This is a must have item! It works great for naps and for outings with lots of stimulation in unfamiliar environments. My baby loves the rain white noise the best. The whale sound is a bit much for quiet times though. We were going to get the bigger one because it has a heart beat as a sound and we were hoping the timer could be set for more than 45 minutes but it can't be. I prefer this one because it can go in the diaper bag and it's more cost effective. see less

My daughter received her furby for Christmas. It died a month later. It still wouldn't animate after I changed the batteries, and I couldn't find the magic "reset" button. After searching online, I found that holding it upside down, then holding down the tongue "wakes" it up. IT WORKED! Our furby is alive and well. Hope this helps! see less

[...]Furby ordeal has been anything but. Our daughter first received one as a Xmas gift which died promptly three days after installing fresh super Duracell batteries. She cried for 43 minutes. We were not able to find the original Teal so we bought this one instead. At the same time we purchased a black one. The blue with yellow one died after three hours and the black one after a week. I replaced the batteries and I was instructed by the company to hit the reset button which is not an easy fix. It needs a screwdriver to get to the battery section and then a pen to hit a small blue smidge of a button. Still no life so I contacted the company again and received poor customer service. There must be a better choice for a toy so save your money and mental health by finding it. see less

I just purchased it today 2/15/13 at my local store. My 4 year daughter loves her new Lovely Furby. I recommend it more than the original Furby for little girls and boys. They are small, very light and easy to carry. This little Furby does not dance and does not move her mouth as the original. My daughter did not care about this, actually she decided to exchange her original pink Furby for this Furby Party Rocker. Good choice, she does not miss her original Furby. This wonderful friend has calmed many a sleepy time & travel adventure for my precious girls. We have the full size and the travel size. This was a Christmas gift, and I am still absolutely thrilled with it. I love the level of personalization. My daughter has a unique name, so I wasn't expecting the little dog to be able to say it. I was more than impressed when I found out that, not only can the little dog pronounce her name correctly, but we were able to input our own spelling so the dog can spell it correctly, as well. The personalization program is so easy to use, too! All of her favorite songs, foods, animals, everything can be programmed in and incorporated into the dog's play. The night I set it up, I couldn't stop playing with it. Maybe I'm just easily entertained, but this is probably one of the coolest toys I've ever seen, and I feel cheated that they didn't have stuff like this when I was a kid! see less

My in-laws got us the green puppy as a present for our 3 month old and of all the toys she has, this is the one that never fails to sooth or entertain her for a LONG time. We had to abandon our home for a night due to a flood and this is the only toy we took with us. You can program the pup using the USB on your computer so the toy grows with her. It's hard to beat a toy singing a song about it's favorite animal being a Manatee and eating mashed potato's. She's 7 months old now and she goes off and on with liking certain toys but this one is the only one where she smiles every time she see's it! see less

My mom bought one of these for our infant daughter. We hung it in her crib and use it as a sleep soother. My daughter loves it!! The music is soft and soothing and the illuminated face is entertaining for baby. The music stays on for 10 minutes, just enough time for our daughter to fall asleep. The face gradually turns off as not to scare the little one. Our baby babbles to the glow worm when she wakes up even when it isn't turned on, helping her to lull herself back to sleep! We have this on my baby's dresser right as you walk in the room. It is a great little light for all the nights of sitting in the nursery rocking the baby. A lot of times if other areas of the house seem to be over stimulating this seams to calm her down pretty quickly. I would imagine it would be great for travel for overnights elsewhere. I bought this for my son's birthday a few months ago and he simply loves it! He loves looking at the stars and telling people about his new word, "constellation." He tells me that it's like going camping, which he adores. I love that as he gets older I can teach him to find constellations using this night light. We received one of these for our baby a few months ago, and she is in LOVE with it! She can't fall asleep without it. We had to get two more, one for each grandma's house. It holds up really well, and stays very soft. The ONLY thing I would advise is to watch your baby if they put the tags in their mouth. We give our baby her binky before letting her have the blanket near her mouth, and it seems to be working well for now. Beyond that, this blanket is definitely worth getting! After seeing our blanket, our friend's have gone out and bought one for their own babies as well. see less

My 5yr old daughter has had this toy the SCOUNT version, since her 2nd birthday... SHE STILL asks for it, to sing the songs to have it at night for the lullaby's etc. It's great, bc it grows WITH the child since you get to pick the songs the dog plays by hooking it up to your computer via usb. You pick your child's name, fav color, animal, food... So whenever their likes change you can just change the puppy! However, when I opened them up and dumped them on the floor from the bag for my son to see, the expression on his face made it all worth it. They are all about real size wise. I purchased this item for my son when he was born, because I've seen how much my friends kids like to play with, and chew on, their phones. He has been using it since he was about 4 months old, and is 8 months now. I have a fingerpaint program for him and he absolutely loves to play with it...I love how he can play with the app I choose, without having to worry about him pressing the home button, or drooling/chewing on the iPod itself. With three kids under 5, keeping them entertained out in public is key to my survival. They all love my phone but I have always been nervous about the 2 and 1 yr old breaking it. This has solved my problem. Today alone, it kept my one year old busy (playing one of the FP apps) while we waited for our food at a restaurant. He did his worst to it, including several tosses to the ground, and my phone was no worse for the wear. The cover washed up nicely after being handled by a boy with grape jelly fingers.
