We love our grill. It was a bit tricky to put together. Twice, I didn't follow the diagrams EXACTLY and then had to go back and fix my mistakes. I recommend following the assembly directions exactly as they are drawn and written. Like another reviewer, we too ended up with a firebox that would not attach to the frame, but discovered that we had reversed the top two sides of the frame. We had thought they were exactly the same, but it turns out the holes that accept the firebox are not symmetrically placed. After we took the top sides off and reversed them, we completed the assembly with no problems. Works great and a great deal. Again, just be very careful following the instructions. Even in a couple pieces look the same, might have differences, such as the top sides of the frame. see less

I take care of them but eventually they where out or break. I expect this one to do the same and then I'll buy another [$] grill. Well I will admit that I was hesitant to order this grill because the only two reviews this item had were negative but I saw this in-store and I came home and couldn't shake the fact that I didn't buy it. It looked nice in store and it was priced pretty well. I ordered it and it came within 5 days. No probs with bent parts or anything. I live in California and it shipped from the Midwest. Works very well, heats up quickly and its an attractive grill overall. I'm happy with this online purchase. see less

We ordered this grill with gift cards we received from my bridal shower and had it shipped since our nearest Target is 4 hours away! Please build a store in key west!!!! My fiance is thrilled with this grill, his first grill ever! He is impressed with the ceramic grate and the fact that it actually makes grill marks! It was pretty serious work putting it together and it's much larger than we anticipated which is why I only gave it 4 stars but performance wise we are pretty happy with our choice! I would recommend it! see less

I purchased this grill last summer when the local store clearanced all the summer items so I got a great deal on it. It has been great so far and is the perfect size for a small deck. The temp gauges are a bit useless but who uses those on a gas grill, anyways?! The grate does get clogged a bit but I don't usually grill right on the grate anyways. They're easily removeable and you can take them out a scrub them if you want to really get them clean. see less

I purchased this grill because it looked so nice in the store and was the perfect size for my needs. I also liked the dual temperature gauges and stainless steel cooking surfaces. Well, the gauges go to full scale because they are so close to the flame and are useless. The stainless steel rusts so bad, I no longer need to take iron supplents, and everything sticks to them. The grates often get clogged because the slots are so small. Using cooking spray helps, but I really should have bought this same design grill at HD that had porcelain cooking grates and a single temp gauge in the hood. Also, the igniter switch broke after a couple months use and although the manufacturer will cover it under warranty, the cost to ship it is double the price of the switch. I think the manufacturer should discontinue this model soon. It has basic design flaws. see less

I don't know much about grills, but I think that this little guy is really cool. It gets super hot very fast and cooks food evenly. I bought it for my husband as a birthday gift, and we've used it at least 10 times already. My husband is a chef, and he loves it. We only have a little patio to put the grill on, so the small size is great for us, and you can still manage to cook a lot of food on it. see less

I have used these for years and they are very safe. They have an optional hose and regulator for using 20 pound bottles that the large grills use. They don't get blazingly hot, but they do a good job. Longer cook times are the penalty of a small grill. Beats the small charcoal grills for convenience, light the propane and cook ,no ashes to wait for to dump. They use the small disposable propane bottles. And they have a tray under the grate which gives off a little smoke which gives the food a grilled taste, Perfect for a bunch of hotdogs ,several burgers or anything you wish to cook, slowly.Do not use under anything with a low roof over it . see less

Poorly constructed grill. Upon opening, I found two broken handles and a dent in the bottom portion of the grill. When contacting Char- Broil, I was informed that the top handle would be replaced, but the side handles were no longer in stock. What if this grill was a year or two old and needed replacement parts? It's brand new and they can't help me! Their conclusion was "use it as-is or return it". Overall, Char- Broil was impossible to deal with and not very customer friendly. Customer Service has plenty of room for improvement as does Char-Broil's general practices. I will NEVER purchase another Char Broil product. see less

My very handy husband has been building this grill for over 4 hrs and there are still parts everywhere. We received a large box w tons of unmarked pieces and poor instructions. Website specifications should indicate "full assembly required". Perhaps folks would reconsider purchasing. [...] see less

We love our grill!! It has a MASSIVE cooking space lots of room for storage under neath. Does show finger prints everywhere but easily cleaned with special cleaners. Box I massive and you will need two men to move it anywhere. Weighs probably close to 200 lbs see less
