Love essie, but there's no love lost for this product.
bought it for the color and 'cool' factor. the magnet effect is "iffy" at best. plus, the polish chipped in a day.
not worth the money. next time i'll stick to the base line of essie.
I love nail polish and Essie is one of my favorite. But I gotta say this stuff is bad. The magnetic doesn't work most of the time, I got it to work once or twice and then the design doesn't cover most of the nail. So I wore it because the polish color is awesome, but even with a top coat, it chipped like crazy. I'm so disappointed in this product, I want to love it but can't.
I was hesitant to try this product but my nails turned out amazing! The directions are pretty straight forward and easy but the key is patience. For my nails I started with an aqua green nail color and then put the Sneek-e sticker over it and wow my nails popped. I've had so many compliments and questions about my nails since then. It's definitely something to try if you want to spice up your normal nail routine. And don't forget a clear top coat to seal the deal! :)
I love Essie Sleek Stick. You must follow the instructions to ensure a good adhesion. The alcohol prep especially.
I tried the Sticks and Stones version, greyish purple with asymmetrial silver stones, and everyone I work with thought they looked great, like I'd had my nails done.
They won't last too long, maybe a week if you've put them on well and take care of them. But I've worn them in the shower, washed my hands a lot, and they're holding up well.
I think if you've never used a product like this before, start with a simple style, no stones. The extra decor items make it challenging. [...]
I like the look of these nail stickers. I think the adhesive should be stronger. My application was correct and they lasted 4 days. The free edge of my nail tips were worn looking after a day and a half. I expected them to last at least a week. I won't be buying them again at the ten dollar price. I think they are worth half that price.
I got this product because I was looking for a pale minty color since pastels are super pretty for spring. This color seemed perfect and i was so excited! I hate bad reviews, but I am seriously disappointed. In the bottle it looks lighter and slightly greener. With 2 coats on your nails, it isn't solid with just one, it looks like a bright blue. When i told my friends it was mint candy apple they didn't believe me because it's blue!
