I first saw this trunk at a friend's house and immediately ordered one to store blankets in my living room. The trunk just arrived today and it is beautiful! The color is gorgeous and trunk is well made. I want first to clarify a confusing point. For some reason, the description of this product says, "The sturdy plastic risers have the look of wood and add an additional four inches of height to your bed," while in the specifications the material is listed as wood. I took a chance and purchased them hoping that they would be wood and not wood-look plastic, and they are, in fact, solid wood. These risers meet my needs perfectly, and at half the price of a similar item I found elsewhere. It should be noted that the quality of wood is not incredibly high - the edges on some are a bit chipped and splintered, but at least chipped prior to finishing, so the finish coat is uniform. But these are a utilitarian product which won't usually be scrutinized at close range. My bed skirts cover the tops, which is the location of most of the chipping, and I like that the bottom part which can be seen looks like a normal leg of a bed. I highly recommend these, flaws and all. see less

There are also slight variations in color between each of them, but nothing too noticable. I bought them at the store and they only had four. I purchased two of these to stack one on top of the other in a narrow living room that didn't have a wall available to put any sort of bookcase or storage unit because of the way the room was designed. I had one narrow wall available that had a furnace vent on it, which was preventing me from putting anything on it. After extensive research, I found this item and decided to give it a try. Because of the open back, it fits in the area and allows the vent to remain unblocked. I put them together quickly and easily by myself in a very short time. I stacked them to make a tall storage area needed in my living room, as this is the main play area for my two young children, 4 and 6 years of age. When I tell you this item had changed my life, I am not exaggerating. We are able to clean up the living room after a day of playing in a matter of minutes. We no longer have hats, gloves, sunglasses, etc all over the floor or missing. see less

I never write reviews, I'm just never impressed enough to take the time but I had to this time. This cube bin is huge, very sturdy, attractive and AFFORDABLE. I bought 6 of these for my [...] shelving and they fit perfectly - which a snug fit is huge because it deters my toddlers from pulling them out. I love their size because they maximize my usable storage space and when you have a 1-2 inch gap all the way around your bins, you are just wasting space. I only gave 4 stars for style because currently the colors are limited, I got the color dots and it's true that it isn't as vibrant as the pic but that's common. They are sturdy, more sturdy than any other folding fabric bins I've bought. But the price is what makes all of these features impressive, only time will tell how they hold up to a 2 and 3 year old "helping". see less

You can spend as much on cardboard boxes as you would on plastic bins. These storage bins offer durability, moisture protection, ease of portability and long life. Bought this today and set it up within an hour. Instructions are perfectly readable for anyone who has at least a high school diploma. I am a college student and my room looks a mess during the school week so I decided to buy this storage unit to organize my life a little better. I was able to hold 26 pair of jeans in the canvas containers- rolled up. This thing is awesome and the color selection of the canvas containers are even more awesome. These are a nice alternative to a regular bookshelf and much cheaper. They were really easy and quick to put together. The materials are a little cheap. A couple spots where nails go cracked a bit, but that is to be expected with a cheaper piece of furniture. We put baskets in some of the boxes and they hid the little crack just fine. I liked the first one so much, I bought a second one for our sons room. I like that we can display things or put things in baskets and hide them a bit. I don't usually spend that much on organizing but these were the PERFECT size for the empty spaces in my TV stand (I searched high and low for ones that would fit!). I use them for hiding PS3 and Wii remotes and games. I bought four, putting two in each space. I wish Target had a way to attach photos so that customers could share how things like this are used in the home. I've always found that these lids warp under the pressure of stacking, unless the items inside are very lightweight and bulky (i.e. fluffy sweaters, fleece, stuffing, etc.) They definitely don't seal well, so if you're storing clothing, books etc. in a garage or storage shed and want them to stay clean, invest in a better lid (like the stronger latch-top kind). see less

The hamper and the liner are attractive and put together well. The lid has hinges and stays up while I add or remove laundry.I use the other baskets for carrying clean laundry to my folding area (my bed :) ) and holding laundry products. I have a laundry area in a hallway rather than a laundry room. But these are so attractive that I don't mind leaving them all in the hallway next to the shuttered door that conceals it. ... I decided to go to Target to see what they had. I found these Joy Mangano hangers. I have never seen them before and they looked interesting. I have been using plastic hangers FOREVER. Some were just plain with no hook openings, but most I used had the opening to hook your blouses into. They were a pain, wouldn't always catch my blouses and didn't seem big enough. My stuff was falling off all the time. So I bought, on faith, two of the combo packs and an extra pack of 10 hangers. WOW! AM I HAPPY! I bought the sets in white and find that there are not enough finger clips for me. I have had trouble finding more white ones at Target. I will go look at HSN to see if I can get them there. see less

First, what I do like about this stool. I like the color. The heigth is perfect for sitting at my counter chopping veggies and preparing meals. The padded seat is comfortable to sit on and I can reach things on higher shelves using the steps. I like the rubber tips on the legs that keep it from slipping and scratching the floor. What I don't like is that every time I try to move the stool, the steps totally fall out of the stool...it is awkward to move. In the Cosco stool my mom had the steps were attached to the stool and folded out. This stool is not as sturdy and heavy as the one my mom had. [...] the screw holes were not accurate making it difficult to put together (this is from my husband who put it together for me). For the most part, it serves my purpose. see less

I ordered this for my renovated kitchen, which looks fairly old-fashioned, because I remember a similar chair from my grandmother's kitchen in the 50s. It is sturdy, attractive, and useful. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the step-stool only slides out; in the original it tilted up and out, which was a bit more efficient. But that is a very minor quibble. It's in our family room...something to hold the kids toys that didn't look like a toy box. i use the ratan baskets-they do scratch the shelf when they are pulled in and out like another review stated, might use the idea of the felt to keep it from happening more but they are the perfect thing to store some smaller toys i also left the back cardboard off...i hate those things on furniture! this has stood up to all of my kids, and it still looks like it did the day i put it together...which i did myself in about a half hour. overall...i'm VERY happy with this shelf, and am thinking of purchasing 2 more for the playroom see less

I sat on it and wobbled on it and it's 100 percent sturdy! ...Note... If buying the espresso bench in store, the picture on the box is much lighter than what the wood actually is. Here are 2 things I wanted to know before buying but couldn't figure out...The cubes measure 11h x 11w x 13d. Also, the cushion has adhesive velcro so the cushion till stay in place. see less

We got this for my 3 year old several months ago for her toys. The cubby is a very nice light brown, no damage when it arrived, and was easy to put together. So far it has held up to my daughter's attacks -she tries to climb it to look out her window or get a book- but it did put a hole in her wall. The piece is sturdy, but through constant bumps and hits the screw that secured it to the wall was torn out, and it's free-standing for now. We didn't secure it at the top-center like the instructions said, my husband put it on the side thinking it would be fine. Make sure to stick with the instructions on that one, ha. I'm glad we got differently colored boxes for this, always keeping certain colors in certain squares has helped with her memory and organization. Instead of dumping out everything until she finds what she wants, she now goes to the green box for her Legos and the blue one for her family dolls. It has really helped keep her floor clear for much longer at a time. see less

The color is very pretty and looks great in my kitchen. My husband put it together without any difficulty, although I have to admit he is very handy. Most of the components are metal and I like the way the steps slide out. It seems sturdy and is nice to pull up to the counter while peeling potatoes or to have one of the grand kids sit on. It arrived very quickly. I was initially put off by the idea of having to assemble it but it went together easily.She sat at the kitchen table with us on Christmas evening, watching as we matched nuts and bolts to the illustration in the directions. She was hesitant about liking it at first, thinking I may have paid too much for it. I reassured her that I did not. As it came together the smiles and admiration increased. It reminded me of the Christmases of my childhood when my parents would assemble gifts for us. She now has it in her kitchen and proudly shows it off to anyone and everyone in her apartment complex. This item is perfect for storage and I purchased 2 of them and see no major variances in color and it matches my wicker ottoman purchased from another vendor. I definitely recommend this drying rack. It's sturdy and durable. There's plenty of space for large loads of clothing. Many long skirts, tops, and other garments can fit on it comfortably. It's easy to unfold and use, as well as to fold up and store. The mesh net on the top is perfect for sweaters and other "lay flat to dry" clothing - it helps them dry fast! You can also adjust the height and width of it when you unfold it (but the mesh can only fit on when it's in the tallest and narrowest position.) Having had this for around 5 months, I'm very happy with it, and don't have any problems with it. [I do want to point out that the rack I got had blue joints, not black as the picture shows.] see less

Besides these boxes being very sturdy, high quality, and configurable - the best thing about these boxes is that they actually increased the usable amount of space in my closet. The length of the box is exactly the depth of my "linen closet" - which is really more of a general door size closet with shelves. But the box extends past the edge of the built in shelves by about 4 inches in the area where the door closes, inside the door frame. The door closes tightly against it without forcing it and gives me extra storage! I don't have to worry about it tipping off the shelf because it's such a sturdy piece and the length of the box resting on the shelves is so long already. Anyone with a standard size shelving closet might find this useful! see less
