The set definitely looks like the high end models without the expensive price tag. It makes the patio more comfortable for relaxing. However, I am worried about how well it will withstand the outdoor elements after reading some of the other comments. We live in a humid, hot & sunny climate. During summer, we have daily rainstorms. Got this on sale and am very pleased. Below are a few things to expect. - The pieces are bulky and a bit heavy. It took me and my husband about an hour to assemble all of the pieces. - The chest is less roomy inside than I was expecting, but seems pretty dang waterproof! Score! - Purchase some non-skid pads for under cushions. They slide a lot. - The cushions faded. A lot. I highly recommend getting covers. Target does not sell covers for anything with these measurements. I finally found some on Amazon. They came today and I could not be more pleased. Different brands, but identical in fabric and color. Loveseat cover- Modern Leisure Patio Furniture Love Seat Cover Chair cover- Hearth & Garden SF40224 Adirondack Chair Cover - The cushion covers unzip and come off for easy washing! - These pieces will slide around if on a smooth surface and in high winds. The furniture is attractive and very sturdy. Assembly took about two hours and was straightforward. The cushions do absorb a lot of water during rain but dry out after about a day in the sun. About a month after I got this, a squirrel shredded one of the cushion covers. I didn't really want to buy an entire replacement cushion set, and it wasn't clear if the ones target sells were really an exact match for these chairs. Target directed me to the manufacture, Grand Basket in NYC, which sent me a replacement cover for free. Incredible! see less

We shopped all summer at other large stores like [...], expensive patio furniture stores, etc. and didn't want to break the bank on a set, but yet also get our money's worth. When this set went on sale, we snatched it up and couldn't be happier. It has a strong steel frame, the chairs and couch are deeper than expected and the woven material seems like really great construction. We'll see how the pillows and fabric hold up, but we're going to Scotch Guard for extra protection. The only thing that is completely off - the throw pillows that come with it are SUPER SKINNY - less than 6 inches high, length of the chair cushion. Very small and petite - NOT what is in the picture. Oh well, its not why I purchased the set, which we're very happy with. see less

This seemed like a great mix, the color we liked and the heartiness of the other set all combined. The set is AWESOME! I am so pleased with this set. It is a wicker resin material which I wanted because its so wet up here in western washington. The size of the chairs are bigger than what the picture looks and the side table is so cute. I was nervous about ordering this without seeing it in person but it's nice! This patio set looks beautiful. It appears it will hold up very well over time because the quality is solid. The seating is very comfortable. Once I sit in these chairs I just don't want to get up and isn't that the goal of patio seating. The seat cushions velcro on to the frame and stay in place very nicely. My only complaint is the back cushions blow over always. I'm going to either put a strip of black velcro on the back or put a few stitches through the fine metal mesh back and attach the cushion to it that way. Putting the seats and table together was pretty standard. The key is to put in all the screws loosely at first and tighten them all at the end so that there is no difficulty in lining up the holes while building. This set needs about an 8 ft by 11 ft area to keep all the pieces centered around the coffee table comfortably plus at least a couple feet of clearance on any side where you'd like some traffic flow. see less

We got this set at the beginning of this summer and are extremely happy with it! We've gotten many compliments on the design and it fits our condo patio perfectly. The measurements and color were true to the online description. The pieces are heavy enough to stay upright when it's windy. The style is modern and looks more expensive than it is. My only things that could be improved would be adding tie downs on the back cushions so that they don't fall onto the seats when it's windy, adding zippers so that the covers could be removed for cleaning, and making the foam sturdier - the most well-used seat is sagging a bit. Overall, it's a great set at a great value and I recommend it. see less

I was actually happy with this, though, as I think it will make it hide more wear. The frames look like wood instead of plastic, which is nice, since resin, wicker tends to look cheap. The cushions are a little stiff, but will probably keep their shape as a result. We bought this set about six months ago and we just love it! It's sturdy, well-made, very comfortable and attractive. My husband was worried because we bought it online and he wasn't sure if the quality would be good - and it is, because of the steel reinforcements. You can even lie down in the loveseat, with your feet dangling over the edge and it's very comfortable. We will get many years of enjoyment out of this quality patio set. Bought this set and am really impressed with the comfort, quality and design. The set arrives in 2 big boxes, and took me about 1.5 hours to assemble everything...pretty easy to put together once you read the directions. Both the chairs and the loveseat are comfy and very deep. The cushions are sort of a light grey/beige color and two multi colored throw pillows are included. Have only had the set for about a week now, so I'm not sure how it will hold up in the long run, but the pieces are all solidly built with metal frame construction and should stand the Georgia sun pretty well...I bought covers to keep the rain off the set just in case. Compared to many of the sets I've seen, the price for what you get in this set is very reasonable. All in all I am very pleased with the set so far...very nice looking and very comfy. I would definitely recommend this set to anyone looking for a modern, sophisticated and yet comfy patio set! see less

The cushions are comfortable but are only a couple of inches thick so they are not by any means a 'luxury cushion'. Ruins the look of the set. When I have guests over I will have to flip the cushions. You shouldn't have to replace the cushions after 2 months! On the two chairs I put together, the hardware was already stripped on several of the screws, making it impossible to get a tight fit between joints. The chairs were wobbly when put together, despite a great effort. They really appear when looking at them in person to be cheap and poorly made. Unfortunately, high quality outdoor furniture can be very expensive, and this is low quality outdoor furniture that I wouldn't bother with. Look elsewhere, please. see less

We were a little nervous buying from Target as we thought the quality would not stand up to higher end retailers. However, we have been incredibly please with this set. It looks like something you would buy at a high end store for easily half the price. When shopping around there were quite a few sets that complained the seats were small and the armrests were too low for tall people. My husband is 6'3" and has no issue with the size and the armrests are a perfect height. The only negative are the cushions on your back. They are pretty small but we bought a few additional pillows and it solved the problem. I would highly recommend this set. see less

I tend to keep it covered when not in use (so I can't tell you how well the cushions weather if you leave them out), but we've had this set for over a year and the chairs themselves have weathered well and are very comfortable. Very sturdy...we had a fairly large branch fall on it and there is no damage to the chair at all (whew!). It's also a great set for a small space...the pieces are not overly large which was a plus for us since we live in a town home. We bought two sets of the armless sectionals, a corner section and have bookended them with the chaise longue set although the latter set is slightly taller it works well on either end. This has created a great-looking corner on our deck with the ottoman and chaise extending out to create an enclosed feel. The accent table from the chaise set sits in the middle making an intimate little lounge The collection is sturdily constructed and highly weather-proof while maintaining a clean look. The clips seem to be fairly ineffective, but 3 small zip ties join each section to the other with zero movement. Cushions do slide easily but this is very easily rectified by placing tool box drawer liner between wicker and cushion - zero issues since that operation. We also bought the dining set and have had zero complaints and received many compliments on the entire set-up. Do not hesitate! You will not regret buying anything from this great collection... see less

We bought almost the whole line of this deck furniture two years ago for our new screened porch. My first review of it was Mar. 20, 2011. Seeing a few negative reviews, I wanted to say that our set is still in great shape after almost two years of use. Our furniture does sit on a covered porch, but it gets a lot of sun in the afternoon and rain sometimes blows in. Since we live in northern Virginia, I take the upholstered cushions inside and store them in the basement during the winter months, when we can't use the porch. The metal furniture stays out on the porch. No breakage, no problems at all, even with frequent visits from our young grandchildren. I still love this set! see less

I ordered this patio set on 3/17 and it arrived on my front porch on 3/20 AND it was free shipping! I spent most of my time unwrapping all the parts and only maybe 30 minutes actually putting the set together. The box came with detailed instructions, but I did not use them because it was self-explanatory. It was easy and I had to use the rinky-dink hex key that came with the set[...] Anyway, I put the set together by myself in my garage, to avoid the mosquitos, and then picked up each piece and took it to the back patio. The pieces are super light because the set is aluminum. So now I am reviewing the patio set with a dog breathing hot lava breath beside me on the love seat. When we bought this item, the arm on one side had a bit of wickering that was loose, thus creating what would have been a very visible hole on the side. I sent Rolston an email with a photo and my receipt. I did not get a reply email from Rolston, but within about ten days received a replacement arm. I was very pleased to see a company stand behind its product. I have since bought two arm chairs and a coffee table. All assembledy easily, look great, and are comfortable. I can't really speak to durability yet since it's only been a month, but I recommend this furniture as an excellent value for the money. It is a plastic, thus all weather, wickering, but it looks good. I am a happy Rolston customer. There must be others since I see the price of this furniture keeps climbing. see less

The color is better than the brown you see everywhere. I think the reviewer above had gray dusty dirt from the black rubberized packing materials on his hands. I wiped off some loose dust and dirt with a damp cloth and there was no bleeding or transfer to the cushions. It's been rained on too and is fine. I was able to put it together myself without a man! I did take the advice above and used a socket wrench. It's lightweight and easy to move around on my patio too. All good. see less

We have been very happy with our set. The wide arms are a huge plus, plenty of room for an arm or a drink. It looks great and the two tone weave blends in well. The shipping condition was not perfect, I had to unbend a number of pieces before they would go together. I am very comfortable putting things together and it took me a good amount of time to get them assembled. Compared to other pieces this is a great value that works well. see less

I really relied on the reviews when buying this set, which is why I'm back to write mine. Overall, I think putting the set together was the worst part..but was accomplished by me, a 5'5, 115lb female, in a little over 2.5 hours. Piece of cake, but back breaking due to the size of the pieces. Well worth me saving a few hundred having to do it myself..I'll take it. The quality is great.. If this set were to be displayed in stores, you'd expect to see the price tag to be a lot higher.. especially with the glass table included. The color is black-grey with light beige seats.. looks very modern, and I love the color. The cushions are great quality and the 2 toss pillows they include are a good deal... just wish the pattern was a little more compelling. Overall, I think it's a great set under 1k and I wouldn't hesitate again to scoop it up for the sale price. see less

Love this set. Easy to put together, durable and very, very comfortable. Looks like we spent much more. Helpful hint, we bought 2 love seat covers and pushed 2 chairs together rather than 4 chair covers and saved. see less
