We have had some issues trying to find a mat for our older, single sink. We had to come online to even find one that would fit this larger sized sink. [...] This mat has been an upstanding solution to all those problems. It's much more clean and appealing to look at. No chemical smell. And it sits up on rounded, plastic pegs so it does not trap liquids and allows for adequate drainage. I thought I would hate the fact that it doesn't have a center hole, but this has proved to not be much of an issue. The handles on the side make lifting it easy, and actually, any items sitting on the mat are more stable without a center hole to fall into. With that said, I would also guess that anyone who actually washes their dishes in the sink as opposed to using a dishwasher may find the access to their drain is limited if their dishes are piled on the mat and the sink is filled with dishwater. Our only issue thus far with the mat is that I put it through the dishwasher [...] but it came out fairly bowed. I'm hoping that if I lay it flat in the dishwasher, it might correct itself. Still, at the price Target is charging for this, it'll be worth it to buy another if this one doesn't correct the bowing.
