I bought the Freestyle Elite after I had my son. I lost all the baby weight(60 pounds). I tried doing the workout without the videos, but I wouldnt excersize as hard, and the workout seemed to drag on. Sure the videos are a little cheesy, but I usually turn the volume way down, put on my own music, and just watch what he is doing to keep my pace up. It took me about 3 months, but I wasnt weight training.

I was wondering if anyone bought the tapes and if the tapes provided better assistance, in learning the ways to use the gazelle, more efficiently.
Does the gazelle really work?
I'm looking to shed at least 20 pounds and I was wondering if anyone saw results, using the gazelle.
And how long it took, to see results.
