I have been wanting to try this device, which I had read about but not been able to find in a local store. When I saw it at Target.com I figured it would be worth trying; the worst case scenario would be that I'd have to return it to a local Target store.Good news - no need to return it! There's not much to say about it - it opens easily and locks in position with a click, and there is the one button to press to get the fan going. The air velocity is low enough that it doesn't even tickle my ear; it is just a low whirring sound and after about 45 seconds you can feel a little warmth.It self-times at 80 seconds, so doing it a second time for the other ear means spending not quite 3 minutes for the entire process. My ears don't feel bone dry when it's done, but I do think the canals get dryer thanks to the fan. It's like having a tiny hair dryer pointed in your ear.It comes with 4 additional differently colored nozzles so family members can use their own nozzle without fear of getting "cooties" from their siblings or whatever, which is a nice touch.In all, a straightforward device that seems to help. see less

We got this unit on the recommendation of our doctor to help dry out the ears so that ear infections and irritations could be reduced, due to wearing hearing aides all day long. Well the Doc was right! It is simple to operate, doesn't take much time to use, and it has definitely cut down on ear problems. see less

My husband snores, LOUDLY, and I've tried a lot of earplugs to help me sleep but these are the best. Some stores sell bigger plastic jars of them and one jar will last me about a year. These earplugs are great! They've saved my marriage lol. see less

These things form a nice ... see more

These things form a nice seal over your ear and help keep sound out. The only thing bad about them is I only get one use out of them before I find they fall out on their own -- they lose some of their adhesiveness beyond one use. Otherwise, a good product! see less

i use these ear plugs ever time in summer when i going swim these work great and keep water out of my ears if get water in my ears use end up with ear infection so these are great for everyone if you kids get ear infections i would recommend these they are very comforted and not pain you can use them up to 5 times i would totally recommend these Buy THEM !!! see less

I can't fly without these. My ears both me too much and I fly 2 or 3 times a month for work. Since I use these a lot, I'm always searching around for a good deal and I haven't found a more cost effective answer than Target. see less

I used to experience the most awful pain upon descent. Then someone told me to try the ear planes and the difference was amazing. Now I won't travel without them. I cannot recommend them enough! see less

I have some sort of skin ... see more

I have some sort of skin condition at the entrance of the ear canal that causes small flakes of skin debris to fall off and then sit there, until a slight movement will make the ear to itch like crazy. Clinere removes all the loose skin, releiving the itch! I do this twice a day, and the condition has improved to the point that I may clean only once a day. Now a word of caution; on rear of box, it says to be extra gentle until you get used to the slight scratchiness o the brush end. I hope this product becomes more widely spread - they are still hard to find in local stores; I went 100 miles. see less

These little things are different compared to a cotton swab. Although they are the same size as a standard cotton swab, they are a little more rough on the ears. I still prefer a cotton swab. But these are excellent for people that have excess wax buildup problems. see less

The picture on line does not match the product. In fact, Target has mistakenly switched the product names and pictures with Macks pillow soft earplugs. That is to say, the picture for the other product is wrong, too. I bought this pack of earplugs on line and paid for shipping. Now I have to take them back to the store. The whole idea of buying on line is to save a trip to the store. see less
