I'm redecorating my house with gray and turquoise and found these chairs on line. Love them. Shipping was quick...received in 3 days. Assembly was easy. As others have mentioned the legs are in the seat bottom. I would definitely recommend these chairs. The size is perfect. I wish I could upload a picture of how cute this chair is in the room that I am redoing! The print is even more irresistible that it looks online! It looks way more expensive than what I paid for it! As for the comfort, it's a slipper chair, not a club chair. It is not meant to be a lounge chair to kick back and watch tv in on a daily basis. Slipper chairs are simply not meant for this purpose, as is the reason that they are armless. The chair is fairly small, maybe even smaller than it appears in the picture. When I have extra guests over, it's the perfect addition to pull it in with the rest of my seating. I also can't complain about the quality. Do I think it will last for the next 20 years? No, but I'll be ready to redo by then. I do think it will serve me well for the next 5-10 years, which is really all I care about. I'm tired of paying a lot for a chair that I will only deliver to [...] before 10 years are up. Overall, I'm very satisfied! see less

The chair is adorable. The assembly was easy - after I found the legs - insert happy face. The legs are shipped in the seat bottom with the bottom lining closed with velcro. After reading the reviews on the legs getting loose, I assembled the legs by adding shims between the leg and the leg brace to make sure that there was no room for movement to make the legs eventually wobble. I haven't had the chair long enough to test that theory. see less

The only thing I would say is the the background color is not white.. it is more a light tan Some reviewers had said they were too low to the ground ...I did not feel that they were. I live in a small one bedroon condo and have an off white couch. These chairs just make the room. They are very comfy to sit in and the fabric is of a very good quality. This chair is generously sized for a slipper chair and though it's not a super snuggly seat it's comfortable enough for guests. I was afraid that the blues would be too muted to be noticed but they are a tad stronger than they appear to be online - so the blues and greens are prefectly matched in intensity in real life. Super easy for this 68 year old to put together. Only problem turned out to be that the seat was too long to put where I had originally planned, but I found a place just as convenient if not better. I love it so much that I ordered two more chairs with the matching ottoman in the multi-colored leaves for my living room. Got the slipper chair today and the colors are perfect. The back and seat are in two different pieces and held together by a dowel. The fabric does get a bit messy because of the light color. But its comfortable and affordable and I love the print. I purchased two of these chairs for my home office. The pattern is bold and consist of tangerine orange and cream. This pattern/color is similar to Thomas Paul's Aviary fabric. The chairs appear to be great quality and look a lot more expensive than they actually cost. The seat portion is a little lower than I had hoped but not enough to send them back. Although we used the height and with described on the website to make a template,, when the chairs arrived they just did not work in our room. They are not small. The insides of this chair look like they were made out of old shipping pallet scraps that were pieced together. But on the outside, it's very nice and I'm happy with it. Since the dimensions aren't given in the product description, [...]. I'm usually good at putting furniture together, but I gave up on this after an hour and called my boyfriend to help. The legs were easy to attach, but attaching the seat to the back seemed impossible. I could see where the screw holes lined up, but the screws wouldn't grab onto the threads of the back -- seemed like the screws were just a bit too short. Ultimately, the trick was for me to push down on the seat while my boyfriend screwed in the screws. The seat is way too deep for my leg-length -- I'm 5' 5" -- so I'd definitely consider this more of a decorative accent chair rather than something I'd sit in for hours to read a book or whatever. But, overall, it has a nice look and I like it. see less

Almost went with a different print, but am really happy with this style, the colors are great and very versatile to easily mix with other pieces, curtains, paint, flooring, etc. Also very comfy. My only criticisms are the usual price per chair, and I wish they had additional pieces of furniture in this print -other style of chairs,chaises,ottomans,loveseats,etc-. When I bought my chairs, they were 30 percent off during their home sale, plus free shipping, plus I used my 5percent off pharmacy reward. In the end, I think I saved just over [$] the two. Shipping was fast [...]. Unpacking the box, I was impressed with how well the chair was packaged. Everything was fully protected, either with bubble wrap or styrofoam wrap, as well as encased in plastic. Chances of damage in shipping would be slim! As others have said, there was a strong chemical smell when unpacking the chair, but I think that's what you get when packaged items are exposed to summer heat. Nothing that will linger in the chair after a few days I'm sure. Instructions were clear and easy, assembly couldn't have been smoother! Of all the furniture I have assembled in my lifetime - a LOT - this had to be the least frustrating, best quality assembly I've ever seen! The pre-drilled holes all line up perfectly, bolts went right through, no aggravation, nothing crooked or missing! The chair is BEAUTIFUL - I love it! I ordered this chair to use in my living room where I don't have a lot of space. Other chairs from this line got great reviews so I took a chance. I'm glad I did, it's perfect for the space, and it's really cute. At first, it looked a little squat, but I think I was just used to the taller chairs that used to be in my living room. Now that I'm used to it, it's great. Feels sturdy and comfortable and was really easy to put together also. The manufacturer accidentally left out a bolt from the hardware kit, but Target customer service gave me the info for the manufacturer, and they sent out a new bolt right away, no problems. Even with that mishap, I'd happily order from this line/Target again, because everyone was so nice in fixing the problem. see less

It is NOT 32" Wide - the actual measurements are something like 33"H x 25"W x 25"D - I was sort of disappointed to to open it and find this out, BUT the chair is so good looking and so comfortable that I couldn't possibly dislike it just because the wrong dimensions were given. It took about 5 minutes to put together, all of the legs were even and none of them wobble, and it's a pleasure to sit in. The color is a bit deeper than it is in the photo, but it's not far off. The cushioning is held in place with thin elastic straps on the underside but but is a hollow wood frame you are sitting on otherwise. Sit in this chair a handful of times and your cushioning is pretty much gone. The wood used is so soft that if someone sits in the chair a handful of times the bolts will start to pull through the wood making the chair unstable and UNSAFE to sit in as the back separates from the bottom of the chair. see less

The only possible quibble someone might have is that it sits a little lower than some chairs and is fairly firm. Shorter people might like a bolster pillow of a coordinating color. I used a set of these chairs for staging my townhome to sell. They add just the right zest while maintaining a harmonious blend of earth tone colors. There is no orange in the chair. It is more like a medium rust color. They are comfortable, but for long term use, I would add a lumbar accent pillow in a solid color drawing out one of the colors in the chair upholstery. As other reviews noted, the yellow is a more mustard/muted yellow, but it is exactly what I thought it would look like after seeing the photo online. It goes together really easily, maybe took me ten minutes. I did use a real wrench instead of the provided tools to make sure the legs didn't wobble at all. I am an interior designer and was looking for a specific silhouette for my living room. However, I did not have alot of money to spend on accent chairs since we decided to really invest in our sofa. These chairs fit the bill perfectly! The pros: the color is exactly what is pictured- a burnt orange. They look elegant when paired with a clean-lined sofa. They are comfortable- not too stiff once theyre broken in, and not too soft that you cant get up out of them. The cons: to me, its noticeable that these chairs are not high-end since the repeat does not match up when it meets at the seam (which a more expensive chair would definitely take care to do), and the distribution of the print differs from chair to chair. If you are putting the chairs side by side then it will be very noticeable. The legs are noticeably poor quality from up close- mine arrived with some dings in the wood, but the manufacturer is good about replacing the chair if its defective in any way. The chairs arrived 2 days after I placed the order- you cant beat that! Overall, we're VERY peased with these chairs. Guests are shocked to hear that they're from Target. see less

Love the chair and will purchase another one once I buy a house. This chair goes great in a living room. I was expecting the color not to be so bright, but it is the same as you see it online. The instructions are not so great, but it did not stop me from being able to put the chair together. There are not that many parts and is very easy to put together. The chair is comfortable, but sturdiness is not its strong point. I do think it will last a very long time as long as it is taken care of. I would not recommend that children play on it by jumping off of it or someone sitting in it while tilting it back. This chair would also go great in a bedroom for a reading area. I would recommend this chair to anyone. see less

Like an earlier poster, I bought two of these chairs to liven up a mostly brown and cream themed room. The cushions are full and firm. Very easy to assemble BUT on one chair the the holes in the seat part were not alighned properly. I should have requested a replacement since it makes the chair a little wobly.The colors are vibrant. The large red(I thought) flowers are actually more of a rust/ red though. We got 15% off and free shipping so I'm pleased. see less

I love the pattern selection available for this slipper chair. It is the ideal size for a small accent to a room, particularly my apartment which has a small living room. It's also comfortable and easy to put together. My only negative was that the color was more of a goldenrod than the bright yellow that is shown online. Luckily, goldenrod was actually better for my space, so it worked out splendidly. see less

I really love these chairs! The look is high end and I know high end but at a low price. The faux leather look real and is a beautiful chocolate brown color. Everyone is surprised that my new side chairs are from Target. They keep telling me that they look like I got them from a higher end store. They are very attractive, sturdy, comfortable and to top it off... feel like real alligator... well... what I assume alligator to feel like...lol... seriously though it isn't all plastic feeling like I thought it would be... it's soft like leather... yay!...and the matching ottoman is perfect. it really makes a difference when you want to sit back and relax. It becomes a great lounge chair when you can put your feet up. and the best part is that they are a great size for my apartment... tons better than the second hand loveseat that I had previously. :) see less

I took a chance on this chair. I wasn't quite sure how it was going to turn out and look in my living room. I've been pleasantly surprised. It's comfortable and really nice. It looks great against my big brown shag rug. Everyone who has come over, loves it. They like the way it feels when you sit on it and the unique, funky design is super cool. It's not white as described. It is a cream color with this nice brown for the swirls. Perfect height, width and comfort. Not too hard, but not too soft either.The ONLY reason it is getting 4 stars is because the back R leg was scratched. In all honesty though, the shipping and packaging is very good. Overall, very nice and very happy with my purchase. Glad I took the chance on it. see less

I bought this accent chair for an empty corner in my livingroom. I have a blue room with yellow accents and this chair goes perfectly. It was not hard to put together and is a great size. Bigger than I was expecting! Its also very comfortable! I think its well worth the money and looks fantastic. Only down side for me is the colors shown online appear brighter white and yellow, the chair however in person the white reads more cream and the yellow more khaki-goldish. The blue is bright though and helps coopensate for their duller colors. Id buy again regardless! see less

The fabric is great. The quality is great. The legs are nice and solid. My only complaint is that it is short. I bought it for my desk, and from the back it looks like a kid chair. It doesn't feel like your sitting low, just looks a low. Would be fabulous if the legs were 4-6" longer. see less
