It is super fast! The picture quality is great, and the battery lasts a long time, even longer if you adjust the settings. It comes with Windows 8, which has a learning curve. Windows hasn't changed much over the last decade in a half so it took me a minute to adjust, but it actually has some really useful new features. I didn't want a tablet because my phone does everything a tablet does already. Also, when you really need to get some work done, it's just easier and faster with a laptop. This one is excellent for the money, and I am so happy to not have buyers remorse!
