We got the hand version--perfect for a teething baby. The light-colored fingers are softer rubber, the dark-colored bottom is a harder rubber/plastic. Easy to hold for small hands. Fingers of the teether easy to chew on. My baby chewed on the thumb for the front teeth, and on two fingers for the back teeth. Easy to clip to clothing, or car seat straps, with pacifier strap clips. We ended up buying a bunch more for friends who were having babies. Comes in pink and yellow/orange too. Never could find the purple one, but I did see it online once.
I got these for my 3 month old when he wanted more than just tiny teethers and didn't like the texture or the material of most teethers are made of. He loved biting on my husband and my fingers. So I tried these because of the one that is a hand shape. He Absolutely Loves both of these so much I purchased an additional set. Of all the teethers out there I highly recommend the Nuby and Gerber the products they are made of seem to be much more enjoyable to my now 6 month old. My only wish is that they would be more readily available. I searched and searched and the only place I could find these were online on a limited number of sites. They are also a bit expensive but worth it because he enjoys them so much and uses them so often.
