less

This is a really good mattress protector for the price. This one is very soft, not crinkly at all, completely waterproof and fits the bed perfectly. I've seen the protectors that after a while are no longer waterproof because of washing it, but this one we got on sale for only [$] dollars over six months ago and it's awesome. to the review regarding it shrinking after being dried, the package states dont dry in high heat. I am careful when washing, and never wash in hot water or using bleach, as it deteriorates the material. After washing, I tumble dry on NO heat for about 10 minutes to get excess moisture out, then hang on the door to air dry for the remainder of the day. I've also never had an issue with it ripping when putting it on the bed, but I would keep the packaging, as that may have just been that one protector. see less

I bought this in queen size on Monday for my new bed. I really loved it and it doesn't feel waterproofy at all. This morning my toddler had an accident in my bed and this protected my new matress 100%. I can't complain at all about that. I was easily able to get any staining out in the washing machine. However, when I took it out of the dryer this afternoon to put on my bed I noticed it shrank. A lot. It fits, but barely. I really loved this until the shrinking issue. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase. The item looks just as pictured here. The style compliments the decor of my bedroom just fine. My gripes relate to the size and build quality. SIZE - Everything runs a little too small in my opinion. The pillow shams barely cover my queen-sized pillows But the shams are standard and not queen, so I give them a pass. The comforter barely covers my queen-sized mattress. I do not have a particularly deep mattress--no pillow top, no plushness at all. Just your basic queen mattress. I have a platform bed, so I like to tuck my comforter under the mattress. But with this comforter I have maybe an inch of material left to tuck. There is very little overhanging the mattress. I am afraid of what will happen when I wash and dry it. I suggest anyone with a queen bed buy the king-sized comforter. BUILD - The comforter is thin. It is not intended for warmth. Fine for Southern Cali, but be warned if you live somewhere with cold winters. see less

I am a quilt lover, have many that were much more expensive than this one. This quilt is so NICE. Very soft, have even washed it a few times now and it continues to soften. The colors are very bright and bring my dull white room alive. I bought a king for my queen bed due to the fact that my husband calls me a cover snob, a king was a perfect fit for our bed. Just enough to hang and look great at the same time. I would defiantly recommend this inexpensive quilt to anyone. see less
