I absolutely love this color!!! I use the semi permanent colors (because I want the option of going "natural" when I want to without a permanent line) but end up getting "golden" or "red" tones because I haven't seen options like this before. It matches my natural color almost perfectly! With ash colors being so hard to find I'm asking.....DON"T stop making this! This has to be the best color (and :) worth my 1st review) I've found that I can do myself and I will keep buying it as long as you make it!
PS...did I mention how much I love, love, love this color? :)
I wish I had read the reviews regarding the refresher packet before I used it. I had the same results as others who said their hair turned red. I washed mine twice today and plan to wash it again tomorrow because tomorrow is my daughter's confirmation! The idea of the refresher packet is a good one but the execution needs some work... Next time I will definitely throw the refresher packet immediately into the trash.
I've used the Brass Free Med Brown, Light Brown and the 6C Light Brown and Tweed. I liked all the colors although sometimes my hair does get a bit too red. I notice that it happens more if the room I am coloring in is not warm enough. The refresher on any of the boxes I have used makes my hair (and anything it touches) reddish so I no longer use it. I like the concept of it but I want a rich brown with no brassiness so I just color it a bit more often or use a shine product.
