I got this for my twins first birthday. Its a great price and great quality. We keep it inside because they use it all day long! If you ask them if they want a snack, they will Run to their table. My mother thought it was perfect for her house, as soon as I seen it I knew it was junk. Onetime it tipped over when my nephew got up on one side. It lasted 1 summer/fall. I ended up just getting her a [brand] one like ours at home. The plastic is pathetically thin. And the only thing that keeps it somewhat "durable" are the 50 huge screws that are kind Of an eyesore. see less

My 4, almost 5, year old daughter got this for Christmas this year and is still spending most of her day playing with it. She is always the teacher of her imaginary students. We did not buy this for the educational aspect of the toy it was for her to have FUN!!! She loves to play school and now she has a "classroom" where she can play and feel like she really is a teacher, which is what I think this toy was intended for. I bought this last year 2007 for my 3 and 2 year olds. It was great for the first couple of weeks when I played it with them. THough there really isn't much to it. No flash cards, or set activities. you are basically the teacher and have to create what will occur. made the mistake of letting them play with it by themselves. they destroyed it. Ripped everything out. Even the bell is broken. Only thing that survived is the pointer. They are now 4 and 3, they use the pointer as a bat or a wand. definitely not for young age group. More fun for parent than the child. Recommend that if you buy this, you are using it to supplement your other teaching tools (ie. books, flash cards, etc.) It would be better priced at $20.00 or less. Definitely not worth the [full price] I had to pay elsewhere. Love you Target, just would not buy this toy again. see less

I bought this picnic table for my daughter and my niece who are both toddlers. I read several reviews and checked out many products before deciding on this table. The description included said seats 6 but I could not imagine seating six toddlers let alone 6 older children at this table. It is sturdy enough to hold weight and wipes clean easily with a damp cloth. I like the two drink holders at the center of the table because it keeps cups in place from spilling or tipping over when they are eating at the table or playing. What an excited little boy our grandson was when the table and chairs arrived. He's 2-1/2 yrs. old. He immediately thought of many uses for the table, starting with a party for his friends. I chose this set for its positive attributes. Although it doesn't fold up for storage, having the chairs separate from the table made it a winner in my book - no trying to squeeze a leg through the opening in a picnic style table. My 2 year old daughter(2 in Nov) received this Nursery Center as a Christmas gift. She loves to put her babies in the high chair to feed them. She likes the changing table and loves to put water in the sink. I think her favorite part is the washer/dryer. She loves to put her baby blankets and baby clothes in it. The only problem with this nursery is that the door to the washer and dryer is hard for her to open and we have to help her with it sometimes. As she gets older I don't think she will have a problem with the door. We have had several other nursery centers that we picked up at yard sales etc.. but in my opinion this one is the best on the market. It is sturdy and I am sure will be used for many years and passed on to younger relatives in the years to come see less

I am a home daycare provider, with 2 small children of my own - and ALL of the kids LOVE this playhouse... including a rather tall 3 1/2 year old, who can stand up just fine in it. It was so easy to put together and came with food, pots and pans etc. It is a little crowded with all 4 of my toddlers in it - but it's a playhouse, not a REAL one, so I think it's okay. :) I would buy this house again in a heartbeat - the inside is so neat, with a fireplace, lamp, electrical outlet, and house plant all built in so that it looks like a real home! We bought this for our 1-year old son who is very fair-skinned and needs a shelter from the hot sun. We liked the different themed walls because they lend themselves to greater possiblities for imaginative play. We can spend longer outside with our son and my husband and I have almost as much fun as he does crawling through the door, tossing the ball around and playing hide and seek. We love to have slam dunk contests and kick/roll the ball into the soccer goal. He loves the doors and windows, and likes to "fill up" his ride on toy and wagon with gas and to talk on the phone. He's also enjoying the basketball hoop (with our assistance!). He also keeps one of his chairs inside the house, and likes to draw on the black board with sidewalk chalk. He loves to eat his snack inside his house using the built in table/shelf. My parents bought this for my daughter for her first birthday gift. She loves it and can't wait to go outside and play! Its not made for a 12 month old so I was a little worried she would be too small, but its not a problem. She loves just sitting at a table her size and getting in and out of it. She also loves the water table part. Its not as deep as a designated water table, but she doesn't seem to mind. I love that this is a double-duty furniture item that I think will grow with her for a few years. We haven't put sand in it yet. It is easy to clean. We also bought the Step2 Swirl Umbrella to go with it and they look great together.My dad assembled it so I don't have personal experience with that, but there were not any issues with parts and assembly. see less

I bought this for my 2-year-old great granddaughter and for the price it is a good deal. I just could not see paying over [$] for one of the more fancy houses that they outgrow so fast. It's very cute and sweet and bigger than I expected. I would have rated it 5 stars except it took a good 3 solid hours to put it together and the doorbell did not work. Plus, changing the batteries in the doorbell would have required it to be partially taken apart. But she loves it and as I said, for the price, it is a sweet little "home" for kids. see less

Holy Smokes, just got finished and this was a major challenge to assemble. The instructions were self explanatory with simple pictures to follow but it took me over two hours. There were 50+ parts and 40 different screws. It wasn't exceptionally difficult just very time consuming. The quality is okay not fantastic. The shutters do not open and close smoothly. A small child will have difficulty with them plus the table will get in their way due to it's height. The door bell has a charming ring. I am looking forward by 16 month old waking up tomorrow morning and seeing it/playing in it for the first time. I bought this on clearance at a Target store. It was on clearance since it was an Online item only. I paid [$]. I think it's a wonderful deal for [$] but I don't know that it would be worth [$]+. see less

I bought this table w/o the umbrella when my boys were 8 months and 1 year old. They are now 4 and 5 years old. They can sit at the table still. They even like to sit on the same side once in a while. It's mighty low to the ground and they have to bend their legs but they don't want to get rid of it! The table has lived outside since the day we purchased it and the Colorado sun hasn't killed it yet. When the boys were 2 and 3 years old they discovered they could flip it upside down in the grass and teeter totter on it. NICE! They are boys. And they still climb all over it and jump off it as well as use it to eat lunch outside once in a while. I haven't collapsed it yet so I don't know about the latches. But it has withstood time, toddlers, boys, parties, and climbing. Worked great for us! see less
