The count is misleading. There are 16 cups, but eight are coffee and eight are the dairy frother.
I haven't tried this flavor, but have seen reviews go both ways. Also, note that for the VUE, the "Strong" setting only works for 8oz servings. Using a large cup with the "Strong" setting brews you a weak coffee.
If you want large strong brews, I'm not sure how to get them as I've only seen one size vue cup.

Too sweet for my taste, think gas station flavored latte.
I purchased this product at knowing that it made 8 cups. The Vue makes the 'latte' in two stages. The first step is the frothing stage. The final/second stage is when the Vue brews the coffee. At first I was concerned that it frothed on the first step, however, when the second stage was done I still had plenty of froth for my taste. It looked very delicious but then after I tasted it I was disappointed. I thought it was too sweet for my palate. In my opinion it tasted like a 'latte' that I have purchased at a gas station. If you are someone who really really likes sweet things - then this latte may be for you. However, if you are someone who likes a vanilla latte brewed by you local coffee barista...then you may experience the same disappointment that I did. I do have hope that a vendor can come up with a recipe that works, I think the Vue is capable.
