Have the 18" and the 9" (for smaller meals) Biggest problem was finding aroasting rack for the smaller version but Graniteware makes a covered square roaster that comes with a rack for smaller version as well. Grandma and Ma did INDEED KNOW BEST folks..Will find that turkey easy for sure..same for ham or prime rib or pot roasts and more !! see less

My grandmother, my mother and myself have all had one these. Sometimes the simplest things truly are the best. I have given these as presents many times to people who like to cook. I bought this roasting pan to cook whole chickens for my family for a quick and easy dinner, but have also used it for oven roasted potatoes (YUM). In the two weeks since I recieved it from Target.com, I have already used it 3 times! It cooks evenly, has plenty of space, a removeable roasting rack, and great handles! I especially LOVE the nonstick surface! Even "cooked on" day old food rinses right off for a quick and easy clean up. For busy Moms who don't always have time to wash every dish right after a meal like me, you know how great this feature is! I would highly recommend this piece to add to your cookware collection. see less

We bought this recently and used it to make a brisket. I love that this pan has an excellent nonstick coating. Cleanup was far easier than expected. The brisket didn't stick to the rack either. This pan is quite light weight, yet sturdy. Cooking in this pan just went very well. I would definitely buy again. see less

I listened to the other review and I'm happy. This was the most reasonably priced, well made roasting pan I could find in time for Thanksgiving. It seems sturdy and can handle up to 22 pounds. It is non-stick. There's plenty of room under the rack for veggies. Also, delivery was quick. Well worth it! Looking forward to Turkey Day! see less

This pan has very nice locking thick handles for making it easier to lift a 22lb turkey. Extremely durable/solid!! Definitely non-stick so very easy to clean even the rack. Rack slides back'n forth a little assuming it has to leave a little room for getting juices for basting. The price is very reasonable for such a great product. You'll love it! Try there commercial bakeware too!! see less

We bought the Oneida rack for roasting a prime rib roast. Our roast was 9.5 lbs. It cooked the roast fine. Upon washing, however, we noticed that everywhere the rack came in contact with the pan there were little holes ground into the Teflon coating. This was the first time we used this pan, we did not even touch the bottom with a utensil and a 10 pound roast is not outrageously heavy. Thus, there is no justification for the weak Teflon coating. For me, having a chipped or scratched Teflon bottom renders the pan useless. I can't roast potatoes, make gravy or anything that would require stirring or scraping. I use non stick carefully, loving it [...] This was a waste of money and I am bringing it back. see less

My Mom had a larger version of this pan. She used it to cook everything that was cooked in the oven for about 30 years.Even after the rack would not come clean and the piece with the holes went missing the pan was still used. Made a great turkey for about 30 years till Mom finally convinced Dad if he wanted a turkey he would have to splurge for a new pan. I love my mini version. It cooks everything evenly.and clean up is quick and easy. I do not have a dish washer and do not need a lot of strength to clean the pan. A little cooking spray on the bottom helps also or you can line pan with foil for almost no clean up. I hope it last at least half as long as Mom's did and that would be great. see less

I just received my large roasting pan and unlike the description it did not include a removable tray. Customer service told me that I was the 2nd person to complain about this and it was an error in the description. I asked why the description wasn't corrected, after the first complaint but she had no answer for that. The tray would definitely make it easy to get the turkey out and no extra expense to buy a tray. I know these pans are nice because I own a smaller one. It sure would have been nice to have the removable tray. see less

I also bought this roaster so I could stop making do with aluminum pans every holiday season. I had been dreaming of a roaster with a rack in it, and I saw this one on sale at my local Target so I figured it was a bargain. Actually, I got exactly what I paid for. I didn't have quite the disasters described by the other two posters, but I'm not thrilled with it either. I've used it twice now, and discovered that I can't tuck vegetables around the meat because they will burn. I also can't get as much pan drippings, because they burn around the edges of the pan and I am not using a high heat cooking method. Cleaning provides another challenge, as you can't use a wire scrub but it needs elbow grease. Not an easy pan to maintain, and making things easier was what I bought it for! Still, in spite of the other problems, I have to say, the birds turned out wonderfully. But when this roaster bites the dust, as I have no doubt whatsoever it will do in time, I am going to go with something else. see less

we received this as a gift and the paint began peeling off the rack that lifts out. we thought we could just abandon the rack and use the pan, but the coating has peeled from that as well. it is actually frightening, so we'll have to throw the whole thing away. i imagine it will be recalled at some point, it was so shoddily made. see less

I bought this so I wouldn't need to borrow one or buy the throw-away type... used it for Thanksgiving, and it was great. Used it last night for Christmas dinner, and the finish is peeling off. Not just in tiny spots, but all over the darn thing. I know you get what you pay for, plus it says "Made in China" right on it, but still. If I'd known it would only last two uses I would've stuck with the intentional throw-away variety. Boo. see less
