I usually buy old navy jeans but lately they keep changing their cotton spandex and polyster percentages so I'm a different size in every style. I wear 12 in one 10 in the other and 14. These jeans fit great have good stretch and a size 10 short fit perfect. They fit the same even when they're thrown in the dryer. The only thing I don't like is that the waist can fold over sometimes other than that great jeans. see less

After shopping high and low, including designer jeans, I finally found a pair of jeans that fit my curvier body type. Having bought a pair of Fit 1 capris last summer I checked out the jeans and was extatic that Target made Fit 1 Jeans too! I own several pairs now and recommend them to my friends. I have received so many compliments on my jeans saying how flattering they look and where did you get those great jeans. Would love target to start carrying a Fit 1 straight leg, not skinny, soon! I am an average sized person in my 50's. I have always had a smaller waist and bigger thighs so the standard low rise type jeans with tight legs typically make me look bottom heavy while the waist is always about 4 inches too big. I hate shopping for jeans, maybe more than swimwear and that is saying something. I have a pear shape, with thick thighs and a waist that's a size smaller and i am somewhere between regular and petite for length. Top that off with being a size 16, buying size 18 and altering down a size in the waist and jeans are impossible to find. I tried these in the store and fell in LOVE. No waist gap, no sliding down and showing my undies when I bent over. And they fit my thighs, but aren't tight. I was actually able to buy my normal size too!! I almost didn't try given how poorly I do at finding pants in target, but these made it super easy!! I bought 3 pairs and am online to snag a few more!! The denim is a bit stretchy as others have mentioned, but I like that. It keeps them nicely fitted to my curves without being tight. The ones I bought have a tummy slimmer, but dont look like the rider "mom" jeans that have the same. see less
