This woman knows what she's doing! Yesterday was my first day using this video and I have to say, I'm the sorest I have ever been after a work out. I can tell this video will make a difference! She does a great job instructing and motivating you to push yourself. The price is great, and I was able to find it in my local target store. Just in time for swimsuit season! But seriously, don't underestimate the difficulty of this. It's a twenty minute workout but you will definitely feel it the next day. Wow! see less

I'v had two kids, over eat, and really just let my body go. I have finally had enough and am giving this dvd a try. This dvd is AMAZING! Jillian does not let you down. Don't get me wrong, this is hard and I found myself in tears the first few day's. But I have already seen such a change and I am just blown away! In two weeks iv dropped a pant's size. That nasty pooch I have from kids is on it's way out the door! I feel so much better and not like I am going to die just walking up the stairs anymore. It's going to be hard at first, but stick with it! You can do this!!! If you are ready to change your life, this is the DVD for you!! see less

This workout is worth buying, I had bought workout dvd's before but never have I sweated so much where it is just dripping off me. Thats how I know this workout is working. I am in shape and workout 4 days a week, but this dvd put me to shame and I would let anyone know who wants a good workout to buy this, it is worth it. I am buying her thighs and buns workout.. I love this DVD! It is an excellent workout. By the end of the workout you can really feel your muscles working. I would definitely recommend this to any one wanting to get in shape and also incorporate the calming effects of yoga into their life. Great buy! see less

I have several workout dvds. This was done very well- you have a choice of hearing the instructor's voice or just hearing the light music. I am not a big yoga person, as I feel that I need to be moving around more, but this dvd is terrific! I am improving my strength and toning up- and it does not take long. Thanks! see less

I have to disagree with the other two reviews. This system works! I have been following it for 30 days and I lost 30lbs!!! When I say "following it" I am also referring to the diet plan included in the kit. It is time consuming to prepare all the meals, but definately makes a difference! Yes, the dance cardio takes time to learn, but you can go at your own pace, and Tracy tells you to. You do have to work out 6 days a week for 1 hour. The toning DVDs are awesome and if you stick to it, you will get comfortable with the moves. I am on day 35 and I still have to stop and take a few breaths during the 30 minute dance cardio. I have tried P90X, TaeBo, and Zumba and nothing has changed my body the way Tracy's method has! Maybe I am determined to reach my goal and I am happy to have found this! Try it, stick to it, you will see what I mean! I weight 183lbs now, so this should tell you I am not a fitness freak...at least not yet! see less

I'm reasonably fit and can follow workout DVDs easily. However this was insane. First off the dance routine is impossible to follow. I can't do it every day so I did other forms of cardio to get my 30 mins in. The first workout was ok but the second went so fast I couldn't keep up with her. It's like she's dancing while lifting and I just couldn't follow. I'm disappointed I did it for 10 days in a row then couldn't. I don't see how anyone who's severely out of shape could even do any of it. You basically have to be as fit as her to keep up. I wouldn't waste my money. see less

I've bought A LOT of workout systems before and this one was by far the craziest. I agree with the first reviewer. You have a ONE cardio workout that you are supposed to do EVERY day for 3 months! There is no changing it up and I was bored in the first 5 minutes of day one! Plus, it's really hard to follow - there is no count, no beat, nothing. Then there is the music. I had to finally turn it off and use my own. The other dvd is the strength training. It actually wasn't so bad. You do the same one for so many days and then switch to a new one. So at least you get a variety there - but you still do the same cardio! I ended up doing this for 3 days and taking it back. Luckily the store took it! Don't waste your money with this if you get bored easily! see less

I bought the Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown DVD. I had gained some weight over the past year and was having a hard time getting it off. So I figured what could I lose. I bought it thinking "Yoga????, that shouldnt be too hard, right?" WRONG LOL. I got it in the day my husband went out on a Oil Rig, I figured I would do it once a day and see if he noticed the change 2 weeks later. I lost 12LBS!!!!! I couldnt believe it. With a healthy diet and this dvd everyday I lost weight! I was like HOLY COW!!! He was so happy when he came home and saw how thinner I was! I am still doing this everyday and my next weight in is in a couple of days! Wish me luck and BUY THIS DVD!!! Its wonderful!!! see less

I danced in high school daily and was very flexible and athletic. But, in college I have been too busy to do workouts, much less stretch daily in order to maintain my flexibility. This workout was great and was quick and challenging for a 20 year-old. Jillian Michaels moves quickly but not too quickly for a beginner to follow. I felt the burn during the workout but wasn't left behind when transitioning. It was great! see less

i bought this video bc i love all jillian michaels' [b&%!] kicking workouts! i wanted a yoga video that was faster paced and made me sweat...this is it! doing these exercises has done all the yoga benefits, tones muscles, lean body, strength increases...but occasionally i tend to get severe back pain, not due to the workout, but when i don't work out i pull a muscle. i notice when i slowly get back into the groove with jillian, my muscle pain fades away once i start strengthening up again. love jill and all her hard work! this is great for all levels...i haven't made it to level 2 yet, but level 1 kicks my [b&%!] every time! see less

I have used Richard Simmons programs before in the old VCR format. I want to lose weight and remembered I enjoyed Sweatin to the Oldies. I like the new digital format and am using these to provide variety in my exercise routine. These are great for someone who is starting a fitness routine and loves to dance. Much easier than starting with a step routine and I get a workout that is just right for me. see less

I am 60 years old and have had a fusion in my back. I have been real sore and hard to find an exercise I could do with injuring myself again. I heard from some dear friends that this Jane Fonda Fit and Strong was excelent for women older and in need of an easy exercise and it works. I can exercise and feel good about myself and not be injured. I highly recommend this DVD and thank you Target for having it for me. I am a Target shopper all the way. see less

this is a great CD. moderately intense right away. short powerful miles in a short amount of time. I am used to 3 mile walks that start slowly and build and this one builds right away at 1/4 mile. If i can only fit in one mile in my day, atleast i know it was somewhat intense so I don't feel so bad about just one mile. see less

I love the show "So You Think You Can Dance", so I was immediately drawn to this product, and it didn't disappoint! Each workout (3, plus a bonus) is walked through step by step until you learn the choreography. Depending on your learning curve, be prepared to not get a full cardio workout the first few times through the video as you are learning the steps. Once you get the basics down, you do it 3 times, consecutively faster with the entire SYTYCD Cardio Funk gang. The menu is easy to navigate and it's easy to go back and relearn a step if needed. Once you don't need the choreography you can choose just the "workout" selection to do the latter 3 up-to-speed workouts.The absolute best part is that you don't have to worry about whether or not to listen to their directions (left, right), or to mirror them...you do both! Lauren's Hip Hop is funky and full of energy. Travis' Contemporary is amazing; burn even more calories using weighted gloves during this one! Courtney's Disco is super short but if done right will work your entire torso. There is a fun bonus at the end that puts pieces from all 3 workouts together. There are also bonus interviews and features perfect for any SYTYCD fan or anyone who loves this workout DVD! I also use the Tone & Groove title. see less

This is a GREAT yoga DVD. Kathyrn Budig has got to be one of the most likeable teachers ever. The exercises are challenging and I would recommend starting out in the beginner's practice before attempting the authentic flow. You will not regret this purchase. see less

I thought this was a really good workout! I was in a full sweat the whole time. There was only part I did not like (mambo), but it didn't keep me from working up a sweat! Some of the steps were a little difficult, but I think if you keep doing the video you will catch on. This video kicked my butt, but is was a good thing and definitely needed! see less

Don't waste your money on this exercise dvd UNLESS you want to be bored out of your mind! This dvd is terrible! The instructions by the dancers and music were so flat and lifeless I had to turn it off before even finishing the work out! This dvd could have really been lots of fun with some sassy music and a little extra personality by the dance instructors, instead it was BORING!!!! A complete waste of my hard earned money! see less

Im under 18 and in todays society having a healthy body is a must! So while trying to achieve my goal of having a slimmer more desirable body i came across this dvd. I love to dance so this was a great buy for me. I lost around 20 pounds and all my friends and family have taken notice. What worked for me was exercising using this tape and other general workouts, drinking ONLY water, eating special K, oats, and fruits/veggies. I hope this works for you too! Good luck!!! see less
