ordered table & coordinate chair set for my 3 yr old. husband was skeptical that Target would carry high quality. he was promptly humbled as we did the Christmas Eve gift assembly. the set is clearly well crafted of quality wood. the chairs are solid & well made. this is an up-level choice as its cost is higher than a a cheaper, molded plastic option. but, i feel good about choosing the upgrade. better materials, better construction, more substantial, shipped promptly in flat-pack formation. again, Target.com, you delivered! see less

My initial fear was that this table would be too small and too light weight to actually use. I will say that it is rather small, but it still fits my needs. The quality of this item great too! I'm constantly scooting it about my tiny apartment and the finish still looks flawless. It's great for your laptop or to keep a couple drinks. Overall, it's quite chic. see less

I purchased this table for my 1 1/2 year old son. He loves it!! We think it is so cute and have received lots of compliments on it from visitors. The table and chairs are very sturdy. The table top is a little bigger than most children's size tables I've looked at, which gives him a bigger area for coloring. The set was so easy to put together and the price was right. The only tiny negative is the storage bins. They are pretty flimsy. Also, the description said the storage bins are red and blue. There are 4 storage bins, one red, one blue, one yellow and one green. see less

This table (the "star table" as our 3 year son refers to it) is a well-made and much more sturdy than I had expected it to be. I like that it's cute, but in such a classic way.I needed something to help get my son's crayons, papers, crafts and his laptop off of my dinette table. We set this table up right in the dinette and filled the bins with all of his "stuff".It's actually hard to get him away from the table! Bought this table a year ago, and tonight went back for a second. The finish or color is still the same, so they match. I am using them as accent tables symmetrically placed under huge windows flanking the fireplace. My decor is coastal, and I feel the dark color of the wood accents my lighter neutral shades of carpet and fabrics, like shell colors, and my red coral accents throughout. I am impressed with the quality of this design and manufacturing process. Precision is needed in the drilling of the wood so that the shelves align with the predrilled holes. In both purchases, the holes perfectly aligned to screw the shelves in with ease. Fifteen minutes to assemble, tops. Overall, especially when buying this item on sale, it is a good, functional piece. see less

I bought this little table to go by my new baby's crib, to hold supplies like her diapers, wipes, etc. I know it gives the dimensions on the website, so it's not like they weren't up front about how tiny this little table is, but still I was surprised at the dimunitive stature of this thing. The drawer is only about 2 inches deep!! But still, it's really cute, although not very useful as far as what I had in mind. I would recommend it mostly for decorative purposes only. see less
