We found it good price when we went our local Target store to buy a car seat, so we got it. I haven't tried it with Target cart, but it didn't even fit well on a regular shopping cart like [..]. It covers the cart, but the back pouch part which I believe going over the cart's back rest, cannot be secured with string or Velcro or anything, just stretchy band stitched in. The harness idea was good, but the owl back rest cover is seperate from above mentioned back rest cover. So my baby is moving around on the cart seat. It doesn't have any padding, just one thin fabric. And the cover which goes to the cart handle has also just stretchy band around the edge. There's no string to secure the edge to the handle. There're only two strings at both side that can secure to the cart, no where else. I think I will return this and pay more money to buy security. see less

It fits shopping carts and high chairs wonderfully! It is easy to use and covers all the areas of carts and high chairs that he would normaly be touching with his hands and then putting his hands in his mouth. It is easy to clean and seems very comfy for my little one. It is coming up on flu season, so this cart cover makes me feel a little better about him being in publicly used items. see less

It fits the Target carts, which I read that most covers didn't. I took it to a restaurant and it was a little difficult to fit in the highchair because it is so big but it does work. I was worried about it not being comfortable, but it feels like a pillow. My son loves it! It also comes with a clear plastic case so that the cover stays clean in the trunk of my car without taking a lot of space. Definitely a great buy! see less

Got this at the store because I though it was pretty cute, and I liked that it had little toys for my boy to play. I tried it the same day, and I was dissapointed, i moves all over the place, it has Velcro to secure it but it doesnt help much, and works part it doesnt corver the whole sitting area or the shopping cart, my baby was pulling it until he got the the cart handle. I tried a few of these and this one is by far my favorite. My favorite feature is it folds into itself into a handy little tote instead of having this huge floppy thing shoved in to your bag or taking up half the backseat. It fits every cart I've come across. Even the huge Target cart. The loops to attach toys is great. The zip pouch is also great for stashing emergency snacks, keys, shopping lists, whatever your heart desires....I love the colors. I get comments all the time about how nice and modern it is without some loud obnoxious print. Washes very well too. I've washed it about once a week for 7 months now. Works great for highchairs too. And the BEST part is you can't beat the price! No brainer! see less

I was pleased when this cover arrived - it was not very bulky but seemed nicely padded where necessary, the colors looked great and it looked like it would do the job. But then I tried to use it and the clip that is supposed to hold the safety strap shut was not working (it is not the kind where you push two tabs on the side, but instead a circle that you press - some internal suitcase straps have those). So that was obviously a problem - I had to TIE it around the baby for that particular shopping trip and then promptly returned the cover. Also, one of the ties to attach it to the cart was, by mistake, sewn onto the cover a so unusable. After returning this cover, I got the Infantino Cloud with numbers on it and it is definitely like a cloud - super soft but also bulky (and very white, which I thought would be okay but now I worry it will just be a mess after the first high chair use). So I am thinking about going back to this Jeep cover IF it is made properly - I'll just make sure of it right in the store to save myself the hassle. see less

I bought this as a second cover to keep in our second car. We have the Eddie Bauer Reversible Cart & High Chair Cover and love it, but I wanted something that looked different instead of having two identical items and this was the only other one available in store. The main problem is the design. Instead of stretching around the chair or cart, it Velcros together. Good in theory, bad when it actually comes to using it. The back of most restaurant high chairs is too thick and the two Velcro pieces just barely meet. The shopping carts are a problem also. When shopping at store like [...], you can't fasten the Velcro together because of the ads on the back of the cart seat. If your at Target, the new cart design doesn't allow the Velcro to meet either. It will work in a pinch, you just have to kind of "hope it stays" and that baby isn't too fidgety. The design is super cute and it seems to be durable materials, but all its cuteness is lost on the lack of functionality. see less

A shopping cart/highchair cover is a must have! There are a lot of options out there for this type of item and Infantino has really improved theirs recently. A few years ago their versions were not very plush and that was a turnoff to me since Shopping Carts are so hard and nice places to bump little heads. Infantino bulked up the padding this year and in doing so still managed to make this more compact than competing covers when rolled up for storage. The print is awesome and nice and gender neutral - dad won't be embarassed to push the cart! see less

I loved this shopping cart cover when I received it. It's so pretty, and the quality is great. However, it doesn't fit the shopping carts at my Target, which is pretty much the only place I shop. It's basically useless to me now, and I can't return it since it was bought too long ago. It was a new baby gift, but she obviously couldn't use it until she was six months old. Sad! Just be aware that it may not fit the carts at your particular store. see less

This is the worst cart cover/ high chair cover ever! If I could give it 0 stars I would. It's just a thin piece of fabric that doesn't stay in place when you put it over the cart or high chair. I thought it would at least have some padding or fluff in it to protect from bumps and bruises. I should have bought the [$] one I saw. My friend has that one and it has padding and has elastic for it to stay in place in the cart and high chair. Avoid this one at all costs! see less

After having a different shopping cover for my first two kids I bought this JJ Cole Cover for my son. Like the previous reviewer wrote it doesn't even fit in the Target shopping carts which is where I mostly shop also. Since I had already thrown away the packaging I thought I would at least keep it to use in restaurant high chairs but found out that it doesn't work well in those either! The edges came undone and so the high chair was exposed anyways. Not to mention that it's very hard to tell the front of the cover from the back when you're trying to "install" it for use. I hate to write such a bad review but I would not recommend this at all. see less

This cover is perfect for my little one. He normally loves to play the game of throwing EVERYTHING on the floor so that I get to pick it up and give it back to him. This shopping cart cover has a toy attachment system so that he can't get away with that - the toy stays attached to the cover, but close to him to play with. I highly recommend this cart cover first and foremost because of its temperature resistant thing, I've tried cloth and cottony cover but since cart is made of metal it is usually cold and the moment I let my baby sit on it he will resist. But with this cover it was an easy going shopping for both of us. Nice color too! You can also use this as a play mat when you go to parks and sit on a grass, oh high chairs too! This is one of my favorite baby products. Here are four reasons why I love this cart / high chair cover:1. It is extremely easy to slip on and off a shopping cart or high chair. Easy to do with one hand. 2. Doesn't require use of the grimy and dirty buckles attached to the cart / high chair. These are permanently attached and NEVER get wash. Yuck! 3. It folds up into a small pocket attached to the cover and is actually very easy to do. I am overall happy with this product. The print is perfect for a boy or girl. My son is 5 1/2 months old and is still kind of wobbly while sitting so I really like the thick support straps/buckles. The only complaint I have so far is that it doesn't fit on the Target shopping cart! Which is weird to me. I ordered it from Target's website so I expected it to fit. I have this cart-cover for my 11 month old daughter and it is so easy to use as well as being made of high quality, beautifully patterned fabric. So I ordered this shopping cart cover for a friend's baby shower and I have to say it is SUPER CUTE!!! I am always a little skeptical when ordering anything online just because I like to see and touch whatever it is I'm buying in person. But when this package arrived on my doorstep my first thought were, "this can't be the gift already". Shipping was super fast and it easy to order. I had to open it up before wrapping it just to see what it actually looked like. The pictures don't do it justice. The quality of the product is very nice not to mention the print is again, SUPER CUTE!!! I do not have any children myself but I have always said this would be one of the main things I would buy if I did. So in a nutshell...I was very pleased. This is a great shopping cart cover. Once you have used it a few times it is super easy to use. It is big enough to fit every cart I have used, even the big warehouse stores. One thing that I didn't expect were 2 fabric hooks on the inside of the cover that I use to attach toys to so my little one has something to play with. I absolutely love this shopping cart cover! My baby girl rides along happily, comfortably and protected from unnecessary germs wherever we go. The stretchy corners fit tightly onto various-sized shopping carts, covering all surfaces within my daughter's reach. The built-in waist belt keeps her secure and there are also two fabric loops to attach toys from, if she needs some added distraction while shopping.I haven't yet used this cover on a restaurant highchair but I have no doubt it will work well there too. It's very easy to attach onto carts with one hand and I love that it's machine washable too! My older cover would never quite stay in place and the instant my son would shift around, the cart handle would be exposed, but this one stays put and completely covers germ exposed items. This cover is nicely padded and has covered every cart and highchair I've used. It's very easy to use. It conveniently folds into it's own bag. I love it. The sides tie over so the sides of the carts are not exposed. You clip the cart belt around the back that slides over the cart. For those saying their children get out, etc. my guess is your child is too old to be in the cart seat if they can climb out of it. Also, if you keep your hand on the cart and stay near it, this is not an issue. I haven't had any problems whatsoever with this cover. I love it and have received comments on it in stores and have recommended it and will continue to do so. It's a cart cover, not a substitute for keeping your eye and hand on your child for safety. A tip for putting it on, park near a cart return if you can, grab a cart and park it next to the car, put the cover on, put the child in. Then the child is still in the car-seat while you are putting it on and you have both hands available to do so. see less
