I bought these dishes a year and a half ago. They STILL look flawless and I use them daily. The people who reported multiple chips or blueish glaze must've gotten a bad batch. Seriously, I would recommend them to anyone. Yes, there is slight variation between the dishes (not much at all, mind you) but in my mind it makes them look handcrafted and not like they were cranked out of a factory.

I was disappointed when I received these dishes. The glaze was done well but the color was blotchy. Some of the plates look as though someone used a can of spray paint on them. Others are so plain they are boring. The speckles are inconsistent and in some areas they appear to have what look like water spots. The overall color is not sage, it is a strange bluish color and the brown makes them look dirty. I am very disappointed with these dishes and would not recommend them to others.

If these dishes are your style, they are definitely worth the low price! They look great and are extremely heavy-duty. I expect them to last for many years. Also, mine are not at all blue, but are the advertised sage. I also bought the midnight blue as an additional set. [...].

We bought this set 3 months ago, and we will definitely be buying another set. They are a true sage green, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe. My favorite part about them is that the bowls are deep, not shallow like many others. We would highly recommend this set!

PERFECT! My boyfriend picked these out. I wanted a different set, but was happily surprised with these. They are just the right weight and size; not too bulky or whimpy. I love to cook and enjoy serving on these. Their color and earthy feel make them a nice blend with a contemporary yet traditional feel. Food looks appealing on them. We wouldnt have bought them if they werent microwave and dishwasher safe. One nice bonus.. the coffee cup isnt wide on the bottom and fits perfectly in our car cup holders.. some of our other mugs were too large..

My husband and I bought these dishes over 6 years ago and still have yet to even chip any of them let alone break one. They are earthy looking yet pretty and very durable. As for the color, mine are a true sage green with tan/brown accents. I would absolutely recommend these dishes!

I was looking for a dish set that would be different from what I normally like (with a pattern). Green has become one of my favorite colors and I didn't want something too clashy. When I saw this set, a couple of months ago, I automatically ordered two sets. I was worried about them getting to me in "whole pieces". They came intact! I love them. What's more is that they are very easy to clean! The dishes look better in person. I would purchase these again.

Yes -- these stoneware dishes are perfectly microwavable. Dispite what one reviewer said about them getting hot, I am pleased to say they don't in my brand new microwave (less than 1.5 min on high). I love the color and I love the way each dish is slightly different from the others. That's the way stoneware dishes are supposed to look -- handcrafted. It's a strong and beautiful line of dishes and I'm looking forward to using them for years to come!

My son, who just purchased a Town House, and I were ready to buy these dishes at our local SuperTarget. Because I noted that only Dishwasher Safe was printed on the carton, he decided to wait. Online, these GREAT-LOOKING dishes are listed as BOTH Dishwasher & Microwave Safe. But I noted that One Reviewer refr'd to them as Dishwasher Safe with nothing written about their microwave use by anyone. Can anyone who has these dishes tell me if they are safe for the microwave?? Thanks
