My daughter loves Sofia the First and loves this toy. The only problem we have is that like other customers the heads of Sofia and Amber come off. Which is odd considering I have tugged at the other dolls heads and they do not.
We have been waiting for all the Sofia toys to come out. My 2 year old adores the show! She was so excited to receive the 5 piece family set but, once we got the characters out to play, we quickly realized that the King Rowland character doesn't stand up. The James character can stand up if his arms are positioned just right, but this is hard for a 2 year old to do. Now, we have lots of crying about the "daddy" and James falling down. Bummer they couldn't create better, more sturdy toys :(
I finally decided to upgrade to glass containers and really like this set. To another reviewer: my lids all fit fine, a nice tight fit, so if yours don't I would say to exchange the set. I got these about 1 month ago and have used mostly for storage. My only negative thing to say is that if you have a large family you would want to supplement with a few larger pieces, as even the biggest ones are not all that large.
My 5yo daughter and I were scanning through the Lego Catalog to see what Lego set we could buy, when she spotted Emma's Horse Trailer.
When we bought the set, I was expecting that I would have to build the set for my child but the instructions were laid out exceptionally well. This set is recommended for 6+ but my 5yo had no trouble putting it together with just a little assistance from her dad.
It's a great set as once it's built, your child is guaranteed to have hours of fun. I highly recommend it to any parent who wants their child to learn to put a lego set together themselves.
My fiance and I are really into cooking, but we don't have many items for baking yet. I was so thrilled when these arrived in the mail as a wedding present from his aunt and uncle. (It's the first gift I've received so far!) They arrived in excellent condition, they work wonderfully, and I would certainly recommend this set for starting your bakeware collection.
I purchased gray towels of another brand, washed them, they all looked like they got bleached with reddish spots all over them. Took them back [...]... Got the luxury gray Fieldcrest towels in light gray and dark gray- washed them- the exact same thing happened! So i ran them in a clear wash with no soap and most of it is gone, but you can still see it. I am thinking the laundry pods may be sticking to them, but none of my other clothing or towels have EVER done this! Its crazy! So far- they are real fluffy and no snags or ravels and feel and look fabulous... but the bleached looking spots? Crazy.
I bought these towels a couple years ago for our guest bathroom and everyone that used them complimented on how absorbent and soft they were (including my mom who buys top of the line things). We needed new towels for our bathroom and I almost got the cheaper version but decided to stick with what I knew. I'm so glad I did. They are still the same great quality they were a couple years ago. Great value!
I currently have the starter pack, the side kick pack, and Mater. I also have one of the disk bags. I would recommend getting the cars pack before buying Mater but he is still fun without it. You open up abilities for the characters in their worlds that make them a lot more fun in the toy box. I will also be buying more soon. I have already put over 15 hours into the game and my 10 year old has cleared 20 hours in just two weeks. We love this game and the best part is when we play together in the toy box. We played tag for over an hour last night. I am not sure how well the online works as I have been to busy playing to check it out. Overall this is worth buying for any Disney fan.
Blessed be ...
We replaced an expensive stoneware set from our wedding that we had purchased at Macy's almost 10 years ago. We love Corelle. The weight, easy to clean, durable, and affordable. It's everything we wanted and I anticipate it lasting us a very long time. The white is great. simple, clean, crisp, and food presents very well on it.
I love Corelle because it is inexpensive [...]I had a set that we used for more than 20 years and finally bought another because the edges starting chipping. They are warranted for only three years, so I got my money's worth. My only complaint is that the old sets had dessert/salad plates. The new sets have bread plates which are much smaller. I used to use the small plates for lunch or snacks, these are much too small. They are very close in size to the saucers in the old set. I am going to have to buy salad plates separately.
My daughter received this as a gift for her 2nd birthday and loves it! It's easy for her to move around, and she is excited to have her own car. It wasn't too hard to put together and took me about 30-45 minutes by myself.
I was able to assemble in less than an hour with my daughter under foot anxious to play with it! I would recommend using the video instructions found on Little Tikes website versus paper instructions.
Initially I was very hesitant to order due to all the negative reviews - definitely glad that I took a leap of faith and purchased it. My daughter LOVES her new Cozy Coupe!
I'm a Target team member, and my parents purchased this for our son. He loves playing w/ his "big car" - mostly pushing it around the yard chasing the dog. I like the addition of the foot plate for lack of better terms so that littler ones can sit in it without getting their feet pulled under the toy when being pushed in it from behind. The instructions looked a little intimidating, but were clear and it took us maybe an hour to put it together once we gathered all the tools.
We got this for our son for his second birthday, after going back and forth between this and a regular push-handle one, and I'm SO glad we went with this one. Easy to put together and very easy to use. The handle in the back lets you steer your child, so even if they don't quite "get" the pedals and steering thing yet you've got them covered. Exactly what we were looking for and HIGHLY recommend.
This was given to us as a gift for our son for his 2nd birthday by his Grandparents. It is a wonderful tricycle and exactly what we were looking for. Our son is big for his age, height and weight, and we were looking for a steerable/pushable trike that he would be able to use comfortably until he is ready for a bike with training wheels. It is great! The trike has replaced the stroller for going to the park and on walks and he is getting better at peddling on his one and steering.
He does already have the seat on the 2nd of 3 settings, but should be able to ride it comfortably for awhile yet. The wheels seem to wearing a bit quicker than expected but he has already put many miles on it. It is an excellent value for the price. Highly recommend.
Tricycles are great 1st time riders learning to pedal. A parent should never allow a child to go downhill on a tricycle as they never have had brakes. The brakes are on bicycles only. So sorry Melissa gave this trike such poor marks cause her son went downhill. This trike is an excellent beginnings of learning to pedal with supervision. Got this for my granddaughter who is 2yrs.
I've had this for three days now and find myself looking for excuses to use it! Since I was looking for particular features, and no one seemed to review them, I'll take this opportunity to review the things I needed to know most before buying in hopes of helping out the next guy.
1. Cat litter on hard floors - turn off the rotating brush and it's GREAT. No kick back. The Dyson gets an A plus here.
2.It's quieter than my other vacs. Despite some youtube evaluations that says sound levels are comparable to normal vacs, I think this one is more quiet.
3. Tools - This is my only gripe. The extension tool is not as long as I would like it, and the hose is not very pliable. he extension tool is unwieldy and takes some effort to maneuver. Otherwise, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone.
We bought this wagon for our twin grandsons and it was easy enough to put together. The babies, who weigh 21 and 23 lbs, love it and we are buying another one today for our house. We had no trouble with pulling or maneuverability, and even the other grandmother who is not even 5' tall had no trouble pulling them around.
It's very safe with the seat belts and the adults love to watch the kids enjoying themselves.
My son just turned 5 and we got him this along with a starter Lego set to get him started and move on from the Duplo blocks. He worked with his Dad to put together and had a blast following the directions. It does have tiny parts so keeping his little brother away is a problem, but he's a fan of Lego's. I found Target online to have the best price and using my red card was even better. I feel Lego's in general are too pricey, but they encourage creativity and logic to put the kits together!
This set is beyond excellent, trust me
Good for avenger Fans
There are none!!!!!!!
As you can imagine I give the mini figures 100/10,
Go buy this set before it becomes discontinued.
One thing I would like to see in these sets, is a Lego Stan Lee.
This is a great set for the money. I love how Lego Marvel has been putting fantastic and rare minifigures in cheaper sets, as Nick Fury is obviously the highlight in this set and the reason I got this. Another example would be War Machine in the Extremis Seaport Battle.
SPIDER CYCLE: This is one of two vehicles in the set. Now the set is based off of cartoon Spider-Man shows, so its not exactly anything some of us might fully recognize, but once again, this set's main value is in the minifigures. The cycle is predominantly black and grey, as its main structure is with technic pieces, which allows the cycle's main feature: for the wheels to fold up(not unlike the Back to the Future DeLorean) so it can fly. The cycle is decorated with a few red bricks and a sticker on the front depicting a spider.
S.H.I.E.L.D. CAR: The car is colored green, though I would have preferred blue and gray, but like I said, this isn't for the Avengers, it's for Ultimate Spider-Man. The car also uses a fair amount of technic pieces to fold up into it's final shape. In the back is a slightly hidden flick-fire missile, though this time its the improved version that launches further (yay). The car seats two and is decorated on the hood and sides with S.H.I.E.L.D. stickers. Like the cycle, the car's most commercialized feature is the fold up wheels that give the impression of it's flight abilities in the show. Overall, a good car that goes great with Hawkeye's jeep.
MINIFIGURES: This, as said, is one of several Marvel sets that have put good and rare minifigures in less expensive sets.
-SPIDER-MAN: Spider-man is a new and improved version of the old sets from 2005 and 2006, and has a much more cartoony look. Currently this is the cheapest way to get him. The head has much enlarged eyes and webbing printed details, and his torso has webbing over blue and red patterns, with a black spider on the front and a larger, red spider on the back. His legs are completely blue, though I would have preferred some printing on them with a little more red, because he almost looks too blue. He also comes with a white rope piece to represent a web string. Overall, he's a good minifigure that is a great addition to your Marvel superhero team.
-VENOM: Venom is notoriously one of Spider-Man's greatest enemies in all Spider-Man media, having come close to revealing old Web Head's identity and killing him as well. He isn't my favorite of Spidey's adversaries, but he is exclusive. He has a black head printed with steely, large eyes and a fang filled mouth with his tongue lashing out. His torso is black with a steel colored mutant spider on each side. He has attached to his back some black vine pieces for some of the Symbiote, as well as two brick built Symbiote chunks seperate from him. A villain sure to last a while in any fight.
-NICK FURY: The grand spotlight point of the set. He is both movie-accurate and comic accurate, so no matter what you play you've got the right guy. He has black legs printed with ammo straps, and a bluish gray torso also with a belt and strap. His head is colored brown, and he has his black goatee and eyepatch to give him that final 'boss' look. The only downside is his weapon. Has anyone else noticed how LEGO keeps giving Marvel guys the old Alien Conquest guns? If you have extra stuff, it shouldn't be a problem, but it can get annoying when you stock up on those.
OVERALL: This is a great set with a good superhero and is worth the money just to get Nick Fury. I give this set a 5/5
This blender easily handles frozen fruit and makes a perfect smoothie! It is a little more complicated to use than a typical blender, as there are safety latches. But once you figure it out, it's a piece of cake! Very happy with this purchase!
The mission: blend some greek yogurt, frozen strawberries, and sugar so I could pour it into the ice cream maker. First I tried our 12 year old Osterizer but it actually started to smoke after running on low for several minutes. I ran out to Target and found a Kitchen Aid mixer on closeout at half price. What a deal (I thought). The Kitchen Aid lasted about 10 seconds and then just stopped working. I tried everything, but ended up returning it and buying the Ninja. What a difference. In less than 10 seconds I had a smooth and creamy frozen yogurt mix. It was pretty amazing. My only complaint is the all plastic design, but who cares when it performs as well as it does.
We love our Ninja blender. We've been making smoothies almost every day. Sometimes, we'll use it for some minor food processing. The blades are still sharp. It blends ice very well. The single serving option also works pretty well-- just a tip though: really pay attention to how much liquid vs. ice you use in the single serving attachment. It makes a difference in the blending quality, understandable for the smaller blade in that attachment. If I could go back, I would have gotten the full kitchen set with the food processing/juicer option, but we're happy as is. Definite strong recommendation
I got this set from my lego store and built it as soon as I got home, this is magnificent as Lego set and as something that looks cool.
PROS: I love how you can rearrange all the land and caves. The dirt house was awesome to have in there and the lava waterfall and everything. In my set when I finished I noticed two Peices that were AN EXTRA PRINTED HEAD! So I got one micro mob (creeper) and two Steve's, I had to use extra spare Peices to build my other Steve but enough of that, to the cons.
CONS: Something that bugged me was how all the 1x1 squares are always rigid kind of and never straight but that can be easily fixed.
MOBS: This set comes with one creeper and one Steve (two for me), I would have liked a cow or something but that didn't happen. Also the detail for the faces is nice and they're printed, I especially like the creeper one.
SET ITSELF: The whole thing is just awesome and for a price like $35.00 where I got it and probably one of the best cussoo sets that will ever come out until the DeLorean (which is in the mail right now) , you can also make a multi level world if your up to it. All around great set and cool if you like minecraft. It's a 4/4
Morgan >AFOL< Adult Fan of Lego
This is a good set and ideal for a desktop or a bedside table ( I use the Architect Empire State Building beside my bed ) because it has small parts and is brittle.
Endless Things to do with this..
4 parts, mix it up!
U Get A Brick Separator! YAYAYAY!
Creeper, everyone loves creepers ( hug one )
If you play minecraft you will know : Steve = 2 meters Tall( 2 blocks), 1 block = 1 meter but,
In this LEGO Set
Steve is 6 tiles high,
1 block is 2 tiles, it should be 3.
Little tiles get lost!
After A While, you want : more mobs, more biomes, more EVEYTHING, swords picks. everything.
Overall I Rate This Set 8/10
-Morgan >AFOL< Adult Fan of Lego
This set may be small but you can have lots of adventures with this amazing lego cuusco/cuscoo?
Fun to build(Especially when you build more custom biomes)
Makes me want to play minecraft
So many small parts you can lose very fast
Its a bit tad small then expected
I recently received these as a baby shower gift and have yet to use them. I have read that sealing the holes in the bottom with a hot glue gun will prevent water from getting inside them. That way, no mold and it extends the life of the toys.
[...] This is a terrific product however, parental supervision should be there until your child is well and truly stable on their feet. It is wood, it is a cube, it does have corners and things that stick out. You don't want your child to fall on or against it.
As my daughter got older (she was 17 months at the time of this review), she started to use more features of the product. At 10/11 months, she would hit the wooden discs so they come wobbling down. She lacked the coordination to work them back to the top in their tracks. At 17 months, she can do that now.
Next was winding the beads along the metal rails. I also used to flick the beads to make them spin. She found this very entertaining. At 17 months, she can make them spin herself. Opening and closing the 4 doors on the side came next. She paid very little attention to the alphabet pieces. At 17 months, she knows the animals behind each of the 4 doors and can also identify half of the animals used for the letters of the alphabet. I am particularly thrilled about that! We play together and I ask her to show me the animals that start with various letters and she points them out. She has only just started playing with the last side of the cube - the rollers that show the 3 different animals you can mix and match. I highly recommend this product for its durability and longevity. Best price is definitely at Target and for what you get for that price, its worth every penny! Bravo to B Toys for such a fun product.
We charged it overnight, but each time the dog was turned on, it rotated onto its side, moved a little, righted itself, then curved sideways and became unresponsive. I called the manufacturer's customer service and they asked me to try a few things before having me try to charge it again. Later, they assured me that this had never happened before and eventually had me try to reset the system. When nothing ever changed, after over 30 mins of trying different things, they asked if they could have the dog shipped back to them to try to troubleshoot it. It would have been no problem, except that the representative said it would probably be 4 to 8 weeks before they could send a replacement as they had none in stock. My nine year old was extremely frustrated & we returned the toy for a refund. It would have been a fun toy if it had ever worked.
I purchased 2 sets and love them. I love the style and weight of each piece. I am ordering another set so I have service for 12. I priced other sets at other stores and this was the best value.
This has the style, the weight, and the quality that you want in a flatware set. The smooth handles are awesome. Flatware is shiny stainless steel and feels very expensive even though its one of the middle priced sets at Target.
I just bought this toaster oven. I had been planning on buying the more expensive Oster digital model for [$] but this one looked like it would do everything I need for [$] less. When it heated up the metal which the handle was fastened to heated up but the handle itself stayed very cool. People just need to be careful to grasp just the handle when opening the door. Probably a person could glue a thick layer of felt on the metal door frame behind the handle to protect themselves. The more expensive oven I had planned to buy has quartz heating elements and I understand those are delicate and tricky to clean. The elements in this oven are bare and exposed so they will be very easy to clean. Some people have complained that is unit gets hot. Well, it is an oven, after all. I really think this little toaster oven will be perfect for me and I am really glad I bought it. I think you will be also if you give it a fair trial.
I LOVE this oven. It works great and looks awesome and alittle retro. I got this countertop oven so I wouldn't have to turn on the regular oven and make the kitchen hotter in the summer, and also to make little amounts of food again, without having to use the huge oven. It does get a little hot on the outside, but lets face it, so does your regular oven. I turns off automatically when done, which is a huge plus. It cooks everything from pizzas, chicken nuggets, pizza bites, baked talapia, and I even made corn bread in it!! I have had this oven for about 3 months and use it almost every day with no problems. I highly recommend this product to anyone.
I recently bought this toaster oven as my previous Oster toaster oven needed to be retired. I was hesitant to buy another Oster oven, as my previous model had always run hot, and I always had to adjust the temperature about 100 degrees, and even then things tended to burn. This oven heats very evenly and acurately as to temperatures the directions call for. Toast cooks evenly as well. It is large and deep, but doesn't take over all my counter space. I am very pleased! As an addition to my original review, I must say that I am a believer of babysitting your toast in any toaster.... there is a fine line between the perfect piece of toast and a burned piece of toast, and the dial is as precise as any dial timer ~ respectfully disagree with the second reviewer.
My daughter LOVES this puppy! She has it in pink from Target.
As I seen in another review, It is a little sensitive as to the buttons on the feet mostly where you hit it then hit it again the song changes. . . But kids will do that any ways. My daughter loves hers!
And getting it [for $] with a Target coupon! AWESOME PRICE!! Thanks Target Coupons!
This item seemed to be a little pricey, just for something to put your feet on, but it is definately worth it. I loved the first one so much that I ordered another one! For me they were the perfect size, not to big or heavy, just the right size and weight. It is easy to move, but not too light that a breezy would blow away. I could even see the ottoman doubling as a seat for a child. The only thing that would make this product better would be for the price to be lower, but don't we wish that for everything we purchase in this economy.
We have a duplex unit and wanted something to set on the patio to help divide the two porch halves as well as be a good place to set plants or put your feet up etc. This "something" also needed to be nice to look at and weather proof. This ottoman accomplishes all of the above and would make a welcome addition to anyone's patio collection.
It totally pulverizes hard vegetables like carrots, kale, and ginger into liquid. It can make ice cubes into powder in a blink of an eye.
If only I could find a veg smoothie recipe that doesn't taste like a newly mowed lawn!!.
Just rinse to clean.
We bought this blender system about a week ago. I have used the single serve cups almost everyday to make smoothies. I have been very happy with the functionality of the product. It blends the smoothie very well and throughly. I put completely frozen fruit in the blender and it turns it into a liquid with just a few pulses. I have not used the dough bowl yet, but I am very optimistic about how it will work! I would definitely recommend this blender system.
I bought this system to help me make Christmas cookies. I needed a food processor with lots of power to make almond flour. First I blanched the almonds to remove the skin. I coarsely chopped the nuts and then dried them. I placed small amounts of the chopped nuts into the juicer and within seconds I had flour.
I also chopped up some scraps of meat to make burger. I used slightly frozen meat. It worked great.
I'm so glad I chose this blender.
I bought these before my daughter was born and since then I have waved and rattled them to show her the different colors and sounds. She is now 4 months and can grab them and they still hold her attention with the colors and sounds. The only one she doesn't care for is the telephone receptor, red one. The advertisement says 4 pieces, but is obviously a mistake. Of the two round toys, the green zebra squeaks and if for Fee to do, but she loves the yellow rattle giraffe.
Excellent vacuum. Lightweight, easy to use, great tool attachments. Highly recommend this or any Shark product. I love the swivel head for it's swivel and it's width. It fits in between furniture and into crevices that make vacuuming easy and quick.
By far the best vacuum I've ever had!!!! Bought today because it was on sale and I'm already in love! Easy to push and maneuver (I'm nine months pregnant!) and the suction is amazing!!! We vacuumed one rug and it filled the tank and we just vacuumed last week!!! Love it!!!
Got this to give as a wedding gift. The bride was thrilled to say the least. I have one piece from this line that was given to me as wedding gift many years ago, and it is quality and classy looking too.
These tumblers are so great for a casual glass of wine for you and a few girlfriends. I bought these last christmas for myself because I have several nieces and nephews and siblings that are nine. I didn't want to use a wine glass with a stem because I feared it would get knocked over too easily. These proved to avoid a spill on several occasions and most of all they are stylish!
These glasses are so elegant looking! The glass is pretty thick so I think they will be hard to break. I saw these in the store ad paired with the Mix-and-Match Target dinnerware and had to have them. I use these as juice/water glasses for dinner. I have used them for wine as well! They are as large as a normal white wine glass, just without the stem, so they hold alot of juice. Very pleased!
I absolutely love these bowls and we use them daily. I decided to stop using plastic bowls in the microwave because of health concerns and so we use these and they are the best. Dishwasher and microwave safe and they come in a variety of sizes which is perfect for all of our needs. Very durable too. I love Pyrex!
