I bought this product because I was sick of getting cavities in between teeth - even when I floss like a madwoman. This product is so easy to use and is a miracle! My mouth has never felt cleaner. It works great when you put mouthwash in the reservoir also. The quality of the Waterpik Ultra is also very high. The tools are very durable and it really looks like an actual dentist tool. And while the reservoir may not hold a ton of water - I simply just refill it after its empty if I feel like I'm not done cleaning!!! One last thing - I expected the Waterpik Ultra to take up a lot of counter space as in the picture it looks pretty big and bulky. But its really not! It's a perfect size see less

My dentist recommended this machine to me. She said using this on a daily basis was even better than flossing daily. I was skeptical at first, but after just ONE use I was a believer. I've used for a few weeks now. At first my gums were sensitive to it, but now I use it on the highest setting with no problems. My mouth and teeth really do feel amazing now! It's a little awkward to get used to, but at least it's just water you need to clean up! see less

I have no idea what the others are talking about. If fully charged it has so much power it can make your gums bleed. I have been using these for over 5 years and I'm on my third unit. I found out that when it starts malfunctioning and has less power it's because the charger is dying. My husband had one, so I grabbed his charger and bam! it went back to normal. When I went to the dentist she even said, you're gums look so much healthier, what are you using I recommended it to a friend and her dentist said the same thing. My only guess is that these people are not keeping it charged enough. I have real issues with my teeth..dry mouth and lots of gaps in my teeth and I can't imagine living without this thing now. see less

This product has worked well for me. I have had it for 2 years now. The pressure has always been very good when it is charged all the way. My only complaint is now the battery won't hold a charge and you can't just order a battery pack replacement. see less

I tried this model first because it is smaller and would travel more easily. Even when fully charged, It has nowhere near the water pressure of the countertop plug in models, hence sacraficing cleaning power and defeating the purpose of why you use the product. I returned this model for the WP 100 and could not be happier. This one might be good for someone who travels frequently and just uses it when away from home but not for every day. see less

I purchased this water jet years ago when my son had braces. It was very effective in keeping his teeth and mouth clean. I love to use it also. This water jet has held up over the years. I purchased 4 of these units this year for Christmas for my 2 children and their families. One dental jet for each bathroom. It is very effective with a wide range of pressure selections for even the most sensitive teeth. It is pretty crazy how much debris is in your mouth even after you brush and floss. My teeth are very close together and floss always gets stuck in them. I gave up the floss for the dental jet cleaner and have had great success. You will not be unhappy with this item. see less

For the money and sheer convenience of this product, it blows every other water pick or flosser out of the running. I had to make sure it would fit my faucet so I went to their site and it states "The ProFloss aerator has both internal and external threads so it fits most faucets with 15/16" female faucet threads or 55/64" male faucet threads." www.pro-floss.com/profloss-water-flosser Unlike the competition, you can control the temperature of the water with your faucet, and it quickly stores away so it takes up no counter space. Also no batteries. It runs for as long as your faucet is turned on. I'm always paranoid about power cables and batteries with the water. This solves that. Seriously, BUY THIS. I was glad I did because I would have bought a rechargeable model if i had gone straight to the store. reviews consistently stated problems with batteries not holding a charge and I have no room in my bathroom for a countertop model. I bought this Water Pik after my last visit to the dentist. OUCH! Gums were sore. Now I used this daily, or weekly, along with flossing and a Sonicare. Teeth are very clean. This does reach into the nooks and crannies that floss cannot reach. It's soothing too. I do not have braces and this is very beneficial. see less

I have used waterpic for about 20 years now, and needed a replacement. I have liked water pics quality and price and ease of use. But the model WP-60 is even better than my older model. I like the different tips and the ease of use is even better.Thank you Water Pic. see less

The Waterpik "jet" action is effective, so that's the good news. But Waterpik needs improvement. If this cost only 20-dollars I would expect it to only last three years. But for something that cost [$], having it break that soon is a disappointment. The main problem is the hose is a stiff plastic tube. Not only does that make it unwieldy to handle, but the hose is brittle and cracks. You are then left with a unit, that for want of 50-cents of plastic, has now been turned to junk. If they can't make a better hose, then perhaps they should make it replaceable at an affordable price. This is the third unit I have purchased over the years, and each one wears out faster than the previous one. Come on, we'll give you some money, just give us a quality product in return! BTW, the replacemet tip price is absolute theft! see less

I was told by my dentist that I needed a root planing deep cleaning! My teeth and gums were not in good shape. So one month before I had to go in I happen upon this "New Item" in a well known drugstore and decided to buy this air floss. To have a blast of of air and water push against my gums and in between my teeth was "different" I gave it two days and I was "hooked" I love this dental tool my teeth and gums have never felt better and cleaner. I still had to have the root planing, but, the doctor ask how I manage to get my teeth clean so well..so I told him about this new dental tool and he was impressed, so he order some for his office. The one thing I am impress with,is, the least amount of water going into your mouth not like some high pressure hose. the handle fits nicely in your hand with the pump button large and placed in a comforting position. Sits nicely in the bathroom taking up little space and it has a nice "art deco" feeling to it. This is worth getting the price is nice so I brought one for my son and told family members to get this. I love the Air Floss. It does the job very well, I have no problems with the design whatsoever. I did not like to floss before because I would cut my gums with the thread, not any more, use it every night without fail. Got an excellent report from my hygienist after I started using it. It would help if it had cap or hood for between uses to help keep clean. It's a lot of work to apart after each use. For me a bigger reservoir of water would help to. But I love not having a conplete portable with no cord. see less

I just wanted to comment to everyone that is complaning that this device has too small of a resivor. This Portable Waterpik is meant for convient use when traveling, not as an everyday device at home. The Waterpik Ultra is excellent for everyday use. see less

I have owned my Waterpik for about a year and a half and absolutely love it. I plug it in to recharge over night when it runs out of power which is usually after about a week to a week and a half of continual use. I have taken it on overnight trips and on week long camping trips it is wonderful would highly recommend this for taking care of your dental needs. see less
