I was a daycare teacher for two year olds and one year olds and they just loved this toy. Learning how to handle the beads and string, changing the order they were on the string and even discussing the colors. The girls would make beautiful necklaces to show off and the boys made strange shaped snakes to drag on the floor. Alot of creative play, designing and learning. As a mother my 2 and 5 year old children get into the fun together. But I recommend buying one set for each child.....especially if your still working on sharing!
