Where do I begin...What am I supposed to do with a 'sock monkey slipper?' I mean, really...am I supposed to believe that I get TWO slippers when the description clearly says 'slipper,' and the picture shows ONE slipper?! This seems like a not-so-clever marketing ploy to lure me into buying what I think to be TWO slippers, when the box arrives to reveal...you guessed it...ONE slipper. More importantly, how does this make me look when I purchase this as a gift for someone else? "Here ya go, here's one sock monkey slipper for your newborn...I didn't have the money to buy two, and now you have to run an errand to buy the complete set." Sorry Target, you just lost a potential sale here. At least I can go to Goodwill and get a PAIR of socks...or maybe if I'm lucky, TWO sock monkey slippers turned in by previous victims of your marketing scheme! I'd post a review of how I REALLY feel, but you limit me to 1,000 words. Well played good sir.
I just received this a baby shower gift. The picture is not what the Infant slipper looks like. The ears do stick out but the picture does NOT show the nose and mouth sticking out like a platypus.
