Purchased this clock the other day. I love it. Just to correct the other review-er who said the Roman Numeral for 4 is IV not IIII is mistaken. IIII is commonly used on clock faces. One theory behind this is... Many clocks use IIII because that was the tradition established by the earliest surviving clock, the Wells Cathedral clock built between 1386 and 1392. It used IIII because that was the typical method used to denote 4 in contemporary manuscripts as iiij or iiii. Just wanted to correct that so other purchasers do not think this is an error by the clock maker. see less

Clock #1 The hands were bent & would not cross over each other. Returned. Clock #2 Battery in, set it, hang it, and the next day, I see it's gaining 5 minutes every 12 hours. Returned. Clock #3 The clock & battery case isn't anchored to the back of the clock. Useless. Returned. Clock #4 Keeping this one, but it's losing a couple minutes a day, so I'll have to bring the ladder up every week or so to reset it. Nice decor, but as a time-keeper, it's junk. see less

I purchased this clock for its size and color after redecorating my TV room. It arrive in perfect condition sooner than expected. It fits in nicely with the decor and has become the room's focal point. It is lighter in weight and even more decorative than I had thought it'd be. The hands are very delicate and it took a few attempts to adjust the hands so they wouldn't get hung up on each other. Works perfectly. see less

But it's probably the closest to a red that you be able to find at this price and clock size. However, right after I bought it, the price went down. This a cute alarm with a nice large display, but its snooze function is a minor 3 minutes, which is very annoying. Also, the buttons to change the time don't respond unless you press them very hard and they tend to stick. Though esthetically pleasing, do not get this if you need to use the alarm. see less

For the price, the clock is quite good looking as shown. The case doesn't feel fragile and seems to be well protected against moisture. I need this because I put it in the bathroom but out of the shower. Having a sec hand is good to indicate that the clock is running. But the clock ticks. It's not suitable for the bedroom, nor en suite bathroom. There are no minute markings, so if you want to set the clock accurately, the best is to wait until noon. see less

I've been searching for an appropriate clock for the guest bath in our mid-century home for a while. I didn't want to spend too much or buy a vintage one with a cord. This looks great and was well within budget. The reason I'm taking the time to write this review is to caution other buyers about my initial purchase. The plastic covering the hands of the clock severely scratched the face of the clock...it was a perfect imprint- which I first thought was a sticky adhesive, but then realized it was significantly scratched. I had to make a 25 mile round-trip trip back to the store to exchange it. I would suggest moving the plastic to make sure it isn't scratched before purchasing. Other than that, I am pleased with this clock. see less

I've been looking for a fun clock, that was not made out of spoons and forks, for a long time. I finally found this one on-line at Target and thought, "Hey! That's kinda fun! And I don't see any spoons on it!" So I bought it. And I like it! I only wish it was bigger, I wanted an oversized clock, but maybe I was being too picky. This clock is easy to set up. I had no problems following the directions and setting the time and day. A bonus is that if you pass up the right time you can go back unlike most digital clocks. I bought this clock on sale and am very pleased with it. The clock is very light and the frame is made of hollow plastic, but you really can't tell unless you touch it, it looks more solid and expensive than it actually is. It is a good size, as well, large without being overwhelming big. Although the previous reviewer thinks the use of a Roman numeral "IIII" on the clock is an error, it is actually a tradition going back hundreds of years to replace the "IV" with a "IIII" on wall clocks, look it up! see less

This beautiful clock hangs brilliantly on my wall. I love the stressed finish, as is obviously a true statement of the artist's emotion at the time of designing the clock. It hangs fairly flush to the wall, has a distinct ticking that everyone knows and loves, however the one flaw of this ornate beauty, is the numerals. Note, in Roman Numerals, the numbers are I is 1, V is 5, X is 10. Simple, however this world renowned artist must have missed his days in middle school math or history to mistake the Roman Numerals for 4, IV, with IIII. This is a must have piece for anyone looking to have a conversation starter on their wall. see less

I have medical problems and one of the side effects memory impairment. This clock allows me to constantly remember the day of the week, date and, of course, the time. I have a lot of clocks and calendars, but this allows me to see everything at one time to reinforce what I need to know for the day. I have to lie down during the day and am up at night several times and it is a valuable tool to keep me my mind well informed. I love the clock and also it's ability to change the color display (cerci). I did a lot of net searching and this was the BEST one I found. Bought it today from store. Really happy with the purchase. I replaced it with my 5 dollars analog wall clock. No more tik tok.. phew It has very nice matte silver finish. Mechanism is so simple just insert 2 AA batteries and let the clock do all the updates. Just one thing to be noted.... first put batteries in the transmitter then in the clock. Otherwise clock will not read outdoor temperature. Although it is mentioned in "getting started" section of booklet, that we ignored, and then ended up by re-inserting batteries in the clock. Also it takes more than 8 minutes to collect data via waves...so be patient! Overall I am very pleased with the purchase. see less

I don't have this exact product but I do have a skyscan atomic clock from Target. I've had mine for about 5 months... and it struggles to be accurate on occasion. When I first bought it, it took a week to adjust to accurate time. At the time change, I had to flip a switch on the back... it didn't automatically adjust. Then, last week, it suddenly decided it was 20 days and 2 hours into the future. Very annoying and unsatisfactory since it's an atomic clock - meaning, it should be accurate to the second. see less

This is the second one that we bought. The first one we got 7 years ago. Except for changing the battery, it's been great. It fiinally gave up the ghost - the hand mechanism stopped working properly and the hands slipped. It looks great in our kitchen and can be seen very easily from other rooms. see less

I guess I thought it was "3D" more than flat, but it's still adorable! It's a decorative piece and made in China, but what do you expect for $15? It still is very nice and will be a wonderful addition to our nursery. We also have the baseball curtain rods and tiebacks, and the lamp but did not get the lamp from Target. If you are wanting a baseball nursery, you really should get these accessories, they really make the room!! see less

I totally disagree with Shauna and her review. This was given to me as a baby gift and I was shocked at how pretty and well-made it is. Especially after Shauna had such a negative review about the product. It's made out of wood. Heavy-duty. Should last a long, long time. I was very impressed with the paint job and the actual baseball look. I was very impressed. Also, received within 2-3 days of ordering, just in time to make my baby shower. I would recommed to any mom that is shopping to make their nursery a perfect baseball theme nursery. It really impressed me. see less
