I love the look of the matching bedding but had read articles about the safety of such bedding. I saw this product in a magazine and knew I had to have it. My little one is only a week old and is sleeping in our room so it hasn't gotten real use yet. It was easy to install and looks good in the crib, I like the mesh fabric and the color is good too. When the time comes I feel confident that she'll be safe, and the price is great! see less

We used this bumper in my sons crib until he was 7 months old. It is breathable but could be slightly thicker. As he grew and approached 7 months, my son would bump his head a lot. We ended up putting regular bumpers in his crib at that point since he's big, can move his head with no trouble and he's very mobile. This is a great bumper though for little ones, and a must-have considering pediatricians are recommending not to use the regular ones. see less

Doctors were recommending that no bumpers are to be used with infants, but now are allowing this breathable bumper. This bumper is great because it is mesh and in fact "breathable". It also provides a little color to the crib. I didn't find it difficult to install, you just have to read the directions. Love it! see less

We purchased for our newborn and it went together easily in about 30 minutes with just me. Probably could do it in 20 with an extra set of hands to steady it. Only thing that could possibly make it better would be to include a custom bumper cushion. The one I bought fits fine but leaves a small space open at the front corners. I love the fact that there is a breathable bumper on the market. The current recommendation is to use no bumpers at all, but I worry that an arm or leg could get caught between the slats and twisted, something that won't be able to happen with these bumpers. They are quick and easy to put on, if you have trouble you can look up the instructional video online. The bumpers fit perfectly on our convertible crib and are machine washable which is great. see less

I went over and over different options for my little daughter's room. We went for a soft, bright, vintage look for her nursery and finally decided on this set. The price is great. I would wish for another piece or two for the price but it's still a good value. The bumper ties have torn a little in one or two places but I think that's b/c of rough handling on our part. That can happen with really expensive bumpers as well. The quilt is just beautiful. The colors work well with other crib sheets too. We've been able to put together an entire room of soft, vintage colors like dove gray, silvery-blue, etc. I would highly, highly recommend this set. see less

It took my mom and another friend to put this bumper on because it was just a tad complicated and no pregnant woman should have to get frustrated over something like this. I wont doc the stars for it being so complicated simply because I love the way that it looks and it is so breathable! After 5 months, I decided it was time to write my review. It's funny when you read message boards & parent's are complaining about the new "rules" of not having a bumper pad when their baby's feet are dangling through the crib bars. The question was asked on how to remedy this & everyone had the same answer - buy the breathable bumper at Target! Once you get it on, it's nice - it's the getting in attached part that isn't easy, but it really didn't take long. My baby can see through it, breathe through it, but can't poke her arms & legs through it. It's win-win! see less

I took out my traditional padded bumper because of new safety warnings. But....every morning there would be an arm or a leg hanging through. This breathable bumper was the trick! Safe, keeps arms and legs in. Not as cute as my padded bumper, but safety wins! Overall very pleased, and it did fit my standard crib. Just had to adjust it a little. see less

I LOVE the BananaFish Nantucket collection! I was so excited when I received the bumper, along with the bedding, mobile and valance, in the mail! The colors are contrasting- the white, pure, rather than too thin and cheap, the navy dark, and the green bright. It's just what we were looking for. I love the preppy look, but it's still appropriate for a baby.My only complaint about this bumper is that is was a bit pricey! But I highly recommend this collection. I only wish that they had matching accessories such as garbage cans, lamps, diaper stackers, and hampers! see less

It's only about 1 inch short but I'm not concerned about baby being able to chew that area of the crib at all...too small of a section. I was looking for something pink but not watered down pink the usual "baby pink" and this fit! It has every shade of pink which is great for matching other baby decor. I have a very wide railing crib and I was afraid a one piece bumper wouldn't fit but was wonderfully surprised. It is cushiony yet firm and even with the strings pulled to the max it holds, very well made. I ended up putting the striped side facing out because of my wide railings but it looks cute! see less

I was worried about how much wallpaper I was actually getting, I even called Target. They told me I was going to get 15 inches as it says in the description. Luckily, I got plenty. With one single order I have more than enough to do one wall. I didn't measure but if I had to guess it might have been a typo with inches instead of feet. In other words, I am guessing that I got 15 feet, not inches, in my order. see less

I ordered this set in January of 2011, however am just now writing this review. [..] I got the bumper pad and the fitted polka dot sheets and it is gorgeous! However, the color is not light pink it is more like the damask rug they show with this collection. I paired this with the black and white damask chandelier curtains from Target and it is feminine, classy and elegant! An old reviewer commented on paint colors that match perfectly with the bedding and I took her advice and paint does match perfectly! We have white Wayne's coating and the pink and green paint and it's beautiful! see less

I love this bumper pad! It is very cute, looks like it does on computer screen. I thought it was a little weird that it came with 4 sections though, but I guess that is just because my crib has bars all around and I never thought about another crib with a solid back or something. But it is perfect for any kind of crib. It seems a bit small as it leaves an inch gap or so on some of the corners. But over time with washing I it may loosen up a bit. see less

We loved the crisp and clean looks of the Bumper with white on both sides with chocolate stitching edge and ties. We are having twins: boy and a girl and we bought dwell for target Silverlake white/espresso cribs and this bedding looks and fits perfectly on it. We are so so happy with this product and we also bought entire crib bedding, curtain panels and extra items sheets and blankets in blue and pink. I also called the supplier Bacati and bought Decorative Pillows, Hampers as well as Moses Baskets in the same pattern to complete the look. VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT see less

I ordered this bumper and the polka dot crib skirt and was highly disappointed! The crib skirt is precious and I love it, but the brown on the bumper does NOT match the brown in the skirt! It is almost 2 shades lighter! Also, the cute little bow is not there. As with many bumpers, you have to tie the "bow" material around the slats in the crib, but if you have even semi-large slats, there is not enough material to make a bow. I was so excited about this set, but now am returning the bumper to get something that matches better. Bummer! see less
