I placed my order on Target.com. I received the mower quicker than I thought I would. It was a Father's day gift for my husband. It was very easy to assemble. I is lighter weight than our previous electric mower. Just a couple of bolts. Plug it in and mow. He was very please on how well it cut the grass. I will defenately purchase from Target.com for my gift ideas. see less

We wanted something that the kids could handle, and this fits the bill! It is perfect, lightweight, but does a good job. Both my 13 and 7 year old can handle it with ease (and supervision of course!). They want to mow with this thing, can't ask for more than that! Getting used to having a cord takes a little getting used to, but we expected that. see less

Moved into a house in Hawaii and the last owners left a gas lawn mower that I couldn't get to work. I've never used a gas lawn mower before. Everyone gave me advice about gas and spark plugs and filters. It was endless and totally beyond my realm of expertise. Looked like it was going to cost me a great deal of money, time and frustration to get it working. This electric lawn mower was on [at] Target [...]. I was looking at the exact same model at another discount store [that was more expensive] and more at others. [...]Took me less than 5 minutes to put together with no tools. Within minutes I was mowing. Easy to use, no fuss no muss, no gas, no oil, no pulling cords. The manual that came with it even helped me identify which type of grass I had and at what height adjustment to mow my lawn!My advice, buy this lawnmower, takes the hassles out of, what I find to be a fun job, mowing my lawn. 5 Stars +. see less

I just finished assembling my new American Push Reel Mower and it was easy to do. That's good because I'm not very mechanical! I already cut both my front and back yards and it worked great. I had been using an electric mower, but it's fairly bulky and not easy to maneuver around different obstacles in my yard so I wanted to try this push reel mower to make things a bit easier. And boy, was it ever easy to cut the grass! I love it! Plus, it's so much better for the environment than regular gas powered mowers and it's lightweight so it hardly takes up any garage space to store it. Also, it's much quieter than both gas powered and electric mowers. My neighbors are already green with envy as I use my "green" mower. Happy summer to all my fellow push reel mowers! see less

The product work's fine and does what it is supposed to but the need of a very long extension cord makes it a bit hard to use. The connections to go from blower to vacuum are plastic and the fit is not great. If I had it to do over I would look at rechargable or gas. see less

Love it. I have short arms and have a difficult time starting up the gas powered lawn mowers. This is much easier and you never have to worry about running out of gas! Does't work well if you let your lawn grow out of control. But is great for the average size that would need trimming. Also a great workout! see less

I bought this mower for my husbands birthday, and I am so happy with it, that I have been doing a lot of the mowing myself! Here's what I love about it...It's simple, I don't have to worry about trouble starting it, it doesn't require and $4.00/gallon gas, it's not that hard to push (I'm a pretty petite person, and I don't have really have trouble pushing it). Unless you have a very large, or very hilly yard, I don't think you'll find it much harder to push than a conventional mower, and it does the job!That being said, here are some things to consider: It does require a little effort - it's not self propelled! You won't get *perfect* results with it, so if you're really [.....] about your yard looking like a golf course, this may not be the mower for you, but generally it does a really god job. You do have to keep on top of it. If you let your grass get too long, it will still work, but you may have to make a couple of passes to get it all cut. You will eventually have to sharpen it, or pay to have it sharpened, but I'm told you only have to sharpen it about every 3-5 years, so that wasn't a real big negative for me. Overall, this mower is simple, effective, cost efficient, and environmentally friendly. It's quiet, low maintenance and will probably last a really long time. Also, check to see if your city has any kind of a rebate program for buying a reel mower. The town where I live was offering a $25 rebate to anyone buying this type of mower, plus another $25 rebate for recycling your old gas mower. It's worth checking out! see less

Product is as advertised and I received it quickly and in good condition. (Be advised, it is shipped in its retail carton - no outer box.) Connect the wand hose and shoulder strap and you're ready to go...Tested on my back deck which I built using composite material. It is light gray in color and given the red clay in our rural area, soils regularly. I applied deck cleaning solution with the included soap dispenser, waited a few minutes, and ran the washer. This relatively small machine did a very nice job, was easy to handle, and, I believe, used less water than my old unit. Overall, I'm quite pleased. I gave it only 4 stars because the soap dispenser is way too small. It had to refilled every 2 minutes or so see less

Have needed a chainsaw to use away from the house, but as a diminutive woman, was both afraid and inconvenienced by the idea of a fuel-powered traditional chainsaw. So this fit the bill ideally! Surprisingly light, and lots quieter than I expected. This is not a saw you can use all day, tho. The first job out of the box was sectioning a 50-foot dead softwood poplar trunk (max diameter 9 inches) into firewood lengths, and that took several days due to battery life. The instructions do say that the battery may take 4-5 charges to reach full life. But even after this break-in period, it konks out too soon, such as in sectioning elm. Nevertheless, I recommend it for anybody who needs a light-duty, convenient cordless chainsaw. Do pay attention to the technique instructions, tho, as there can be the occasional unexpected kickback effect, as in any chainsaw. see less
