I use this on my camp stove cooktop and it not only cooks perfect but cleans up with a few paper towels as well!. Just make sure its hot, like any pan should be, when you put the meat on and it cooks like a professional pan.
This was given as a gift. The person ended up buying me the stainless steel one I wanted and I was going to return this to a local target but decided to keep it since it was non stick. I am SOOOOO happy I did!!! I am in the process of building a nordicware collection all because of this WOK!!! I do not suggest using metal utensils to cook in ANY non stick pans however i had to test to see durability, so I just used a stainless steel spoon. NO SCRATCHES! not sure what the previous reviewer had but this particular wok -which is the superior steel 14" BTW- did NOT scratch. I cannot speak for the other wok's that are made by nordicware as they make 3 different types - but again unless you are digging in with metal cooking utensils as stated above you will most likely scratch ANY non stick pan. Very even distribution of heat. FYI - currently i use glasstop electric but will be switching to gas soon if that helps people. If this wok does not perform the same I'll write another review.
