The nonstick surface on my old muffin pan was wearing away so I tossed it. I went to Target and saw many. The Kitchenaid muffin pan was a little more expensive than some of the others, but it's worth it! I have used it three times so far. When the muffins are done, they literally slide right out of the pan.
Follow directions to keep it nonstick--do not oil the pan and hand wash, even though it's so clean after I use it, I am tempted to put it away in the cupboard without washing it...
I highly recommend this.
I love making blueberry muffins for my husband. He loves the way the house smells when they come right out of the oven. This mini muffin pan not only keeps my husband full, but keeps our home happy:) This pan is also great for making tiny smore cups, cupcakes and tarts.
