My baby started playing with this at about 3-4 weeks, and it quickly became his favorite thing in the whole world. He happily spends 45 minutes or more on it... Giving me some time to get things done. It has been great to watch him develop hand and foot coordination while playing. At first he got frustrated when he couldn't hit the toys he wanted, but now he's mastered it. Also, sometimes he only plays with his feet, listening for the music to start when he hits the piano keys... Teaching him cause and effect. Easy to throw in the wash if he spits up or has a leaky diaper. Also easy to toss in the car. We never visit friends without it! He's three and a half months old now, and he still plays every day. I received this bouncer as a gift at my baby shower. I have been using it since the second I walked in from the hospital. This bouncer is very soft and it vibrates wish I had one big enough for me haha. I have not changed the batteries once, so if you use good batteries they do last. My son is 4 months and I use the vibration and music all the time. The only thing I would say is misleading in the description is the age and weight limit. Like I said my son is 4 months and he weighs 14lbs. I Just decided to pack this up because he is too heavy. When he is in it it goes down so far like he is laying flat on his back. So with my experience it is a must buy but only usable till 4 months or about 15lbs. see less

I bought this item because I thought it would be convenient and all the reviews I read were positive. Little did my husband and I know that it would be a life saver. Our daughter has acid reflux and as we got ready to come home the nurse asked if we had a way to allow the baby to sleep elevated. We were both so grateful we had purchased this item. She sleeps so well in it and the angle of the seat helps keep her from "spitting-up" more than necessary and gives us the peace of mind to sleep better knowing she is less likely to choke if she does reflux. This is handy as a second option for baby-containment. I like it because once she's strapped in, I can move her from room to room with me, without having to undo the straps and re-click her in to something else -- take her in this to the bathroom while I do a quick shower, over to the kitchen to make coffee, etc. However, she has never once fallen asleep in it, so I'm not sure how overall comfortable it is. But sometimes she's content to hang out in it for an hour or so. But if you're thinking of getting this instead of a swing, don't do it -- you need that swing that can put him/her to sleep. This is more of an added convenience extra item. The vibration element is ok -- it doesn't get any reaction from her when I turn it on, so not sure... It seems fairly mild to me, but then I don't have her small-body perspective on it. I do like having it and don't regret getting it -- very lightweight for moving her from room to room. She is definitely intrigued by the little hanging toys. see less

I thought the seat was loose so I tried to return it and turns out they recalled the rocker so I bought the new version. This one only lasted a few weeks. It's small and lite enough that we keep it in our living room and move it back and forth between there and the kitchen. The angle is great for keeping her upright after feedings. Both of my babies have reflux and this cradle has been a life saver in that regard, as other reviewers have said. I also found it the perfect solution for several of my problems as a mom of twins, such as extreme portability, which lets me not only move the babies from room to room with me but also to separate them when only one is crying so she won't wake up her sister, allows them to have separate beds so they don't wake each other up with flailing or kicking, fits into a very small space, such as our 750 square foot house, lets me rock one baby at a time or both babies but at different speeds as the need arises. The sleepers really have changed my life because they make getting the girls to sleep - and stay asleep - vastly easier. Everyone is getting both more and better sleep now and the difference was immediately obvious. Every mom of multiples should have this on her must-have list! see less

It's easy to bounce, and she can move it on her own by kicking her feet. She is now 11 weeks old & still loves it. We have not yet had to change the battery for the vibrating seat, and she has used it every day for the past 4 weeks. The fabric is so incredibly soft and the chair has just the right bounce when my baby kicks. The vibration feature is fantastic for when my baby is getting sleepy. This feature puts him right to sleep! It took us a minute or two to figure out the activity bar and how to get it to work, but pulling down on the bananas did the trick. My baby loves the lights and the sounds that come from the bar. I'm so glad we received this and kept it rather than the other bouncer! The Fisher Price Swing n Seat Forest Fun is a great option for those wanting/needing a smaller option to a full size swing. It's also great for those wanting to keep from having too many bulky baby things since it serves the function of a swing and a bouncy seat. Since it is small, this is a great option for easily moving around the house from room to room, and it's compact enough to take with you on vacation or to visit grandma. The vibration feature has been great at calming our fussy baby to sleep and I like the multiple speed options. I do wish that it had a more interactive or more lower hanging overhead toy though! I agree that an additional padding around the head area would have been a nice feature, but you can get good use from an infant snuzzler added to it. Fabric is great, easy to wipe down but still soft, and I love the forest animals theme! Cute and gender neutral. see less

I highly recommend the Fisher Price Swing N Seat Forest Fun for families with new babies. This travel swing is a life saver in soothing my newborn son who at times can be fussy. My favorite feature with this product is that it has many settings and speeds that can be used depending on the mood of the baby. Additionally, the vibrations are nice to calm baby and aid in putting him right to sleep. Assembly of the swing was simple and the directions very easy to follow. The swing is space friendly and is easy to move around the house. I am able to move it upstairs when needed or back to our family room on the main level with no trouble. The only suggestions I might make for improving this product would be for it to include an insert to secure the baby's head a bit more and possibly for the hanging toy to be a bit more interactive or to hang in a way so baby can get a better look. Overall, this is a wonderful product for baby, and I would suggest its purchase to new parents. see less

SO glad we did, we take it everywhere with us when he's going to need naptime or bedtime. The music is a wonderful mix of classic tunes, with a soft "bubbling water" sound in the background. The music lasts 5 minutes, and my baby learned to push it's tummy and turn it back on. ALSO NOTE inside the Seahorse is a switch to make it loud or quiet. If you think it's too loud, open up it's back and turn it to the quiet setting! The batteries are safe from baby because you need a screwdriver to open the back. My son's 5.5 weeks old and we've been using this since he was a week. We don't usually use the music or vibrate functions, but they may become more useful if he gets fussier. He loves the swing. and it soothes him right away. It is helpful to give it a little nudge to help built momentum faster. We haven't had any issues with the battery. There are only 2 things I would change 1.The hippos are ugly. We cut them off and made a loop to hang other toys. 2. It's a little difficult to move with one hand and a squirmy baby in the other. Got it for Christmas! The fabric is nice and gender neutral for our boy/girl twins! It swings great! it sits really low to the ground which is what we wanted and it is compact. I only wish it folded in half to be stored since our space is limited. We wanted it low to the ground for our small dogs to look in on the baby. They would end up tipping the taller one or messing the swing mechanism up. Now all they do is walk by and look in. see less

We've tried using plastic cups with lids and sticking the brushes through the straw hole, but bigger brushes don't fit and bristles can get damaged. I bought this toddler toy in hopes it would solve our dirty water issue. Its pretty nifty. Its modular and very easy to clean. We haven't had a spill since. The paints it comes with aren't very good and are small trial sizes, but I refilled with with Crayola paint. I dig the mixing tray. We usually use recycled egg containers, but this is reusable. Its great for [$], but I wouldn't pay full price just to avoid cleaning up a spill. see less

I received these as a gift for my baby shower from a friend who's a mom of triplets who also had similar seats for her triplets when they were born. My girls used their lamb seats until they were climbing out of them. The seat is so snug and cozy and so easy to wash. It was easy to assemble. My teenage son put both seats together before the babies came home. They were preemies and this seat was wonderful because they could stay with me in the living room and still nap and they were snuggled up. I could feed them while they were in the seats which made it easier to feed two babies at once when I was alone. I think it's definitely a must have for any newborn. I got this for my 2 1/2 year old for Christmas. It was easy to put together, although it does take a little muscle. We used a bar of soap to "lube" the parts that had to go together. We currently don't have sand or water in the base because it's still inside, and we don't have a problem with it tipping over at all. Sand will definitely make it much more sturdy, though. We bought a regular mini basketball so we have two balls. The one that comes with it is much softer and lighter, but both work well. This will be a toy that we have for a long time. see less

He is now 2 weeks away from turning 8 and finally our basketball hoop has seen its better day...and I am getting ready to purchase another one because I am so satisfied with the product!!!! This basketball hooop is so well made, my basketball hoop has sat outside for 5 years and has blown over or been knocked over hundreds of times and it has still held up. This is a nice big toy and my 3 year old daughter loves it. Over two Christmases and a birthday she has received the ZooTalker zoo, train and safari truck, plus many of the zootalker animals. This toy was one of the more difficult toys that we have had to assemble so far. I remember it taking at least 30 min for me (maybe it just felt that way with a toddler in my lap "helping"). When it was finally assembled, I remember thinking it was small for the price we paid, (50 bucks plus the cost of additional animals), where were all the animals going to fit?.... BUT then, my daughter started playing with it. It has kept all of us entertained! And she is learning the names and sounds of the different zoo animals! SO cool! The variety of different animals available helps keep it entertaining for her as well, and for me too! An added bonus to purchasing this set is that family and friends can give additional animal pieces as gifts (under ten bucks) since most people aren't going to afford the whole set at a time anyway.
