I have thicker, wavy hair, and I found this product to be exactly what I was looking for. I actually like my curls better when I leave the curlers in for a shorter amount of time (nice and wavy), but if you're looking for a full style, you should leave them in for the recommended 10 minutes. Also, I use a lot of product along with the curlers, which probably does help. The only problem I have is with the clips. I find that they don't really work well with the jumbo rollers, which is the size I use the most.

I've had these rollers for about 3 years and use them at least once a week. They still heat up just as well as they did when I bought them, and they give my hair just the right amount of curl. If your hair doesn't hold that curl (ahem) perhaps it's not the curlers' problem. The rollers heat up quickly and they come with true clips instead of those giant bobby pin thingies that are hard to work with in a mirror. As for the ionic part though, I can honestly say I see no difference between the regular and ionic settings. Both settings leave my hair smooth, shiny, and curly.

I normally like Conair products but found that these roller don't heat up enough to style hair into a look that lasts for more than twenty minutes. After purchasing the rollers, spending time heating them up, carefully rolling up my hair, and leaving them in for the required amount of time, and removing them, given thirty minutes, my hair looked like something akin to wet dog, not the glamourous look I usually acheive after using rollers.

I have two sets of these hot rollers. I use the larger curlers since i have very long and very thick hair. Always had good experience with Conair products and recommend them. FYI...also they work well with shine and root-lift stylers

I recently bought this product thinking that it would curl my hair, but the product did nothing for that. My hair is very fine, and very straight so this did not help much. I had a hard time trying to curl my hair. When I thought it was "done" my hair was left bent. I would not try this product ever again. But it might curl your hair if it is not fine or straight.
