I am not a fan of the leather handles that hang out when the hard tray is turned up but they are pictured and I knew they were there. The small cubes are smaller than I imagined and one of the feet was broken off when I opened it - they are cheap plastic and I imagine would break off if a heavier person sat on them but I am very happy with the look and quality overall, would recommend!! see less

I purchased the 5 shelf and 3 shelf bookcases over a year ago. I found them easy to assemble but found it a little easier to have an extra set of hands. I have had other ready to assemble furniture but these are sturdier that those other pieces. I also find the details on them make them appear as a more expensive piece of furniture. I have moved them a couple of times and they have stayed together without needing any repair. They are sturdy and found them steady on carpet of tile floor. The table you order on line is SO MUCH NICER than the one they have in the store for the same exact price. I was confused for the day before UPS delivered my table I was visiting a Target store and they had the table which I was sure was the table I ordered online. The store table has to be assembled and looked much flimsier than the table I received. My table came assembled. Target advertises the table as an online purchase only so maybe in reality they are the same table from different manufacturers. The online table being the better quality table. Purchase this table online and you won't be sorry. In store, big dissapointment. see less

For the price, this stool was hands down a pleasant surprise. It actually works, is not wobbly, fairly comfortable and style is ok on the eyes. Of course, if you look closely you will see that its no an expensive piece- vinyl will never look like leather, the chrome is cheesy i.e. its not real chrome, etc. but I could not ask for more. It works well, and perfect for the price. It was also available at the stores which gave me more confidence being able to try it out in person. I can recommend. see less

I loved the style of this sofa the instant I saw it. It was perfect addition to our living room, with the modern and more manly feel. We paired it with great accessories and everyone that comes over is so jealous. We loved the fact we could fold it down and have someone sleep over, but I recommend only one person sleep on it as it's not quite big enough for two, maybe two children but that would be it. The bar in the middle makes it a little uncomfortable, but other than that I love it. It's honestly pretty perfect. I do recommend gluing the wood legs into the holes because if you don't they will slowly unscrew throughout the weeks randomly just from sitting on it and whatnot. Also if you want a curl up sink into sofa this is not for you. see less

The only annoying thing was that inserting the stoppers into the bottom of the legs was agonizing! They're a very tight fit, and there's no tool to help get the job done. My fingers were sore for days. I'd also advise to be careful when inserting those stoppers NOT to push the wood part of the chair up against something else, because we caused a small scratch doing that. When it finally went on sale I snagged it. I expected it to be together but when it arrived it was in a box. Boy was it a task! To make a long story short the console was cracked in two small places when it arrived. [...]. I some stripped the tool that helps screw the bolts into place. I am usually pretty savvy at putting things together but this was tough. Called my step dad and he brought some tools over and some type of oil to help the screws go in better which probably explained why I stripped the very small what was supposed to be a tool. I felt Target could have passed more saving to their customer since we are putting the energy into putting it together. It is a beautiful piece and I ordered decor to cover the cracks which you can hardly see unless you are looking for them. It was just such a pain to put together. Putting the desk together was a breeze since most of the components are already assembled. The wood feels solid and the desk is very sturdy. The stain is a deep, brown reddish color. Its design more appealing than on the pictures on Target.com. It looks and feels more than the advertised price, and this is a great furniture to add to your living space, or small home office, on which you can put a desktop or laptop computer. I have a 27 inches MAC display on it and it fits perfectly. As other have said in the review section, if you are hesitating about this purchase, don't. A bit of advice when assembling - use Liquid Nails in the dowel holes and run a bead under the top. The fasteners work well but only until you lift the table a few times. I spent many hours looking for a light colored wood end table for my home office/guest room. This is perfect for my needs. I found it on line, waited for a sale and then ordered it. The Mission Natural end table was at my front door in 4 days. My husband has put together many pieces of furniture over the years for my adult children such as dressers, desks, tables etc. This small table did present a challenge in that it took about 90 minutes to put together. It looks simple enough but don't be fooled and allow yourself time. It is lovely, the wood has a nice finish, and I am very happy with it and would not hesitate to recommend it. The height of the back hits me, and many of my friends and family in a perfect spot. Great support. I bought the blue and green sets and felt the colors were well represented, at least on my computer. I did take into account some of the chipping comments, and gave them three coats of poly. My target had one on display and it looked very nice. i decided to purchase in store despite online [price] just to get them home! So modern and stylish. Easy to put together the instructions are all numbered and the hardware comes in a cardboard bubble package the screws and bolts are separated according to what step in assembly you are doing so it makes it super easy to put together. The piece is made of MDF but looks nice once assembled. A piece cracked when i was putting together but i called the help number and they are sending me a replacement piece free of charge. This table is one of the smartest furniture buys I have ever made. I've had it for at least ten years now, and it's still in great shape. I purchased it when I was in my mid-twenties and living with roommates in a rented apartment, and it has moved with me from apartment to apartment and finally to a house I own. As another reviewer mentioned, the screws should be tightened every now and then, but that is the only maintenance it requires, and that's probably only needed if the table gets moved a lot. Because it's solid wood and in a classic style, it's durable and very versatile. It looked great with all my mis-matched hand-me-down furniture and now it still looks great with higher-quality furniture. The simple lines and light color go with a variety of styles and the table looks more expensive than it is. We needed something to bring our TV up a few more inches. At first we considered building a box to set the TV on, but it wasn't going to match our Avington furniture. While browsing the other Avington pieces online, I came across this hutch. We took measurements and headed to Target to buy this piece. It was easy to assemble, and took us about 20 minutes. Thanks to another reviewer we knew to be extra careful to make sure that the finished edges were facing outwards before tightening the cam locks. We are using this piece on top of our Avington media stand, even though it was made for the Avington desk. I didn't like the look of the small adjustable shelves, so we left them out and put small baskets in the cubbyholes instead. All together with an Avington bookshelf on each side it almost looks like one wall unit. We are so pleased with our purchase, and can now see the TV from any seat in the room. see less

My package wasn't damaged and it was really heavy, which is good, because a piece of furniture like that, you want it stable and reliable. I enjoyed assembling it, too, because everything was such a good quality and all the hardware was packed in sections for part 1, 2 and so on of assembly. We had a corner in our living room that asked for something and this shelf just clicked in there. So ready to put some decor and books in it and it's ready to roll. I also appreciate that it has legs, because it's easier to run the wires behind it. [...] I only bought this shelf (with the rattan baskets) versus the cheaper identical yet non-basketed shelf [...]The shelf came with all parts required to assemble it - including a hex wrench; no screwdriver or hammer was required, though I did use my hammer to tap in the wood plugs at the end. No parts of the shelf assembly were damaged, and the wood is deeply and well-stained, if a little grainy in parts. It looks much more expensive than it was, and fits in well with my modern/mission decor. The colors are true to the picture shown online. Assembly took me approximately 15-20 minutes on my own, free of frustration, and resulted in a very pretty, very sturdy shelf perfect for my needs - a book shelf next to a desk that will have things sitting on top of and within it. The rattan baskets are nice plus, though I'm not sure I'll use them every day - they also seem well-made. Lest you think I am just mechanically impaired, I need to inform you I put cheap furniture together all the time. The screws just did not fit well. Sometimes the threads just had something in them and were fine once I cleaned them out. picked this up in the store a few days ago, on sale. Put it together last night and it was super easy. There was only one small, minor issue. One of the knobs wouldn't tighten. It appears that when the grooves were cut into the knob it was crooked so the screw won't tighten all the way. I called the phone number on the directions and was transferred to customer relations. They looked up the manufacturer and gave me their number. They weren't able to ship just the knob, and are shipping the whole hardware pack. Dowel holes were way too big for the dowel pins. Screws holes were too large for a lot of the screws so they would not tighten. Some screw holes were so big that the screw could not be removed because there was nothing for the screw to grab. Rear wood panels on most of the drawers were so thin that they split when the screws were installed. I have purchased similar products from [...] for a lot less money what were many times better quality than this item. Target should be ashamed to have this on their store shelves, much less have their name on it. I might not be so disappointed if this product was half its current price. I am very pleased with the appearance of the tables and the size is superior to any tables that I have seen anywhere.However, I am only able to use two of the four tables. One table came with only three legs attached.. the other leg was rolling around in the box. Completely unusable. The table top on another table was so warped that you have to watch where you place items as they will actually slide a little.I do like the two tables that I can actually use. They are exactly as pictured and if you are willing to "roll the dice", I guess you can see if you are lucky enough to get a set of four usable tables. Apparently the only people bothering the review this chair are the ones that had a bad experience so I am here to give some positive feedback...Our home office is tiny (5'x7') and everything is light or white to make it feel as large as possible. I ordered matching chairs from an office internet site based totally on the fact that they had a light fabic and light wood base. We tried them for a couple of weeks and were miserable. Sent them back and lost money both ways on the shipping. Walking thru our local Target a few days later I see this chair. Bought 1 to start wsith to see if we liked it first. That is an understatement. We loved it and I went back the next day and got another one. Both chairs were in perfect condition - no cracks or broken casters (98% of office chairs have plastic casters). I was dubious because there is no cushioning but they are comfy and look fantastic. We needed light-colored chairs and these fit the bill perfectly. The picture shows the white version of this chair, but the antique white is a lovely soft creamy color. I was looking for a value priced dinning room set, and this fit the bill perfectly. I really like the color, style, and the fact that the table is expandable. If dining alone it can be left in the folded position, however, if your accommodating one guest you just "slide" and "flip open. When in the expanded position there is no crease, and the table remains sturdy as you position the table to where the base moves, providing excellent support. Also, the small storage space underneath the table is a nice touch. There isn't a huge amount of space, enough for a folded table cloth, place mats, candle holders, napkins, hidden cash -LOL- and other table accessories. Assembly is a snap for one person, and the only tricky part is table leg assembly, however, use the box and you will be good to go. Putting it together was a breeze---the instructions were easy to read and the small parts are organized for you so you don't spend countless minutes looking for the proper screw or peg. I did use wood glue to reinforce all the joints, JUST to be on the safe side and I am pleased with its functionality and esthetics. It looks BEAUTIFUL next to my bed. This desk is exactly what I wanted. It was easy to put together and sturdy, but not too heavy. It went together very easily and quickly. I was concerned about the drawer, but it slides wonderfully. The big sticker was a little work to remove, but after I pulled off most of the paper, a little nail polish remover removed the remaining glue. The desk is perfect for a small space and ideal for a laptop computer. I am very satisfied with the size, price, and quality of this product. I have never before rated a product online, but am so happy with this desk, I felt compelled to do so! Happy in Fort Lauderdale see less
