I live in the Pacific Northwest and have been looking for the perfect transitional jacket for years- only to find it at Target.
This coat is light enough for spring, and great for layering in fall/winter. I should add you may want to size up if you like to layer-the fabric has no stretch. It has oodles of pockets, toggles, and buttons and I've had no trouble at all with the zipper, a problem previously encountered with Target clothes.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of five is price- it is unlined/quite thin. Although this is what I was looking for, at 40 dollars I feel it could definitely do with at least a simple liner.
Overall I am more than pleased, and know I'll be getting tons of wear out of it.
I love this coat! One problem I've always come across on cinched waist coats is the back sticking out. The hi-lo cut eliminates this and it's very flattering. The hem is just long enough - about mid thigh (Im 5'11") and the sleeves are actually long enough too (that never happens!) I can't wait for fall!
After trying this beautiful lightweight jacket in the store in a size L, and finding it a great fit with arm length yet wouldn't zip (hips/bust). I knew the XL would be a perfect fit for me! This usually is the case with Target jackets/blazers/coats, its either an L or XL for me. They didn't have the XL, and since I loved how it looked and feel, I just knew the XL was going to fit PERFECT!
Sadly, this was NOT the case. Arms were SUPER long, it zipped however, it was slightly snug in the hip area and very bagging on top! As other customers stated, everything is lined with the exception of the arms!
Such a cute jacket for the Fall, but not a good make on this one Target. I sadly had to return it to my local Target, with NO hassle whatsoever! Target, when it comes to customer service and returns/exchanges, you're AMAZING! Thanks!
