awesome June 2, 2007 Reviewer:  Kim (PA)  See all my reviews >

I bought this for my tiny garage and it holds two bikes easily. It doesn't wobble and I didn't need to attach it to the wall (thankfully since my garage is solid brick). I was even able to slide it around, complete with bikes on it, until i got it right where i wanted. It was incredibly easy to assemble. You don't need directions if you at least have a picture, because it's pretty self-explanatory.

Eh. August 17, 2008 Reviewer:  I Mean Business. See all my reviews >

It does what I need it to do I suppose. I wanted a freestanding rack that I don't have to attach to the wall. I put my lightweight bike on this and it instantly started to fall.
The rack is hollow, so I put rocks in the bottom... it stands just fine now.
You can't pick it up and carry it without it coming apart, that's annoying. Although it was extremely simple to put together.

Another great purchase August 12, 2007 Reviewer:  Mom of 2 (Cleveland, ohio)  See all my reviews >

So so easy to put together. It took me all of 5 minutes. Holds two bikes and is very stable. May anchor it to the wall just to be extra safe but really dont need to.

FELL ON MY 3 YEAR OLD February 4, 2008 Reviewer:  theresa See all my reviews >

We purchased bike rack a year ago. I would give it 5 stars on ease of assembly and that is it...less than five minutes to assemble. We even mounted to stud on wall. I brushed against the top bike with a box and the unit came loose from the stud and the entire rack plus two bikes fell on top of my 3 year old. She fell flat on her back, hit her head on the garage floor, but the rack fell in such a way it just pinned her down without actually smashing her. Scary for us all and if she had been bigger I think she would have been seriously hurt by the force of the rack. Throw it away if you have one...if you don't have one...don't get one. Stay safe.

Not bad for forty bucks February 25, 2007 Reviewer:  Forever the Student (Florida, United States)  See all my reviews >

This stand has 8 total pieces, 4 of which are identical (the arms that hold the bikes). The 4 pieces that are not the arms can only go together in one way. It will take you no more than 10 minutes to get this installed if you are competent enough to breathe unassisted.
Both my wife's woman's hybrid bike and my men's road bike are hanging without issue and seeming stably at this very moment, which means this object has done everything I hoped it would.

Easy set-up, but must be bolted into wall with included bolt July 12, 2008 Reviewer:  JET (Dallas, TX, USA)  See all my reviews >

It was easy to set-up, but wasn't sturdy enough to work w/o adding the included bolt that attaches the rack to the wall at the top of the center-bar. The center bar comes in 2 pieces that slide into each other, at this point there was some wobbling so I had these two pieces welded together. Since then this mount has been awesome, and no need to bolt anything into the wall.

perfect for apartments May 17, 2009 Reviewer:  R. Rivapalacio "comrade Rudy" Real Name (Washington, DC)  See all my reviews >

This rack holds two bikes without having to drill into the wall or ceiling. Easy to put together and arms adjust easily for mounting bikes with different geometries.

The stand is solid. I've ran into it (while carrying groceries) it shook a bit but remained upright with bikes.

Good product at a good price. March 31, 2009 Reviewer:  J. L. Wright "digitalzen" Real Name (USA)  See all my reviews >

Whoever said it fell on their kid must have had other problems with theirs to begin with. I did use the mounting hole at the top to bolt it to a wall. So far the thing has been very stable for me, and supports two bikes very well. I have mine inside my house and it has really made a difference in space. I keep a road bike on the top rack, almost as high as it can go. The other rack holds a mountain bike, and I was actually able to position it to just the right height that the wheels still touch the ground. This means I only have to lift a bike I use two or three times a day an inch off the ground. So, if you have kids, or are just weak like me, this is a real plus.

Easy assembly July 6, 2009 Reviewer:  Mad Philly See all my reviews >

This is a "no tools" assembly. It was SO easy to put together. I did not need to anchor it to the wall, but it is standing next to a cement wall in my condo storage space. Hopefully it will stand the test-of-time. We'll see...

ditto - perfect for an aparment July 2, 2009 Reviewer:  Omlig "Omlig" (Baltimore, MD)  See all my reviews >

I have had this rack for over 6 months and find it very stable. Initially I didn't assemble it right and it wasn't very stable but took it apart and started over again. I am really happy to have it. Even my picky husband(he's in charge of decorating) doesn't mind it in the apartment.
