I received this as a gift and I love it! I love being able to brown meat on the stove top and continue cooking in the slow cooker without changing pans. The timer is a great function, and I love how simple it is to use! Other stores sell this item without the timer for the same price, so this is a good deal. I recommend this for people who want a simple slow cooker. see less

This item was given to me as a gift a few years ago and I must say that I am quite pleased with the quality. I have the beige crocks with the floral based. At this point, I use the crock pot at least 4 days per week and it has not let me down. Highly recommend. see less

I bought this crock pot about 3 years ago. The first one quit getting hot, so I called Hamilton Beach and they sent me a new one. That pot had electrical issues and although it worked wouldn't stay on the right setting for the size of bowl I had in it. So, I called Hamilton Beach again and they had me cut the cord and mail it to them along w/ a check for shipping. I now have the stainless and black set like in the picture and it is perfect, no problems. I can say they have improved this over time and have always been easy to work with when a problem occurs. see less

We received this slow cooker as a wedding gift. I am so impressed! The coil technology really works- even the 6-Q pot gets evenly heated. It is easy to transport, easy to use. The only drawback is that it does not have any time settings. see less

Good heat, great seal, what's not to love? The little labels that comes with this are not necessary (they don't even stay in anyway), but that's really the only thing I didn't like about this crock pot. I've taken this filled with holiday cider to a party (yes...full) and it didn't spill! Chili cookouts, pot lucks, drinks, roasts, shredded pork, ... used this several times and highly recommend it. see less

We were having trouble finding a 7 or 7-1/2 qt. slow cooker in stores and decided to look online and found this one on Target's website. It's very nice and accommodates large meals. We've used it several times already and it works well. We give it a 5 star rating and would recommend it to anyone who needs a large capacity slow cooker. see less

I just got this slow cooker yesterday and made my first meal in it today and it came out perfect! If you are looking for a large slow cooker, then this 7 quart one should work for you too. There are features I love about this one that a lot of slow cookers don't have. It has a rubber seal around the lid and a bungee cord for traveling with no spills. It also has a lid rest on the back that is removable and also doubles as a cord storage wrap. It has a slip in label area on the front above the indicator light, and high, low, and keep warm settings. If you need a large slow cooker, it's great! see less

This is my first slow cooker and I just could not be happier! I have cooked everything from chile to chocolate cake and it all turns out perfect! Heating is even and the temperature stays consistent through 8+ hours of cooking. Glazed surface means easy clean up, but I still like to use the slow cooker liners (they are kind of like the oven bags for your Thanksgiving turkey). The 4-qt is a great size if you live alone (and don't mind left-overs) or to feed you and your room mate! see less

He has a few favorite recipes that require a slow cooker, but he always used his roommate's.
