A friend of mine recently purchased a product very similar to this but it was quite a bit more expensive. After seeing how great her results were it really had me anxious to try it out myself, but the high price was holding me back. When I found this Pretika for 1/3 of the price she had paid for the competitor brand I figured I better give it a try. I am so glad that I did! I don't understand why some reviews are claiming that this product dose not get hot enough. Perhaps they are not reading the directions and using this product as instructed? This was well worth the money and I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a good facial steaming/preventing dirt build up/ and for people who suffer from allergies. see less

Super easy to use, quick set up, heat time. The timer is really nice too. I only need to use it for 5 minutes with my sinus' and I am breathing so much better after only 2 days. [..........] I have only used the face cone, covers my whole face. I have not used the sinus cone, don't see a need for it yet. Also, the facial brush with two attachments, what a bonus.
