As a newly wed myself there is nothing I appreciated more then a Target gift card. It was more thoughtful then cash or check and they always have such cute designs. So when my best friend got married I knew exactly what to get her. I purchased a Target gift card online. The process was simple and they mailed it straight to her house. She didn't have to worry about losing it in the pile of other wedding gifts; it was at her house when they returned from the honeymoon. Gift cards are great because people are not limited in choosing catagories for purchase. There is always that special gift you wanted but never received. Gift cards allow a person to get it with no hassel. I chose to give the baby gift card to my friend and she put it with other gift money and was able to get a really nice item for their nursery. see less
